Davide Tardozzi: the key to managerial success
About this episode
Davide Tardozzi has been a team manager in top flight motorcycle racing for the best part of three decades. In that time, not only has he become famous for his wild celebrations in the pit box, he’s worked with some of the biggest superstars the sport has ever known, shipped a gigantic sculpture of a Giraffe to the USA and learned fair few things about managing people that we should all take note of in our own lives. He’s one of a kind and we hope you take as much away from this episode as we did, even if it’s simply learning what the distinction between his, Paolo Ciabatti’s and Gigi Dall’Igna’s roles in the Bologna Bullets.
