Lombuny goes to second and then Kieran's star by choice fighting out a third. But Pembre and all the way winner in the magic night, won it by a length and a half to Lombuny. The final pieces of the Golden Slipper slotted into place on Saturday. Two hot pots who had been beaten two weeks ago, made amends and proved themselves to be contenders come Saturday at Rose Hill. But they just, you know, like any young athlete, they mature and develop at different stages. So it doesn't mean at the end of the line for their careers and our job for Saturday is to find the winner of the richest two-year-old race on the planet. And it looks tricky. War woven had been the favorite for the Magic Millions and was a race day withdrawal. So they put his campaign back together. How serious are players in your mind? So I think if they've looked, they've both got to see it at the table. There were mixed reports on a couple of shows I've been on this morning. Some saying team were woven, others team Pembury. If you're asking me, I think Pembury is the more realistic chance on Saturday, but again, we get a lot wrong to it. The Melbourne Sydney, this has been a big theme in two-year-olds forever and a day. Melbourne's form looked really strong for a while. Sydney are fighting back. Do you have a temptation to lean to the south of the north? Yeah, look, I think it looks more likely than not. In my humble, it's a Victorian sort of blue diamond form. We've seen Cheyenne run really well in the blue diamond off a wide run and come out and dominate. She easily beat Mr. Naomi Chanel with excellent corporate on Saturday, albeit in a less array.

3:02Strides am a three-wire on the speed there, still won that diamond. So she's there, close to the free. You can argue guesthouses unlucky. Now those two males had the better of strittin' Rua. He went to Sydney and thrashed the lead up horses there. So it looks to me that it's the Victorian blue diamond form. I'm not indeed a state rivalry, I get it, but you know, I just want to back the faster source. Yes. And I think, and I think it looks more, look, as I say, looks more likely than not in my humble that it's the Victorian form and albeit accordingly. It's a huge group one day. The group won on the weekends, the cool more classic Chris Waller and James McDonald can buy. And so McDonald's numbers grow by the week at the moment, seeing our elite races on La Zura was the winner here. What did you take from the cool more? Yeah, she was terrific. So she gave them all weight and still beat them. So look, I know you can argue Vivier with a touch unlucky. You know, obviously Melody again, very well, the fillies under performed.

4:03But no matter how you slice it, you can't take away in my humble, from the winner who's given them weight, covered a bit of ground and still beat them. Look, he's got a great will to win that horse. She's not some line. She's not a star, a superstar, but she's a good athlete with a tremendous appetite for the contest and we know in any sport how far that takes you. And Birdman's in terrific form in Melbourne, isn't he? Yeah, he's flying. He's playing me when was excellent. They've looked like losing runtime. Saturday was cruising when the others run their pressure. Now Asterix on that Buckaroo had an issue post-race. So, you know, I still think Buckaroo's probably the better horse. I mean, he's on second and they're a second in a Cox flight. And should have won a call for a cup that horse. But Birdman, it's not his fault. Buckaroo had an off day and he was dominant.
