That's around 4.30 sessions for the 57-year-old Foo Fighters frontman. He opened up about this in an interview earlier this month. This intense routine kicked off right around the time he went public on social media with news of fathering a daughter outside his long marriage to. Jordan Bloom Grohl explained how tuning out public opinions helped him focus on his inner circle and avoid self-destruction. It seems to have paid off as he and Bloom have reconciled and started appearing together at events again. Reports indicate Bloom set some firm conditions for him to meet to salvage their relationship. The couple shares three daughters, 19-year-old violet, 16-year-old Harper, and 11-year-old Ophelia. Grohl calls it an ongoing process, one that's keeping him grounded amid the spotlight and family changes.
