I host a podcast called Becoming You. People think, okay, an A plus life is not available to me, but there is a way. We are all in the process of becoming ourselves.

Park's podcast on KMBZ. We'll splice it a couple of Chuck Norris jokes throughout the afternoon. From the text line, you know they say Chuck Norris's tears can cure cancer? What? Yeah. Too bad Chuck Norris never cries. You know they looked into it and they found out that Chuck Norris actually died when he was 76. Oh really? Yeah, it just took 10 years for the grim reaper to build up the courage.
03You know Sam, I don't know if you knew this. But Chuck Norris wants to beat the sun in a staring contest. You know Chuck Norris wants to be sky-diving. The sky wore a parachute. Dana, would you want to be proud Mama for a moment or not? Not yet. Okay. Today though, I will tell you is today's just a good day. You're going to ask me at 5 o'clock, do I have any grievances? I do not. Today's a very good day. Okay. What happened up at the airport? Well, we had a very lovely time at KCI flying out, flying back in. Beautiful. Where'd you go? Plenty to do, plenty to drink. There's new FIFA merch. Did you use this particular restroom? So I need someone to help me understand. I have used that restroom. Where the North TSA, you know me in directions. Where is North Checkpoint Terminal A TSA?
05Can you put that in English? North TSA Checkpoint Terminal A. Are you looking for the unisex bathroom? That's when you go through all the restaurants and everything. You turn left. Okay. When you get up to the T at the airport. Yeah. And then the unisex bathroom is off to the left. Okay. So this is the first big T. So you don't go down the long. We'll call it the middle of the age hallway. Got it. First branch of the age. Okay. So we went straight all the way down to terminal B. So we did not use that restroom. However, we will be talking about this. A 37-year-old pervert alleged who works in one of the restaurants. Why do I want to know which restaurant? I'm sorry, but I do. Who works in one of the restaurants at KCI is charged in connection with using his cell phone
06to videotape upwards of 70 women in the restroom. Huh. The most recent woman who led to this suspect's arrest alleged who saw the edge of the phone, you know, the camera on your phone is typically in the corner. She saw the camera of a phone peaking under the partition door and could not help but notice the fact that the flash was on. And that is, I believe, what caught her attention. Well, I'll tell you this, and I want every woman listening to really think about this. Because this has happened to someone I know, because this has happened to someone who became a good friend of the show, because this has happened to a young woman who went to the University of Kansas, who then helped change law in Kansas about this on the Kansas side. I'm much more in tune with these types of crimes than I probably otherwise would have been. And I think there comes a point where we all have to ask ourselves at that moment when you are in a bathroom stall.
06This was a two-inch gap by the way below the floor, according to Channel 9, two-inch gap. What would you do in that moment? I have actually thought in dressing rooms. I've thought it. And in restrooms, I've thought it. What would you do in that moment? Because the men who do this type of shock, you know, prurient crime, they are cowards. And to a one of them, if you chase after them, because he ran out 35 seconds, according to surveillance video in the terminal, 35 seconds before she emerged, he just took off running back to work, which is where they found it. She had to put her pants back on. I'm telling you, I would come out like a penguin, pants down to my ankles and absolutely beat the living daylights out of the cow. I just know I would because I thought about it a thousand times. Now, I would grab the phone and put it straight down the toilet and hit the flush butt. That's the evidence, Sam. And then I would stay locked in that bathroom stall while I called 911.
10That's the evidence, Sam. You can't, you can't flush it. Okay, don't flush it, but I would grab the phone, grab it, call 911 and wait until they get there. I would grab it and then beat him with it. Yeah. I truly, there would be a salt and battery going down in that dressing room slash bathroom. I'm with Sam. He's he's playing the more sober, thought through idea. Now granted in the moment, right? Who knows what you would do, but if you can maintain your composure and I'm not saying she didn't, okay, don't get me wrong. You grab that, you see that phone, you grab it. Yeah. You're in a locked stall that nobody, this podcast is brought to you by Wise, the app for international people using money around the globe. 8:13at askbeforesurgery.com. That's askbeforesurgery.com. And talk to an oncologist before your surgery. You can climb under and nobody can climb old. Just start screaming help me. Those walls literally go almost from floor to ceiling. I've been in them before. You're in that stall with the suspects phone and you call 911. And you say I am in a stall in the unisex bathroom in KCI. Somebody was filming me under the stall. I have his phone. Okay. Come get me. I would scream help first and get attention because there are going to be other men who aren't weirdos in there and watch him run out. There will be other people if you start screaming help, help, help, right? Can I ask you just a practical question? Why if you are constructing those partitions to go floor to ceiling? Would you keep the two inches at the bottom? At that point, why not just you're not going to be able to crawl out if you're locked in
15with two inches, Sam? Fire and airflow. The airflow is number one. Yeah. I think airflow is number one. Why wouldn't you keep the airflow way up top toward the ceiling? Where it would be much harder for someone to gain access to your side of the stall. It would actually be much easier for them to climb up and peek over. Well, no, for them to climb up on top of the stall of the stool and just point their phone over and take pictures of you from above. You'd also be less likely to be looking straight up while using the restroom so you would not catch them. I think Sam's right. There has to be an airflow component. And my guess is, I mean, think about this. If literally the stall, okay, ran from, was encased from floor to ceiling and the door as well, you're literally sitting in your own carbon dioxide. Unless there is a vent at the top of every single stall. His name is Terrioso Ludwig. He's in his 30s.
16The videos that they found on his phone, they were able to immediately find him because he jogged back to the restaurant where he worked. She visually identified him. How'd she do that when she didn't see him? She didn't walk out for 30 seconds later. That I don't know. She, oh, oh, I know two reasons. He filmed himself on the phone every single transaction, according to court documents. When he retract the phone, when he would retract, it's his face on the phone. That I don't know. I think she saw him on her way in. Oh, that's right. Because he was already in the restroom. The videos are from January, February, and March of this year. There are upwards of 70 victims just on the phone clips that authorities found right then and there when they tracked him to the restaurant. There's no way the number of victims in there, no way. The number of victims will go back as long as he's been employed at that restaurant.
17Now, if I were outside, if I were in the common area of that bathroom and I saw some creep getting ready to do that, which they would be dumb to do. If I was there to witness it, I would be harnessing my inner Chuck Norris. Yeah. Would you stare at the sun? Only if it called for it. Being held on a $25,000 cash bond today charged with felony invasion of privacy. More than I expected. Mike and Topeka, hello, Mike. Hey, guys. So Dana, as much as I love your ferocity and tenaciousness to go hands on and just beat the crap out of this guy, I would caution against that unless you actually have the training and hand to hand training for it. Yeah, you're right. What I would do for the average person in a scenario like this, O.C. Spray, a good high quality pepper spray is the way to go. I carry Palm. It's P-O-M pepper spray. It's cheap and it is highly effective. It's like the strongest stuff you can get on the market and just put it over the top of that thing and just douse him. Also, even if he's able to wash it off, pepper sprays have a UV dye in there.
19So that's also going to identify him, but it's going to render him. It's going to drop him to his knees and make sure that he can't attack you further. It's also going to be a heck of an identifier for authorities to say nope, it's that guy. He's covered in pepper spray and get him. Listen to this and thank you for the call, Mike. Under questioning by police, Ludwig admitted that he entered the restroom, observed the woman entering a stall and quote, had the urge to film her. He said he entered the stall adjacent to her and attempted to record her by placing his phone beneath the stall partition. Police seized the phone. He was released pending further investigation. Then airport police enlisted the help of Platt County Sheriff Cybercrimes, men and women, and they recovered 66 video files on his phone. Thanks for listening to the Dana and Parks podcast.
