David was also an independent candidate for Congress whose ideas about solving the D.C. statehood issue has gotten him coverage in the DCist, the Baltimore Sun, The Washington Post and many others.
During the show, David explains why he is pursuing retrocession, his qualms with D.C. statehood, and why a change is needed in the first place.
