One thing she said struck me down to my soul. "Criticize by creating," Ms. Wade said. She discussed the power that capitalism holds to bring prosperity to Africa and the pitfalls of centralized planning, which have led to much of the economic struggle in so many African nations. Ms. Wade uncovered the root cause of how over regulation and corruption took root in African countries.
