Creighton Stuns UConn, 91-84

Josh Dicks led the Blue Jays with 21 points, including 13 after halftime, while Nick Graves chipped in 18. The win spoiled a special night for Yukon as they retired Emeka Okafor's jersey. This was Yukon's first big east home loss this season, dropping their conference record to 14 wins and two losses overall at 24 and 2. Creighton coach Greg McDermott now holds a unique mark, becoming the first to beat Dan Hurley's team's four times on the road. The games stayed tight at halftime, tied at 45. Yukon jumped ahead early in the second half, but Creighton responded with a strong run, taking a 7 point lead. The Blue Jays dominated free throws, outscoring the Huskies, 27 to 11 there. Yukon's Braylon Mullins topped all scores with 25 points. Silas DeMarie Jr. added 17 and 9 assists, and Terris Reed Jr. Grabbed 15 points plus 11 rebounds despite fading late.
