Crazy Clancy Case Revelation on Reasonable Doubt!

Some crazy Lindsay Clancy case news as it turns out one single juror is holding out against 11. The defense moved to dismiss that juror, which means likely that he or she was the sole vote for conviction. That implicates, I believe, Massachussetts unique insanity defense law, and that in turn implicates pretty much the entire destruction of Western Civilization. The thumb in the dam. The key comparison is between post partum/pharma meds and drunkenness, which cannot be used in insanity defense.
