Cowboys' Maxx Crosby Trade Talks: Status Update

0:00On March 25th, a recent ESPN report revealed that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones offered the 12th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, plus a second-rounder to land Las Vegas Raiders' star-pass rusher Max Crosby. The Raiders instead took two first-round picks from the Baltimore Ravens, but that deal fell apart when the 28-year-old failed a physical. Due to his January Maniscus surgery, earlier this week sources said the Cowboys are not jumping back into talks right now. Still, Cowboys insider Clarence Hill thinks the team might revisit the idea later this season if things line up. Crosby has spent his whole NFL career with the Raiders since they drafted him in 2019, and he has voiced the desire to stay long-term. He did request the trade after last season, but there's no rush on his end following the Ravens pullout. Raiders' insiders would be surprised by a quick move, especially early in the 2026 campaign. Much depends on Las Vegas' start, with a potential split if losses pile up by October.
