But I'm usually a Williamsburg guy. But yeah. So Lispinard goes parallel to Canal. It's just South of Canal. Yeah. I couldn't believe what Lispinard looked like. Also, now they've moved over. Well, I think, I think it's not that they moved over. I think there's no more room on Canal Street that they've got. Oh, okay. They're probably just going to keep moving. Now, just keep growing and growing and growing. And it's, you know, it's all knock off stuff. And I know, I just obviously, you know, it's being allowed. So yeah. So it wasn't Julie.
