About this episode
I've heard it said that comparison is the thief of joy. And I believe it. I think if you can truly understand this, it'll change your outlook on life from this point forward.
I'm not sure what it is in the human psyche that makes us feel the need to constantly compare ourselves to others, but it's there.
In this podcast episode, we discuss the harmful effects of comparison and how it steals the joy and happiness, you otherwise would enjoy.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know how you plan to rid the habit of comparision in your daily life, so you can live with more fulfillment and joy as you pursue your dreams and goals.
