1:02on the nation's number one podcasting network locked on. We're going to be discussing, hang on Cooper becoming the sixth commitment for the Florida State Seminoles. Who is he? What does he do in conjunction with him being the third defensive back commitment for the class of 2027? So let's dig in to see what's going to happen to him. In conjunction with him being the third defensive back commitment for the class of 2027. So let's dig into Mr. Cooper and overall what does he do for Florida State long term? Because this is one of the more difficult evalts of the year and here is my take. Number one, I will never go against for a state UCLA Michigan or anybody else taking dynamic athletes that can play a multitude of positions. And day on Cooper fits that to AT he plays for South Pittsburgh high school in Tennessee. He's probably 511 give or take 17580 pounds just by watching the film. And he's a young man that can absolutely pick him up and put him down. He can run predominantly for his high school, which is a smaller school.

2:03He plays on the outside and they'll get him the ball on reverses screens. Anyway, they can they don't have a dynamic quote unquote passing attack. But if you do not attack him in the right angle, he'll take the smallest sliver of space and turn it into an 80 yard touchdown. Electric kind of a snooze minutes player or somebody else. Depending on what year you started watching the goals, they've had a lot of guys like this. Not the biggest dude, but can fly. And for the state, despite him being an offensive threat, primarily in high school, are projecting him to play on the defensive side. Now, this doesn't happen as often as it used to. Used to be almost exclusively 80s, 90s, early 2000s. Everybody's top athletic guy, unless it was an incredible program. They always put quarterback running back a receiver and then guys moved to DV. There's a lot more projections. Well, this is kind of an old school deal because he's at a small school.

3:04And they just want to put points on the board. Most of his film is offense. And you have to project. Well, let's go over the basics of playing corner. And that's where Blue Adams and FSU projects his young man to play. First off speed, it is a humongous checkbox. Not a problem at all. That's not going to be in discussion. Even if he makes a false step, even if he goes against an EU player, he has makeup speed. We're good there. Does he change direction? Well, well, he's the guy that the other team, well, he said high school has to chase. He's the rabbit. He's the guy that changes direction and bounces all over the place. Yeah, he's got that too. I haven't seen him in a back pedal and do it over and over again against the week competition. Okay, whatever. The physical traits are there. And this is what coaches get paid to do. Can I take a dynamic athlete in moving to running back or DB or receiver, whatever the case may be? And in this case, from wide receiver to defensive back, it's common. Yes, he can do that.

4:04And finally, he's a kid that's got a little bit of physicality to him. So not only is he a versatile player. I mean, if you wanted to put him at running back, I'd be good. It's whatever you want to do with him, but he'll run through some tackles. I can see an opportunity for Cooper being a kick return and or pump returner. So that's a good sign as well. Finally with him, again, small school, I highly doubt that he is remotely trained in the manner in which he will do at the P4 major P4 level, I should say. I doubt that he's probably going to weigh closer to 200 pounds when he's filled out. 190, 195, anyway, he will be a strong, powerful corner. Fort estate will be good there. My only additional question in this is always the case at corner. Is he going to be better at nickel or traditional horror, meaning the true outside spots? I don't know, but it's dynamic as he is. You can't take that off the table either. So day on Cooper is the sixth commitment for the Knowles.

5:05And he is the third defensive back commitment. They're putting together a really, really good defensive back group. We're going to talk about it in a totality and why, honestly, Fort estate should never not be in the conversation about being a top five DB kind of group in the country. The other two are also very talented players and to be honest, I would take this group any year for any team. As a starting three to go in with reverse utility, absolutely, here's why. We've already talked about Cooper's ability to play multiple spots. Maybe he's your nickel. Maybe he's your outside corner. That's my guess because those guys really got to be able to run.

8:06Possibly he could grow into a boundary, a bigger guy. Maybe I don't know. That'll take care of itself, but he has first utility speed, length, all that kind of stuff. We're good there. The question is what about the other two? Tomorrow, four minutes of safety for some reason, he's not getting enough love. I love his film. He plays a cypress bay down in the greater. Waterdale area. He doesn't get enough run with national. I think he's a guy that can hit. I think he could be another player that could play in the box. Or maybe occasionally depending on the team you're playing, be a nickel. That's a really good football player too. And then on top of it, the most versatile of the group and the one that's kind of outlier to anything because of his height. He's six, three, maybe even a little taller. My Kai Williams, a young man that plays just outside of Tampa. One of my favorite kids that talk to you as well, plays at Leonard High School in Ruskin, Florida. It's games just south of Tampa. Super long. Like you look at him and you walk up to my Kai, you're like, holy cow, man, did you get taller again? Every time I see me, I last time I saw my using taller every time I'm around you.

9:11This is a kid that has elite, like I don't know what his arm measurements are, but it's got to be in the 95 percentile. It is insane. Is he a safety? Is he a corner? Is he going to play multiple spots? It depends on the team and the scheme. But in the defense that FSU runs, especially since they use more zone right now, I can see him playing some core. He could be your boundary. You would not shock me. Yes, he's six three recruited by schools across the country. Miami, once in Wisconsin, all kinds of programs from coast to coast. But he came back to FSU recently and he made it clear that four states teamed to be and he's considering just shutting down his recruitment. He's been committed for quite some time. So four to states in a really good spot at DB. And I think that four to states DB class has a chance to be one of the best in the country. Again, I don't really agree with all the rankings. In its hard, DB and receiver that have the most players at any two positions. I think four men's a little underrated. Mackay is a four star. He's ranked 105th in the nation by 24-7.

10:13But I still think this group is a little underrated. And plus Cooper is listed as an athlete by some services. It's different.
