Commanders Re-sign Burks to One-Year Deal

The Washington Commanders have resigned wide receiver Traylon Berks to a one-year deal worth up to $4 million. Berks joined the team's practice squad in October 16th after the Titans released him from injured reserve. He worked his way onto the 53 man roster and played in eight games. In those games, the 26-year-old made 10 catches for 130 yards, highlighted by a one-handed touchdown grab. Drafted 18th overall by Tennessee in 2022, Berks came over in the trade that sent AJ Brown to Philadelphia. Injuries limited him to just 22 games over his first two seasons, including an ACL tier in 2024 and a fractured collarbone last. Summer.
