Colts Sign Nasir Adderley, Strengthening Secondary

0:00On April 14, the Indianapolis Colts just added some depth to their secondary by signing free agent safety, Nasir Adderley. This 28-year-old baller spent four seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers from 2019 to 2022 before, stepping away from the league in March of 2023. He popped back up on social media in February of 2026, saying he was ready to lace him up again. Adderley was a second-round pick back in 2019, number 60 overall out of Delaware. Over those 50 games with the Chargers, mostly as a starter from 2020 on, he racked up 227 tackles, three picks, two, forced fumbles, and four tackles for loss. Fans are buzzing about this move since the Colts have been shaking up their safety spot this off season. They lost Nick Cross to Washington and Roddy Thomas II to Seattle back in March, so they're rebuilding quick. This marks the third safety they brought in during free agency, alongside Jonathan Owens
