Colts' Josh Downs Set to Shine

General manager Chris Ballard isn't sweating it though. He's got his eyes on slot receiver Josh Downs as the guy ready to level up and become a real weapon. Downs has been steady in his first three seasons, pulling in at least 560 yards each year, including 566 yards, four touchdowns on 58 catches in what was his down year. With more targets coming his way next season, Ballard expects Downs to break out big time, turning those opportunities into the explosive plays that could keep the Colts' offense humming strong.
