Farmer started as a three-star high school recruit who committed to Florida, playing two seasons there before hitting the transfer portal after 20. 23. Coach Eric Wolford, who had bounced around, linked back up when he returned to Kentucky, pulling Farmer to Lexington for a fresh start. Once in Kentucky, he bolted up, started all 24 games at RyGuard and powered their run game with his size and strength. Last season stood out. He earned an 84% grade over 831 snaps, with just two penalties, two sacks allowed, and minimal pressures. Many thought he'd stick around for another college year, but he bet on himself after shining at the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine, landing in the early, fourth round.
