Fresh off an appearance on the Sarah Gonzalez show, this lady, she may have only, you may have only come to know her recently in her in her viral moment, which we will discuss. She has been a very passionate, it's a strange, say anti-trans activist, no pro-child activist or pro-child mom.
5:59Well, I'll ask her what she prefers to be called. Welcome to this show. Beth Bourne is here. Oh my gosh. It's great to be here. And I asked if I should make a born supremacy reference and you're like, that's it. That's my old friends. And I'm like, I guess I'm getting up there. I guess I could be one of your old friends too. Beth, I'm going to play a snippet of this viral moment. But if you don't mind, give us a little bit of set this moment up for us because you're in California, you're in the Davis area, which is very liberal. And explain for us what happened before this moment. I'm going to show it on screen just so I don't know if people have seen this or not yet. Most people have, unless you've been living under a rock, okay.
7:01Set the stage. Okay, sure. Where were we and what led up to this? Yes. So I live in Davis, California, University of California, Davis, it's a university town. And it's about an hour and a half from San Francisco. And I had heard through the grapevine that the trans activists in town in the, you know, Northern California, the groups called the Rainbow Families Action. And so they were going to be in front of the California Democratic Party convention with their signs, you know, urging the Democrats to, you know, continue the sterilizing and the naming of children, right? You know, this gender affirming care and that it was life savings and that they were going to march over to the Democratic convention. And I thought, well, you know what, I'll show up to the, to the protests and I kind of wore disguise, but they recognize me immediately. What was your disguise? Oh, I had on these kind of funny sunglasses, but then I had on this rainbow shirt that
8:05said, you see Davis, we all belong, you know, with like, yeah, that's what they wear. Exactly. I even had on some, I had on like the, the trans, you know, flag pin. And then I had a pronoun pin on that said, you know, they was they them or she her. So I was like, well, maybe they won't recognize me, but they did and they, they kind of came up with their mask on and, you know, really intimidating me. And I just thought, you know, this isn't safe. So I decided to go into the Moscone Center. And I just stood next to where the security guards were letting people through the metal detector. And the guards said that it was just very smart of you, Beth, because then they're forced to confront you or at least walk past you. Yeah. Exactly. And they were in line and there were two or three police officers within a few feet of me in the security guard. So I actually felt kind of safe just holding up my sign and I had a sign that was kind of satire. You know, the sign said more mastectomies for minors and had a picture of a teenage girl
9:07with her mother with these giant, like, you know, open scars from where she just had her mastectomy. And, and I was just asking the Democrats as they came through, you know, do you guys support mastectomies for 13, 14-year-olds, you know, like, let's talk about it. Did you see any, like, political people, like, representatives coming through? These were all just people just, there were a lot of, a lot of either candidates running for governor or, you know, congressman, I think Scott Wiener was there who's, you know, running for Nancy Pelosi's spot, so I just talked to them as they were coming through. Oh, my gosh. Okay. But I didn't expect this kind of reaction. So here is what ensued. Okay. He talks to you first. She says, hi, turf. And like, that's just very interesting. I didn't realize that she actually made the first move this lady.
10:07Right. What age do you think girls would turn up to have times as patients before politics, right? Politics. Right. Oh, yeah, yeah. So stupid. I think that's a decision for her own self, her provider and her parents. How did you feel about your body? I don't know. I have a lot of different feelings about it. But you know what I'm saying? I'm just going to go over here. I'm going to just call you with turf and then, which is engaging with you and then when you engage back in conversation, she's like, no, I'm just going to, I didn't prepare this far. So over here now. We think it's hatred to tell girls that they could be healthy and whole. So I said from an intake home, I thought that she should go up here with a lot of pork or she was 13. And I call my daughter. That's not possible that you'll never become a man and she's ready to go home for that case. Do you know any transgender children?
11:08I do. Yeah. Do you have a transgender child? I do. But they know they were transgender. That's something a person knows inside them. Yeah. And what age do you know that you are a cis woman? What age? Oh. And something I really thought about. Oh. And why did your child think they're transgender? Maybe I'm not going to answer the question. I'm going to have to say that you're silent against you. Okay. Oh, sure. Does your child go to a public school in California? Did they learn there could be 13 gender identities? Okay. Is my family gay? I'm going to be gay. Could you use your name? Ugh. Can I have a hug? Can I have a hug? Can I have a hug? I can't. There's my hug. No, you can't. I can't. I can't get the gay voice because I will have to be gay then. Right? Okay. Because that's what this does. It eliminates gay people. You know you can't just be. Whatever. Clear or let's be in an gay. And and you can't just be yourself and figure it out.
12:08figure it out. Or you can't just be going through a phase that will pass. You know, you have to make permanent surgical changes to yourself. What kind of costume is this? It makes $25,000. I would draw for a ball of plasticity to a point. I really was. I was. So tell me about this. So you, what was that process even like? You're like, let me see, let me see how easy this could be to be approved for a fall bus, which people don't know. It's when they you grow a penis on your arm that felt it's like a water wini made of skin that they attached you. So what was your process like asking you to do that? Yeah. Well, so. Yeah. So I did this whole
13:17undercover story. It took about, I don't know, six to eight months. And I was approved, you know, within well, a few hours after I told my doctor that I was non-binary. They changed my medical records and, you know, added my pronouns. And then I was approved for testosterone in like eight minutes. But then my appointment for top surgery was over zoom, even with the surgeon right here in this, you know, right, this dining room table, I took off my blouse so she could in no bra. So she could see where, you know, I would have the incision. Oh my god. You have balls of steel like your top off. I'm afraid by the way. And she allowed me to record it. I actually asked, may I record this? And she said, yes, just the audio. But I do have the whole thing, you know, it's on my exit count. But yeah, I was approved for top surgery. And then I did ask if I could also have the phalloplasty around the same time. And so they they did approve that. And you know, I they asked for the donor site if I wanted
14:19to use the skin tissue on my forearm or on my thigh. And depending on what you choose, if you choose your forearm, the phallus, the penis will be a little thinner and longer. But if you choose your thigh because it has that fatty tissue, it'll be a girthier phallus. So that those are some of the decisions I had to make. Did you go for girth? Are you go went on your arm? Exactly. I did go for the girth. You went for girth. That is a size queen. I know it's okay. They approve you right away. How are you to do have a hard time keeping a straight face during these zooms? Oh no, it's so it was so actually disturbing because I'd have to look at the photos. So I would be prepared to talk to the you know, surgeon or the the gender specialist about what I wanted and sound convincing. So I was just like in this state of mind where I was having nightmares all the time. And I mean, I'm actually in the mind of different times I would laugh at friends as we were talking about options. But but when I was actually in the appointment with the
15:24therapist, it was it was, you know, upsetting. Oh my gosh. Okay. I'm gonna put the rest of this either be standing up or have kind of traded sex, but not both. Folks, do you think your transgender child like one day have top surgery in the fall of us? Is that something you would allow them to laugh? So she's like to stand next to you to what? Like counteract your sign or? Yes, she exactly. She said I'm going to stand next to you so I can counter your hate is how she described it. So you know, she she chose to get out of line and come stand next to me with her sign. And you know, she did ask me, she did say I'm just going to stand here silently. I'm not going to answer your questions, which that's fine. But I can keep asking them. So I just I just continue to ask them because she couldn't answer your questions or at least couldn't. She started to and then I think she realized that that I was going to keep asking hard questions. Where it was good
16:28to leave. And I actually just you know that the person next to her that caterpillar costume. Yeah, did I ask the caterpillar? Yeah, so caterpillar later becomes a butterfly. So it's signifying, you know, the the transition between a caterpillar can become a butterfly. Probably like a woman can become a man. And I actually think that could be her daughter just from the face. But I don't have. Okay. Yeah. And I think that's what also made the situation really hard for her is that she had her. I think she's either 19 or 20 year old daughter right next to her. It's a it's an interesting comparison except caterpillars don't need medical doctors to become butterflies. They naturally do they don't need to be shot up with hormones. They don't need surgeries. They're parents. They're parents don't have to like, you know, get a second mortgage on the house to pay for another organ to be created. Wow. Okay, so this is her. And I've noticed that so so much. Even when I over the years make
17:33jokes that, you know, that get me canceled or get me, you know, get people upset at me. They'll always say like, oh, it's hate. I think it's so easy for people on the left. People that are kind of have fallen prey to this like ideological brainworm like, oh, it's hate. It's it's like something they don't understand, but they just register it up. This is against me. So it's hate because they believe that they're the kind caring empathetic ones. So how could anybody else possibly care as much as they do? So it's it's it's really it's really wild. The mental gymnastics to understand their position. It's like a skin sausage. Oh my god. So this is the last thing. This is what gets to her because I guess this whole time she's doing right. She's thinking I'm going to tough this out. I'm going to outdo you. My sign's going to outdo your
18:35sign. My vote counteracts your vote. And then once you go into detail about making the fake penis she like, did you think because you have the camera on her the whole time she leans towards you. Now she's going to lean in. Did you think at any point like this woman might hit you or anything like that? You know, I think probably because I had the police officer so close to me in the security guards. And you know, the the trans Tifa that was outside that had the you know, the full mass on. They they look like they wanted the physical assault to happen. But I actually didn't expect it with her. You know, I don't I didn't expect for her to physically come at me like that. So it didn't really surprise me which you put her hand on my shoulder and kind of pushed into me. Because you could obviously kick her ass bath. My money's on you a million times over. I'm going to play this guy. She looks like she's going to cry.
19:44I'm going to have to say. You can't say that. Wow. Wow. I just the first time I saw I was like, that's not what I expected her to say because she's so small and small small bone like a bird and soft spoken. I'm just going to stand here and then comes out with you. I'm going to have to hunt you down. It's like you're right there. I'm going to hunt you down. And kill you says this says the party of empathy. Yeah. And then you rock star that you are like I think the average person would hear that and just be stunned like I think if I heard that I wouldn't I wouldn't chase after the person I just you you're like hold on let me just make it make it firm. This is what you just said to me. Yeah exactly. All's of steel. All right. I'm going to just play this all the way through again. It's like a skin sausage. It's $130 dollars.
20:55But you can't say that. You can't tell somebody you're going to kill them. Wow. Wow. And you're so smart to put your phone even closer to make sure you caught that audio. Yeah. I you know I actually haven't had a lot of experience with like doing these kind of video work. But I've been doing it now for like two years. And I think I kind of learned some tricks like how to put the camera on you and when to bring it closer. And I always say that was one of the nicest gifts that my you know my boyfriend gave me was a really good iPhone because it does a really nice job on recording. Do you have a selfie stick on you or you're just like you're just holding it? No, I don't have people often will say that to me like you know why why don't you have a selfie stick? Oh, you want to grab the dog? Sometimes I have a we have two doodles. Sometimes one of them will jump up in my lap. But never when I call them waffles.
21:59She never comes down when I call setting. Is that a golden retriever? It's actually and he's just taken off right now. Sorry about that. It is an adorable like a it is like a doodle but like a border collie doodle. But it's not I can tell by the bark and the scampering. It's not a small dog. I feel like is that like a 40 it's got more than 40 pounds this dog. You got it exactly right. Just about that and he's gone so it'll be a lot binary. I want to talk more about the dog. Okay so my gosh so this woman leans over to you it says I'm going to hunt you down because then pushes you and then walk away and then you like you can't say that to somebody that is you know have you pursued any kind of like recourse with her and he kind of like this is a threat this was like what can you technically do? Well so it's interesting and this is just kind of how my life has worked the last few years is after I took the video I turned around and I handed it to the police officer who was right there and I said this woman just
23:05said she's going to hunt me down and kill me and he said oh well let me see it and I showed it to him he goes oh yeah he says I'm going to need to record that so then he used his phone to record it but what's interesting is this police officer with a San Francisco police department is actually a man pretending to be a woman so he's actually I know I know what are the what are the chances and I didn't know that at the time like my you know that it's not gay or but you know like trans radar your trans your trans star was not up there exactly like something went off that this isn't how a woman would it was it was a dude pretending to be a woman yeah being a cop right and and later on I remember I had done some research because we also have a a trans identified male police officer in my town but I had done a video of the other police officers in San Francisco and he actually talks about being the first one I think in 20 maybe
24:0813 he came out as a trans woman so so I'd already seen a video of him from about okay yeah so but that's just a coincidence and but then it also makes you feel like how seriously is this police department going to take it when on their police force they're they're all like are accepting of this idea of of people being able to change you know men being able to become women and women being able to get men right in the thick of it there uh not just I mean I I feel because I live in New York I'm like 45 minutes from New York City I don't like go there too often but I mean I'm in Westchester which is like parts of it are pretty blue anyway um so I'm sure you get I don't know maybe your friends like are constantly asking you like why do you still live in California like why why but you know what it's good because some of us have to have to stay in fight exactly love and that we grew up and that we you know wanted to raise our kids in so
25:09right so yes I reported it to him and then um you know they've they've been correcting me every phone tip police officer that they're like well you know sergeant cat winters you know they correct me that it's it's she but I still keep saying he but it looked like a man right like yeah you you processed the person man right okay right and so um so yeah I just been going back and forth with um different officers at the police department and I did finally hear though from um a police officer with the San Mateo sheriff's department and he works on the terrorism joint joint terrorism task force with the FBI and the San Francisco police department and he he said 100% confirmation that that was Madeline man from the University of California San Francisco so that was good I learned that a few days ago um I don't know if their district attorney is going
26:14to actually charge her you know I haven't heard anything from the university um you see us that you know that they're condemning her behavior or they you know so I don't know I really don't know what will happen next but my hunch is that not much will happen but I I did make the report that's frustrating and you didn't do that I mean you didn't keep you're fired and I and I just think for as viral as this video has gone I mean let's let's see do you know how many views you're two point eight million views that's just on this one version I'm looking at I'm sure other people have shared and sometimes people copy videos and repost them like without tagging you so this is millions of views I'm sure like she's getting recognized all over the place everyone knows this is her um I you know if nothing else happens if she isn't lose her job not like I'm assuming that you probably don't care one way or the other what happens there you're just like let me show the world who these people are and I just want her
27:16daughter to be safe that is my my only goal and all of this um is is making sure that yeah children invulnerable adults do not buy into this medical scandal and then of course that that women um you know and girls don't have to like be subjected to having males in their in their spaces in their sports but that's what I speak out is like I like trans people like they are the sweetest corkiest you know talking about like my daughter and her friend group they're like they're gifted sensitive you know creative type kids and that's how they they're such easy prey for um people pushing this this idea of transgenderism you know you don't feel comfortable in your body um you know you don't fit in with the other the popular girls or the sporty boys well here's a group of really you know welcoming and and fun kids and they are I mean these are the same kids that would have been in drama or you know or just walk or yeah doing plays or like exactly there was weirdos
28:22in every facet of high school they look many different types of of weirdo and that's okay and that's part of like making your personality it's got it's like we don't need to put a medical condition and assign surgeries to just being to being different yeah um to tell me a little bit about because your you know daughter is is what kind of inspired you to get more um like more passionate and more verbal to this cause um do you want to tell me a little bit more about you know her situation and her sort of journey and how you know how it helps you get more into this you know wanting to speak out more against this um do you ask about my daughter yeah yeah so she is um she is part of this first cohort of kids in California public schools who um were exposed to this idea of being transgender in elementary school you know when I I did yeah so I you know there
29:25were several moms within our um you know at the elementary school who were telling me that their child was transgender this is like when she was in kindergarten and and I look back and these moms were often um you know women who were coming from Ivy League schools you know they were highly educated and and they had gone through these these schools and um uh oftentimes they were you know um lesbian couples who again you know highly educated and so I think they had come from learning about it through academia like oh you might have a transgender child and you know there are these parents these moms are really you know kind of I don't know what the words you want to use but like highly intellectual and so they were telling us who's not for their own good is what we call that exactly it's so but uh I watched my other friends and at the time I was you know a liberal Democrat right and my other friends were like oh okay that's so wonderful that you
30:26know you're you're helping um dash or change to Sasha you know wearing you know the ballet little dresses it's like a three-year-old boy but but okay that like made me feel kind of like wait what's happening but then you know I didn't realize that my daughter was introduced to it in her health class and in her science class um you know the books were brought in um the you know so she's she's meeting other kids that are calling themselves transgender and then they um they really started to have this social contagion within different groups at her junior high school so you know the girls in the honors classes um you know they you would have four or five girls out of eight you know like half the group all of a sudden coming out is either transgender or non-binary you have to be something pixel right yeah you can't just be regular you and I got the phone call you know from where was the email from her school counselor saying you know you're I'm not going to use the the
31:29name but you know your your child's come in and they've asked to have their name changed at school and we're really excited to support them and um so it wasn't really secretly done but the fact it was already being promoted at the school with the other kids she was already talking to the school counselor before me you know the school counselor had already just been trained in Palm Springs by the California Teachers Association on you know helping out these these trans kids and so um I I honestly uh I and actually I was kind of not paying enough attention to what she's looking at on her phone so she's also the first child or first group of kids to get a smart phone how old are you she got a phone she's now she's 20 almost 21 so it would have been like 20 15 2016 2017 when kids were these are the first kids that you know their moms like okay you can get a cell phone to you know let me know when you get home from school because I'm back at work and
32:31you're not realizing that you know someone like my daughter who's reading two or three years ahead she's on reddit and tumblr and all these different so she had to put it at 10 or 11 years old I would say maybe 11 okay and now you know I'm like wait I would have waited till she was 15 or 16 or or I would have like had it locked down or I would have done a flip but but I didn't really even know what was on reddit and tumblr you know I I didn't even know there were like chat groups of like people talking about trans identities and like really bringing in the kids right people were sending her like you know things like rainbow flags or you know like almost presents in the mail wow yeah that's so invasive like to send stuff to your home I know so much was done without your knowledge without your without your signing off like even though your your daughter sound like she like was in is like get advanced like like smarter than her peers yeah she's a national
33:37merit scholar yeah you're still her mother like she's still she's still a minor under your care you're you're fully in charge of her and I just can't imagine that feeling of like people sending stuff into your home and just it's a multi-pronged attack you know and then school what they're looking at you know online and they're free time it's I'm sure you felt like invaded well you know actually to be honest I I was just naive or dumb like I didn't realize it was evil in this world and it came off as looking nice right you know oh the the council really wants to support my child or oh they have these you know rainbow groups in town I mean I thought weird in my stomach but I didn't realize that it was like evil you know like I got yeah yeah like my gut was saying this is really weird like parents aren't allowed to go into this group we're supposed to just drop our child off you know if they're like it was like tenor over drop your
34:39child off at this rainbow family meeting um it was running yeah who are running who's running these things who I mean what kind of people are there what kind of adults are there like what's going on and you weren't allowed to ask those kind of questions you know it was like oh we want to keep everything really kind of confidential or private for the kids they they would say that with everything with the GSA club meetings with the guest speakers everything was so the the the children can have you know their um privacy or you know things can be uh confidential for them that's so freaking crazy because it's like if you had like a kid on Broadway or a child actor oh would you you know it's kind of like we have to drop the kid off with their agent or manager a bunch of like model scouts we can't ask what's going on um it's just absurd that like you're the the level of hands-off that parents are expected to have towards towards all this and you're just stopping parents because they intimidate you and uh they'll
35:41they'll say things like well do you want to you know a live daughter or dead son or vice versa and and just be it's so great for you to share your great bath because yeah I mean even Elon Musk went through the same thing exactly no I think he said he during the COVID shutdown he allowed his son to go on puberty blockers like he didn't do the research yeah yeah and you just trust you know you're like well if the pediatrician is saying this and the psychologist is saying this and the school teacher is saying this and um but but I'm lucky I think because as soon as my daughter wanted to do something medical I started to do some research and I found um Jesse's single single he had just written an article in the Atlantic this is in 2018 about parents who pushed back and then their their daughters like you know de-cisted um and then Will Malone who's a endocrinologist out of New York he was also speaking out on this and just having a few resources
36:44I was able to convince her wow psychologist to um and her my ex-husband who's affirming not to do anything until she turned 18 so we had almost five years and so she grew out of it about 17 years old but they wanted her at Kaiser they wanted to give her blockers and in testosterone and um you know girls around her here at Davis High School are already having you know double mastectomies and ninth grade ninth and tenth grade oh oh my gosh there's multiple kids around her getting these surgeries yes yes and they show up to like you know a school board meeting and you could see their concave chest right because they don't have the you know the pecs that a boy would have um no but he will they grow the shoulders or the chat like the just your body isn't built to build up that way so uh they lost all my friends just speaking out about it you know or just just asking questions whatever you've been through so much Beth you're
37:44and you said it like 13 or 14 she wanted to like transition or start getting surgeries that's when you first knew yeah what was it like that either you heard directly from her or her psychologist like what were the signs and symptoms that led both her and her psychologist to be like this is what she is now yeah so um I know it's also the whole thing it's just so bizarre right it's if you don't feel comfortable in your body um and you've been thinking about it for a while I think it says like WPath said if you've been thinking about it consistently for six months then you then that means your transgender well I'm thinking well I hated going through puberty for like two years yeah I was constantly putting socks in my bra um I was awkward because I like all my friends had their period but me I remember I was 14 and my friends and like I guess middle school were like you didn't get your period yet Chrissy you need to walk around with a pad so you know how it feels like it was awkward for years and then I finally got it at your nests came I thought I just landed
38:50on the beam too hard and it just it never really stops being awkward don't exactly exactly and that's why it's so easy to catch these kids in adolescence you know like if you're if you have any kind of autism like the studies are out on that that makes you even more vulnerable and like they they're sorry I mean you can't convince me that the medical industry and the psychiatrist psychologists are not like willingly taking advantage like they just know that or they have this sort of sick savior complex like oh I'm some of these teachers and guidance counselors and psychologists like they want to be the one who like discovered and saved the trans kid and it's like they make it about them yeah and it's mostly females too so I think that's part of the problem is it's easier to convince a group of women to all think the same way and not and not to have that that that conflict or you know that tension that men don't mind having where you totally disagree because men are disagreeable and they're more comfortable in it whereas women
39:55there's too many women in academia is too many like yeah it's it's there's too many women in the medical industry in academia and although I'm sure these the surgeons doing the surgery that you mentioned that make $25,000 maybe some of them are men but um yeah I think they had hired four new plastic surgeons right about the time I was doing this because there was such a high demand in Sacramento for top surgery so and you know it's so easy for a surgeon to do top surgery because they don't have to be careful to look for that cancerous breast tissue so what they do they put you on the weight list for cancellation and they'll get you in within like two weeks because it's so easy they're not they're not having to reconstruct your breasts or like be really careful yeah but the the fellow plastic surgeon was male I mean that's a higher um like I said it's $130,000 dollar surgery so for something that like probably won't take
40:59probably will get infected and be gross and fall off and like I think I it's like okay if you must just put it just put some socks down there if you must like exactly yeah so and yeah they offer sorry they they offer like little packers for free the kids here in Davis if you're over 12 you can get a free breast binder free penis tucking kit a free packer you know all these like oh they're safe it's just like you know garments right it's not anything you know medical that's really terrible the end it's this is all free and subsidized like basically it's a costume you can wear if you don't feel comfortable in your own body like try on the costume of being a boy or a man not like they even have a clue what what that actually is yeah it's just so backwards that you wouldn't spend more time talking to somebody or getting in their head or like for me I'm always saying like gender affirming care should be like affirming the gender that you are born in yes okay let's think about
42:05you don't feel particularly female okay guess what not every woman is a girly girl and loves makeup and shoes and bags and going to the malls like well what are you into are you like into taking care of animals you want to be a nurse like I wish that and they don't do this because it makes too much money to just medicalize and give them hormones and yeah surgeries but I just wish that and there's no incentive to just talk to them more and be like let's figure let's find ways to make you feel more the person you're meant to be that the person you were born to be and it's it's mostly just I bet you know puberty autism a lot of these kids sexual assault a lot that yeah abuse assault because you want to hide your body you want you're like oh these are the parts of me that that caused this traumatic event like I want them gone and sometimes it's not even about I want to be the other gender sometimes you just like you want to go neutral you want to be nothing right right and then for the boys you know they they at least what I've seen in
43:11Davis it's there's this kind of path of you know getting into anime which is sometimes very sexualized anime and then you kind of get into you know computer games where you're using avatars that are female and getting a lot of attention for that and then you know then there's the porn right so they go a different route to get into it and then oftentimes you're being groomed by men are other men so being groomed by men yeah who are they're obviously predatory but they are yeah like fetishizing you and you're using you as some kind of tool just for them to get off it's like it's so horrible that we even have to like talk about these things but it's because people don't talk about these things right that parents just don't know that it could happen or it's happening yeah under there you know right under their nose um so how so you you were able to you know stall surgeries for your daughter till you're like okay wait till she's 18 which I always feel too like once you're an adult like okay if you must do that go for it but let's just like
44:16maybe wait till the phase of puberty is over um you know what any update like now that she's over 18 um you know what she's doing or if you know she's in college we are estranged which you know is part of um what happens if you speak out about what I see as you know this crazy social medical scandal and um uh it makes me really sad but um but I am hoping that in the future um you know she'll realize that that I was and I don't want to cry but I'm one of the lucky moms because she's safe she's you know doing great in school and um but I can't like walk around town and see these other kids falling into this and and what they're doing to their bodies and not be like you guys we have to stop this right you can't know that kids are um having horrific things happen to them
45:22because they're just being lied to they're being lied to by people at school by their you know that people in charge right these elected officials who um Gavin Newsom is still lying you know about this whole trans child thing and the meantime his kids go to some expensive fancy school in Marin you know his daughters look like beautiful little girls and her boy the boys are all like you know perfect little boys they're not being exposed to this so um yeah he doesn't you know I'll have to worry about his kids but but he's pushing it on everybody else is in our public schools and uh so I have lots of friends that have either moved to Florida or you know Oklahoma, Tennessee or they just sent their kids to the um private Catholic school in town and uh yeah and it seems like the Democratic politicians like they have no choice but to like go even more um intense with it like
46:23they get painted into a corner and it's like they actually have to sound insane they actually have to like promote insane at concepts and it's like I guess they're part they feel kind of bullied by their party and they're constituent like this is this is what you have to do you have to be insane to be a Democrat in 2026 and uh because they because they need that party support because if they go and depend and like happen to like RFK but they they took away his secret service I mean that was probably a lot of other reasons for that too you know his like associations with Trump and like everything else but um so yeah you were saying like you all during this process not only are you having like you're fighting for your daughter but you're like Kate you're losing friends I just can't imagine how hard that is and and like and how did it affect like your your other child like yeah so I might my younger child is my son and um I don't think it
47:26is very athletic um and so you're in a different group of friends you know I had a daughter who's very um they're they're both incredibly mathematical but she was in like a theater group you know an acquired group um it's just a deep different group of kids and he's you know hanging out with the athletic boys and really into cars you know it's like he's not thinking about all this social justice warrior stuff you know yeah the really sweet kid but just a different interest and so you're not he you know he wouldn't he was never in a vulnerable um position where he could be um I think convinced that there was something wrong with him does he house his relationship with your daughter you know I don't really usually talk about him very much but but but they're great you know okay because they're both loving kids and so and you know I could yeah it's good that he the have each other you know I mean like even if there are times that that she's not talking to you
48:30like yeah I just think you you are loving her like you're you're loving her for fighting for this and you and it's so hard but it's like you know you're the one that's like no you're perfect as you are and like you're perfect the way God made you and um it's it's just like it's the moment you're in right now and just praying about it and hopefully you know and I think about what it more on I was literally up until the age of probably like 26 so and I was gonna say that yeah that's it is it it's very normal for a teenage girl to individuate from her mom about that age right so I did this very much you know my early years of college where I'm gonna be on my own I'm gonna do my own thing yeah um you know I mean my parents were helping out me out with college so I could do this like you know no contact I'm on my own um but uh there's there's some normal
49:30kinds of like not realizing that your your parents actually are pretty smart and do care about you so um yeah I was being a teenager like like lashing out my parents being like I'm gonna move away and not cause I swear and they're like okay yeah you're gonna pay for that um yeah but I just think you're so incredibly strong Beth and like you're you're involvement and this is you know people might just know you now from this viral moment with this lady is right to kill you but you have been active before this you did a fun little bikini stunt oh yeah back in September do you want to tell me about what prompted what prompted this move oh sure yeah yes so um I have been going to school board meetings for a couple of years and um you know I oftentimes spring books and I talk about oh my god can you believe these books are in our library or I show the curriculum you know that they're using in health class but sometimes I feel like they're
50:34not listening to me and I just need to do something that really kind of wakes them up and it was like as I think that Thursday afternoon and in a couple hours before the board meeting and I just said I'm gonna talk about you know the fact that girls are having to undress in front of boys at the high school and I'm just gonna show them and I just thought you know what I was originally going to go down to my bra and my you know underwear but then I thought you know what I'm gonna put on a bathing suit I'll do a two-piece because then it's not an appropriate dress you know when I so smart yeah you're like yeah it's a bathing suit yeah it's a bathing suit and and so yeah I just tried it and uh you know I'm not in the best of shape right now but I just went for it that you have balls of steel back so you do it and then like what was the response like did you did people laughed did people so I watched so the three women on on the board are very you know they
51:40are like supreme trans activists they will push trans ideology on everyone and and the men are kind of like these beta men who who don't understand oh yeah you can see this one's wearing a mask yes yes he's never taken it off you know six years the other little guy loves it can't change the can't change a tire they're yeah yeah yeah and so when the women saw me starting to undress they they they were like you know you can't possibly allow her to do this and so they turned to him you know he was filling it as a board president and they were like you need to stop this and um so they they stopped me and it was really fun I mean I don't think this this moment would have gone this viral I think I don't know must I got like I mean Megan Kelly was talking about it and uh that field and I mean it just kind of went super viral but I think it's because they stopped me from doing it and then I went into recess for like five minutes they brought me back out and I
52:41said what did I do wrong can you tell me what I you know and they what tell me so I just did it again so anyway so you just did it again yeah exactly I was like okay I'm just gonna play a snippet of this look at this lady yeah look at them shaking their head what more oh like they're so scandalized when you listen to the things they probably they promote and this is great it's a big you should go you're so amazing they're just upset because they would not look as good in the meeting soon yeah actually not not this group board but yeah so they they call recess and then they go back and then you do it again yeah I did it again and then what happened and then I think
53:41they called the police which like you know honestly and the funny thing is is it's not really clear right I mean free speech I there's some decorum sometimes you would have on a school board but but they weren't ever able to tell me I asked them you know I think my attorney even sent them a letter like can you explain what it is you know Beth did wrong was it a decorum thing and there's no answer so and yeah the police I think they asked me to leave I could have probably pushed it and said no I'm not leaving this public meeting but but I at this point kind of done yeah I made my point and but yeah I mean you never know when a moment's gonna go viral so you just have to have your camera on and just be ready and like try different things I mean I I have tried to be so polite and you know write little letters and you know just keep going to the to the
54:41school board meetings and then the last maybe year and a half I'm like oh I'm trying anything like whatever it takes you know the undercover story that you know going to these um oh I think I spoke out of the turning point USA event where I had my sign and I got punched in the back of the head and oh my god yeah Elon Musk tweeted it so that that one got like 50 million views so now you're like you kind of know what it says go viral you try you kind of trying art to go viral because you know like it's it's so much bigger than just you it's so much bigger than just Davis or California yeah and my sister she said you know what goes viral is just being crazy she's like that's what goes viral I mean you know the funny way she meant it is that people like to see the unexpected and and like you know just kind of wild things that happen so I just have to be very careful that I don't get hurt and you know have somebody do something
55:42um you know so I actually don't do anything more on on university campuses okay yeah why I was at the turning point USA event at UC Berkeley in November when Rob Schneider was there and I was attacked by a trans TFA but I was with you know another 500 people and okay uh so yeah they've made it really dangerous to you know speak out on on university campuses and um it's that's the other thing is we have to have free speech and and I worry sometimes in these blue states or blue cities that there's only like one kind of speech that's accepted oh yeah and the universities are so like insulated because it's like the you're not changing the fabric of who pursues these positions anytime soon like it's it's certain kinds of people are drawn to them and like the system is set up in a certain way that certain kinds of people get the jobs and get promoted and
56:43they all just want like like minded but they want their people around surrounded by them so it's uh you need to balance it out with like moments like what you're doing and free speech in general right and just going and talking about it on as many shows as you can and and just have you noticed like okay you've lost your your your liberal friends but have you you know oh I've made lots of great you probably ate lots of new friends I want to know yeah who who who's who's in your DMs back who who who's who's who's inviting you to parties who are we friends with now exactly um what's interesting though I would say that it's kind of flip flop like most of my friends now it feels like are men right here in town um because they're they're either watching conservative guys like Joe Rogan or you know um Jordan Peterson or whoever they're just following this more so they they really know what's happening more even though one is this very liberal town so um yeah that's it
57:50and and uh just just lots of people online who've been really supporting me so oh that's good yeah okay wow Beth you're just you're such an inspiration um I'm gonna yeah pray for you keep doing what you're doing I'm gonna pray you don't get attacked but like yeah you're you're smart like you kind of know where where to go we're not to go um and there's always you should do like a collab with like billboard chris I feel like yeah he's been great he's to share a lot and um he was nice he just shared that post in San Francisco the Moscone Center good people often will say to me why don't you be more like billboard chris and kind of like I'm at 60 tall I'm not a man exactly and it was my daughter he doesn't have that and he's he's very passionate but it's like personal to me like yeah they came after my child it makes you even not that it's a contest or something but like that you are in it like it has personally affected you and the fact that you can still smile laugh about it and like continue to like do the work and think of inventive ways
58:56to get people's attention and and like new ways to to just get eyeballs on this thing because even though there has been some progress made right like some hospitals have rolled back their their surgeries or some hospitals have shut down certain departments but like I you know you could definitely yeah I want to happen faster but it really is coming down you know the the dam is breaking but um and we're so lucky to have you know president trump in office and his administration the federal trade commission is you know I'm sharing my records with them about the Kaiser story and my daughter yeah so they're doing a great job it's medical malpractice it's consumer fraud so the federal trade commission and the department of justice really good job yeah this is one of your posts from oh yeah pinned tweet actually this is from oh January 16th it's all medical fraud after
59:58my daughter's pediatrician at Kaiser permanent day tried to put her on puberty blockers and wrong sex hormones when she was only 14 I love that you call them wrong sex hormones I didn't undercover story where I pretended to be non-binary I was approved by my Kaiser doctors over zoom for a double mastectomy top surgery and a phalloplasty fake penis made from the skin tissue on my thigh in under nine months it was only a hundred dollar copay for my elective mastectomy wow and two hundred dollar copay for my phalloplasty yet the surgeons will bill 25,000 for mastectomy and 135K for the phalloplasty so insurance companies are I guess fitting the bill for most of this or it's maybe it's actually I'm not sure how it how it works like where the rest of this money comes from is it subsidized yeah so with like Kaiser here in California I think it's like 80% of this gender care is paid through a medicator you know it's it's it's subsidized it's the taxpayers that are paying
1:01:03for it so yeah you know I would like bigger boobs so that I could feel more female maybe the taxpayers of New York would like to pay for a book for me after nursing for two years I don't know if that's going to happen wow and then those realities yeah Colin Wright's been a great friend so he came for Davis and spoke about the schools and helped a little bit with this you know as well and so yeah wow I just like love that you're doing it like you're you know it's it's it's so easy to just tweet or whatever but you're making these phone calls you're actually going for the process to see like how how little hoops you have to jump through to to get these surgeries and what it's actually like so I just have so much respect for you Beth and I think you're you're so strong in ways that people see and don't see and let people know how they can support you how they can follow you
1:02:08if there's anything you would like anybody to do well I'm on Facebook you know which is I think it's Beth young born it's really easy to follow me because I put everything on public um and it you know it's just it's a different kind of interaction but I actually still like it it's you know usually more local but then on x which is great too um I'm at born B-O-U-R-N-E underscore Beth 2 3 4 5 and um I just love the x world because it's uh just a way to connect with people you know in Australia and the UK um you know places that are awesome being hit really hard by this and uh right right it's true so possibly even worse um I love this I love your um oh Canada that's the other country yeah bad really bad yeah now they're offering yeah assisted suicide like like a big deal um I love your the lion photo you have on your profile the truth is like a lion
1:03:13you don't have to defend it let it loose it will defend itself and that's just what you're doing you're just shining a light uh yeah a mirror I'm just holding up a mirror to what's going on and people can't stand it you know to showing them what what we're learning in school or you know what's happening at these gender clinics or um yeah and it's like what do you think what parents do like if they can't pull their if they can't homeschool their kids or pull them out of a public school they can't afford you know like a bougie school that doesn't teach this although I don't know what kind of schools wouldn't teach this maybe maybe like a Catholic school probably wouldn't um do you have any like advice having kind of gone through it like what parents you know well if your child's already in it it's you can't really talk about gender so I wish I had done a little bit more talking about um you know medical scandals like let's watch dope sick and talk about the opioid crisis or let's talk about you know what happened with lobotomies or you know other
1:04:17things that have happened in the past and then also you know how do cult work like let's watch shows on why is not technology or you know like you talk about yeah talk around it yeah that watching the show South Park has been really fun not you know I watched it with my younger child but South Park really makes fun of this idea of like group think or you know PC principle and yeah we're so funny it's great yeah yeah um and then um you know if you have a younger child I would really advise if you could do things like um you know there's groups like a future farmers of America or 4-8 or like groups where they really are talking about you know this is a rooster and this is a chicken or or just reminding them all the time of just the very basics of of um what does it mean to be human and mammals and just keep reinforcing that that you that if your boy you grew up to be a man and you know how lucky it is that you have these parts of your
1:05:21body that are different than your sisters who also has amazing parts of her body but you know like really talk about only women can make babies and you know this is how they feed their babies so that that kind of thing so if your kid has to go to public school you know just when they bring home these garbage books or homework assignments just you know do do an alternate exercise with them and just remind them that that this is all make believe you know like yeah have your own library at home yes thank you for having your own activities to do with them and uh yeah you're not just at the mercy yeah breakbook story hour um Kirk Cameron like there's quite a few authors that really do write books that are really focused on on you know the idea that yeah a boy grows up to be a man yeah what a novel concept yeah we can't we just you can't take anything for granted now but just just to be alert be aware you have to always be paying attention talking to your kids about this
1:06:25and um yeah maybe the idea like they're not too young to talk about it or um yeah there's there's definitely like age appropriate conversations you can have no matter where they're at so um thank you best so much for your time and everyone follow Beth on Twitter Facebook wherever wherever you frequent online and um I don't know if you if you ever need like a go find me for a security fund let us know I always tell people if you can support detransitioners you know you you can they oftentimes will scroll around but they they really need the help that they've got medical bills and they have they need to hire attorneys and so wow yeah yeah support them okay thank you really great thank you so much bad and thank you everybody in the chat for listening and watching and we'll see everybody next time thank you so much bye
