But the latest Clueless TV series on Peacock just got shelved, even with Alicia Silverstone said to bring back her iconic, share Horowitz. This marks the second swing and miss for a clueless revival there. A few years back, they tried a reboot centered on Stacey Dash's Dion Davenport, but that one fizzled out too. The project had heavy hitters behind it, like CBS Studios and Universal Television. Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, from Gossip Girl, were writing and producing, joined by Jordan Weiss from Dollface, plus original director Amy Heckerling. Deadline dropped the news on April 23rd, 2026, saying it's off Peacock Slate for now. Still, CBS and Paramount loved the idea and the property, so they're planning to shop it around to other networks. Expect this fan favorite to pop up somewhere else soon.
