The center sits at 69 Esplanade in Clearwater Beach with hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays. These hurricanes shut things down hard, leaving locals without key spots for fitness and fun, but this reopening brings some normalcy back too. Residents and visitors craving community vibes. Inside, they've added a pop-up beach library with books and materials, grab a card on site, check out holds, or register new ones. Library hours run Tuesdays and Thursdays noon to 2 p.m. Plus Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Staff can hook you up with event planning too.
