00Breaking news today, clarity could be right here, guys. We're going to break it all down for you. Before we get started, I do want to thank our sponsor. And that, of course, is BTCC. You're going to get a 10% first time deposit bonus, a whole slew of offers as well as lower trading fees. All of that's available to you right now on BTCC. So check it out. Long short, copy trading. Do it all over there. Let's go over and lead off with what's happening in BTC right now, which, of course, is the blockchain summit. And I was supposed to be there. I'm not feeling well, as you guys can see. But the point is, is a lot of things are happening, and I think we are getting to the point where we are going to have an opportunity to see history being made. And I want to go to this first clip. This first clip is a really a breakdown by Dusty Johnson that says, hey, we got to move pretty fast. Take a look. Continue to talk about urgency.

00Just continue to let folks know we really, really have to get this done. We are very close to being out of time and concerned. We're going to blow it. Don't move the goalposts. I do not understand the Senate. Whatever they're putting in the tapioca pudding they eat after lunch, they need to change that recipe. It just takes them so long, but we really are running out of time. We are running out of time. The new hold up is yield bearing unstable coins. I get it, but the time has really come for us to figure out what does a reasonable compromise look like. We absolutely need to get this done. We better get it done. This dithering is unbecoming a great institution. All right. So, well, dithering is what politicians do the best, and it's been happening for a long time, guys. We've had this on the Dexence last August. That was when it was supposed to be done the first time. Then we had all sorts of, then it was March. Now, you know, we are dealing with a whole new era, I think, of where this is really going to happen. Bernie Moreno, though, hits it pretty well, and he talks about we are in a kind of a point

07of no return. Take a look. If we don't get the Clarity Act passed by May, digital asset legislation will not pass for the foreseeable future. I implore all of you to stay with us and keep pushing. We are on the cusp of getting this industry absolutely stapled to the future of the United States of America. We'll get this across the finish line. We're going to do it together, and we will win, and then it's go time. All right. I feel pretty good about Moreno. We've been following him for a while. He's new to the game, and I think he understands what's happening here, and the opportunity it brings to the United States around business innovation and so much more. When you look at what's at the alumnus has been talking about, she's mostly in the Bitcoin camp, but she actually said something here that I thought, oh, does this curse our clarity odds? Take a look. Can we give any hope to this room that maybe we'll see an endgame here? I thought we'd be doing a victory lap by now.

08Gosh, the banks got really dug in on this for reasons that still escape me. But the good news is, we are so close. And I know I've been saying that for a long time, but we are so close this time. I just want to assure you, we really are going to get it out of the banking committee in April. But we're going to mark it up in April. We're going to mark it up after the Easter recess. We're going to have this thing done come hell or high water. Great. So, a lot of optimism. All right, so I, a little cringe there of what Lomas is talking about. And she is right. I mean, we have been going at this for quite some time. There's been fall starts after fall starts. Banks have jumped into the midst of this. If you're brand new to crypto, you're just getting in and understanding what's going on.

08We're literally at the threshold of reformatting our financial future in the United States. And what it's going to be is going to be huge. Now, Tim Scott, who I think is the linchpin here of how this will go, he talks about the real hope behind this. Take a look. Can you please give us an update? Where are we? I'm getting clarity. Let us pray. Thank God for the White House giving us all, we missed lots of my artificial deadlines. But we are making progress on all the other parts that we don't hear about. You alluded to one of the biggest issues, stablecoin, yield, stablecoin rewards, everyone in this audience knows it well. Can you give an update on the progress there? We are making progress. The good news from my perspective is that this really is not about having a partisan vote. This is about having both sides fighting over the differences. I believe that this week we will have the first proposal in my hands to take a look at.

09And if that actually happened before the end of this week, and I think that it will, we'll at least know that the sketch looks like the person. I see it as the largest publicly celebrated challenge that we have. I mean, listen, I think if you want to be real about it, the issues of ethics, I think we're very close to landing the plane on ethics issue. On COREM, we decided to see FTC leave, and I think the issue of DeFi, who I've talked to mark probably every week, we're still in a constructive process there. Good news is those issues seem to pale in comparison to the rewards issue. So what you see there with Tim is we're going to know by this week, or from what he's telling us. Remember, this is the lead official coming out on Senate Banking Committee, the guy. If this does not come across the line, I think maybe Trump's going to pass a finger to point here, but we will know this week and what we have in reference to possibly some concessions around what this is going to look like.

10Now, there are some other things that are connecting to this in the Clarity Act. One of it is around the tax bill. And remember, this was something that was attempted during the Genius Act passing, but now the possibility might link this into clarity. Take a look. This was not mentioned in the Genius Act. We need this clarity, and I like where this is going, and I think the Dean Basis rule is going the right direction if we want this to move around freely. So when you go into Costco right now, you can only use, I believe, one form of payment. Master Carter Visa, now think about it if you're my brother, who's a small retailer, and he has a square payment, he gets hit with 6% on AMEX. This is going to change the world and going to change our country for the better. Most people are out there, and they say they're going to take stablecoin. I don't know if I'll go back to a credit card again. So this is something, as you can see, I like a lot. And we need it done in a timely manner, so that as the final pieces are passed in the Senate, that this bill is right there to move forward.

15So a couple of things that you have to look at there is, first, bringing payments into this, I think is very important. The tax component, I'm assuming, is going to be somewhat basic, because I'm trying to pile that in this late in the game. That could create some problems, but I think what they're going for is to get the payment component in here. This is a big deal, because they're talking about retailers and the ability to be able to have that option to accept the stablecoin for payment. And if that does happen, that would be absolutely huge, and it would be a huge win, I think, for Congress to get that across the line, because that's covering not only investors, it's covering retail and innovation, I mean, basically it's a financial windfall for everybody. Now, they go further into this last clip before we get going here. This is Paul Atkins, where he's endorsing clarity by name. This is the head of the SEC. Take a look. I suspect that many in this audience are really tired of hearing about the perils of uncertainty. On that note, I strongly support the ongoing bipartisan efforts on Capitol Hill, particularly

21the Clearity Act, that I trust will soon reach President Trump's desk. Well, that's a big statement coming from Atkins, because he has never really said that in terms of supporting the bill by name, and doing it there at the Blockchain Summit, I think, is a big win for the industry, and it's also going to help, I think, Trump in being able to close this out. However, with all of this good news, we are still seeing, yes, it is a high percentage at 62%, but we're still seeing a little bit of a pause here on clarity probability. Now, I think this should be much higher based on what we're seeing, based on our research, based on what we're hearing from DC. It all kinds of boils down to what these concessions have been. I want to go to another clip that will break down some of this, because this is also layering in a new announcement from the SEC that happened yesterday. You guys saw it. This is all about a new token taxonomy, and what it means for innovation to look. So today, I'm pleased to announce that the SEC's persistent failure to provide clarity

26on this question is over. As we speak, the Commission is implementing a token taxonomy and investment contract interpretation, and you should find that in your inbox. Establishes four asset categories that are not deemed to be securities. So digital commodities, digital collectibles, digital tools, and payment stablecoins, that only one crypto asset class remains subject to securities laws, namely digital securities, which are traditional securities that are tokenized, as we're not the securities in everything commission anymore. So thank you. And presumably, the CFTC will be coming out to with some sort of taxonomy sometime soon. And we've agreed to the same taxonomy, that's our organization. Yeah, you'll see the participating.

27I don't know when that's happened before. Yeah, me neither. I don't know when that's happened before. Where you get two major bureaucratic agencies agreeing on how this is playing out. There was a lot of other things that they announced in this press release. There it is, regulation on crypto assets, safe harbor. But I want to kind of call it a focus here on startup exemptions. This is pretty big. The exemption could also allow entrepreneurs to raise up to a defined of about 5 million during a four-year period with notices to commission when they were relying on exemption and when exiting. Mainly innovation. This is going to be a big deal for startups fund raising up to 75 million over 12 months. This is another big deal, especially because those have been big drawbacks with the SEC going forward. And then you go into the actual breakdown of the digital commodities. There they are, guys. Let's read them. Apto's avalanche, Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Cardano, Chainlink, Dogecoin, ETH. And then of course, you've got H. Bar, Hadeira, Litecoin, Polkadot, Shiba, E.

28Ngu, Salana, then Stellar, Tezos, and last but not least, XRP. So those are now all commodities, all agreed upon by both agencies. Probably one of the biggest things that has happened in crypto to date. I think we're going to see a lot of opportunity here. Now, there is a Hail Mary plan. And what it bulls down to is Memorial Day break after May 21st. So that's kind of the timing that we're dealing with right now. And remember, this hits Tim Scott's desk this week. He says, Sketch, we'll see what gets pushed back from that. All of that's kind of interesting timing here, because we've got Project Hill Mary in the theater. So we need a Hail Mary. And then of course, the last thing I want to hit on is this right here. Crypto exchange, Kraken is now freezing their IPO. Now this is a concern because this sends shockwaves through the crypto industry, meaning it's the red flag guys that says, no crypto companies are going to IPO. That's a bad thing for the S&P 500, it's a bad thing for stock market.

32And if we don't get clarity, I think this starts to affect traditional finance even more.
