He collapsed while showering at a Nevada hotel and was revived twice in under an hour by emergency crews using a defibrillator. The ordeal started after he appeared at a martial arts event in Las Vegas on July 16. Norris and his wife Gina stopped at the Tonopostation Hotel during their long drive home to California, checking in around 1.30 a.m. His wife watched helplessly as Medics rushed him through the casino on a stretcher. Sources close to the family said the attacks would have ended most people half his age, creating chaos among hotel staff and guests. They raised him 100 miles by ambulance to a hospital in Hawthorne, where he suffered the second attack. He realized again, he was airlifted another 140 miles to Reno for advanced care and recovered enough to leave within days.

1:01Norris went on to inspire fans worldwide with his action roles in discipline, passing away at 86 this month after hospitalization in Hawaii.
