Chicago Bears FULL 7-Round 2026 NFL Mock Draft

Welcome back to what's the first pick. We're going team by team to build the perfect seven round

mile draft today breaking down the Chicago Bears. They're biggest needs best fits and sleeper picks

that could make their draft. I'm Ryan Wilson. That's former Titan. She and Rand Carthon.

As always before we get rolling here, Bears fans, let us know in the comments what you want Chicago to

do at pick number 25. Thank you very much for the visual reminder, Rand. Let's get to it.

Strike here. Let's build the perfect bears, my draft. As I mentioned, Chicago's got the 25th

overall pick. They have seven total picks. They've added Garrett Bradbury at center.

After Drew Daumann's retirement, Kobe Bryant and Devon Bush on defense among others.

We know they traded wide receiver DJ Moore, and they let Joaquin Brisker, Kevin Byard,

and Nation on right leave on the defensive side of the ball in a free agency. Let's see what we can do

to help him here. First things first in Rand. I mentioned this to you earlier.

Bears fans, they want to edge help. They get angry when you give them Caleb Banks here because

of the injury concerns. But guess what Peter Woods is here. So we didn't have to worry about it.

If we want to go in that direction, TJ Parker, Kate Mcdonald, there are some choices here.

If you want to help on defense, first overall.

Yeah, I'm looking at this at this group. They signed three interior guys. And I don't know.

I didn't look at the contracts. And you took a guy to second round last year.

It's your mark Turner. So I do understand that there may not be that big of a need.

I do think edge is a big need for them. And I love TJ Parker here.

Yeah, I mean, he fits the mold. He's big. He's long.

Yeah, I mean, let's do it. TJ Parker.

I have Deo Odeingbo coming off the Achilles, I believe. So there's some injury concerns there.

Recovery concerns. Awesome. Booker's been really good. He's going into your three or your four

care member, but he's also been really good. I know it's not a huge need. They got

Khalifa Aiman from Detroit to reunite him with Ben Johnson. But during Bernard,

would catch 800 yards of footballs next year, I feel like.

Because he's a precise route runner.

But even with Khalifa Aiman, though, Khalifa Aiman is a smaller guy. He's going to be their

point returner, their kick returner. He'll be more of the gadget, uh, take guy.

Now to be out. My only thing is they've gone back to back drafts. They drafted Rome and won

in 24 Luther Burton in two and 25. And then last year, Colson Lovelin, the tight end in one.

So they've, they've gone those three pay. I'm looking to see if there's any, any glaring needs

at other positions. So they have Collar Gordon, who's a good player. And I mentioned that

because trading sticks is staring us in the face and they have some needs of safety.

Well, they pay Collar Gordon too. That's right. And they sign Kobe Bryant. They do have Cam

Lewis. They brought it from Buffalo. I don't think Cam Lewis. Yeah, let's go. Let's go Jeremy Bernard.

Yeah, Jeremy. Let's do Jeremy. Let me and we know Ben Johnson ain't messing around on offense.

And I think just his precision as a route runner. I don't want to keep coming back to this. But if

he had been running that deep over and that DJ Moore, maybe that's the different end of that season.

I'll just leave it at that. All right. Next up, we are now on pick 60. And

what do you have? Hey, they signed Devin Bush. You resurrected his career in Cleveland,

which is not a thing you say very often. They have TJ Edwards. I think they re up the

Marco Jackson, I believe. Jack Sandboard North School there. I mentioned all that because Jake

Golday is there. So Jake Golday gives you a little versatility. Former edge rusher out of Central

Arkansas, who moved to off ball at Cincinnati. I'm looking at their depth. TJ Edwards, Devin Bush,

Noah Sewell, who's played well in spots. And then you got Rubin Hippolite, who's been a good,

a good special team reform. Yeah, Jake Golday will be a solid fit for them. He'll be versatile

just in terms of how Dennis Allen can use him and move him around. Yeah, shoot it.

All right. Next up, we're into round three. And this is pick 89.

Man, I feel pretty good about this draft, but I say that all the time and then

fans have different expectations than mine.

So, what's the, have we settled on the left tackle situation? They have Aussie Trapillo,

who was banged up. And they have Theo Benedette, who, who they also signed, uh,

Gedrick wills. I think that Gedrick wills who hopefully is healthy after taking some time off

there. Obviously, Garrett Bradbury, they acquired after to dominant tire. So there's set there.

And the right side is said, uh, Darnell writes one of the best offensive tackles on football.

Just putting that out there, Joe Tunis. So they, they have depth. I don't think they really need to go

tackle this high. I'll say right here, Logan Jones from Iowa, because they did sign, uh,

Garrett Bradbury. Yeah. This offseason in Bradbury is small. And in the in recent years,

he's kind of just been bouncing around a little bit and he's been seen as the weak link

for most of these teams. Um, so I, uh, their interior offensive line, excuse me. So I think

Logan Jones will be a good. Let's do it. There's not a lot of depth behind Garrett Bradbury as well.

Logan, just an older player, but he, he's a solid center for sure.

Justin Jolie is at the top of the best available board. I'm just laughing because how many athletic

insane athletes do they need it tied in? So let's see. Next up here, let's look at, at safety,

alongside Kobe Bryant, because they obviously invest a lot of money in him,

which is see if there's anyone else there that we're interested in. Lewis, um,

then a logic takes returns. Is there anybody? I think we can. Yeah, there's no one that jumps off

the page at me. Um, let's do the best available striker. Let's just see because that's,

we're now in round four and then we have two seventh rounders.

So what are we doing? What are we doing? Why not go go Justin Jolie? Because here's,

and the reason why I say that is because I mean, co-commit is a really good player, but

you gotta think they're not going to probably extend him long term beyond this year. Justin Jolie

could be the third and give them some special teams of value in the room. Let's do it. Yeah,

comets contract expires after the 28 season and clearly colson leveling was a big part of what

Ben Johnson wanted to do because they drafted him there. All right. Two seventh round picks,

two thirty nine and two forty one. So we're looking for special teamers and guys you can contribute

right away. Um, Jalen Husky is a good safety that can add some depth to that room and play

special teams. I wouldn't be averse to him right here so we can check that box in terms of,

well, just know that we got two thirty nine and two forty one. So it's going to be pretty quick.

Yep. So I would vote for, he gave me a low high Gilman vibes when I watched him play.

He said seven picks the last two years as I look at his stats real quick,

APB use. Let's see what what safeties they have ranked above him right now because he might be

the best available safety. Yeah, just take him. All right, let's take him and then with the final

pick, pick two forty one. Like Vincent Anthony Jr. is a developmental long edge rusher serving

the awesome booker. Get him. Let's take let's take him out. He's the best available edge guy,

so yeah, so that's his college free agency money will be extremely high. What does that mean?

So college free agency, typically those past rushes, corners, they get paid a lot of money,

guarantee money to sign as a college free agent. Yeah. So you can circumvent that process,

right? Yeah, we've heard, at least we've heard reports of the Patriots doing that in the

Bill Belichock era, paying these these undergraduate free agents like their fourth round picks at times.

All right, we got to be plus in this draft. Bears fans, that's from PFF. Bears fans, give us your

grade on this draft, what you think we did, how we did and let us know if you would have done

things differently with some of these picks. Maybe there's a player on the board that you liked

that we didn't take or maybe like the player we took to recap pick 25 edge rusher TJ Parker.

So we didn't get you anybody that was injured or banged up so you can rebel in that second round,

wide receiver journey Bernard, one of the best row runners in this draft class, three picks later

around to Jake Golday, the versatile football linebacker of Cincinnati with edge rusher experience,

Logan Jones, the center in round three to write some depth behind Garrett Bradbury in round four,

the athletic tied in Justin Jolie at a North Carolina state and then the final two picks in round

seven safety jail and Huskietta Maryland and Vincent Anthony Jr., the long edge rusher out of
