Police and Concord responded to reports of an unwanted guest causing a disturbance and acting belligerently. The 49-year-old faces two counts of assault, plus charges of criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. He has no known ties to the school and was released the same day on a personal recognizance bond. His estranged wife, Mariangela King Alman, spoke out in support, praising his commitment to sobriety and resilience amid personal struggles. The couple, married for 11 years, is going through a divorce after earlier attempts to reconcile. This comes after Elijah's history of challenges, including an erratic episode in California last June that led to medical intervention.
