From Sydney, this is your March 10th update. Shares and chariot resources jumped as much as 55% to 15 cents early in trading. This surge came after Nigeria's government approved transferring six licenses into a new joint venture called C&C Minerals. The deal covers four exploration licenses and two small-scale mining leases, previously held by local firm Continental Lithium. The company will own 66.66% of the venture, with Continental Lithium holding the remaining 33.33%. Percent, only routine paperwork remains before they start active field work on the Lithium projects. Company leaders are excited, saying this shifts them from deal-making to hands-on exploration. They plan to quickly check drill targets and start drilling on ground that's mostly untouched by modern methods. The portfolio covers 254 square kilometers across four areas in Oio and Quara States. It has a history of small-scale mining by locals, marking the first time an ASX-listed

pure-play Lithium firm will drill for the mineral in Nigeria, meanwhile chariot is pushing ahead with projects in the United States too. Early surveys at Black Mountain in Wyoming and resurgent in Nevada show promising high-grade Lithium at the surface. Appreciate you to our sponsor for back in this episode.
