The rollout wrapped up two months ahead of the original May schedule, thanks to intervention from the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority and the Guernsey version. They challenged the delays in the complex technical upgrades needed between the companies. Before this, some customer-spaced issues, like those with Coop Mobile on Sure's network, who couldn't port numbers away from Jersey Telecom.
