Still, they rolled deep with Jalen Brown, Derek White, Peyton Pritchard, Nehemias Keta stepping up inside, and Sam Houser draining threes like Clockwork. Jalen Brown's straight called out the doubters, and he had every right. Folks pushed him the tank for draft picks and rebuild next year. But those takes ignore the talent on deck, and how weak the bottom of the East days. If Brown and White stayed healthy, playoffs were locked in. That chance to rack of wins was always there, even without Tatum carrying the load. Now they're hunting the top seed in the conference, and Tatum's back in the mix.
