CD Lam talked about it on a podcast, joking that he's used to it from his college days in the Big 12 conference, where defenses were often weak. He said the Cowboys offense always aims to score on every drive, no matter what, because that's their identity and a defensive stop feels like a bonus. Now in free agency, the team is focusing on fixing the defense with new additions and Lam put up 75 catches for 1077. Yards in three touchdowns last year, despite missing two games to injury.
