CCP’s poisonous tentacles in US intel and defense systems

I mean, we know that this is just the tips of the iceberg, and why I want to introduce this article first, because it is basically summarized based on another report, and the investigative report was published recently by Paramax Advanced Research, and that among the reports, the title is Intelligence Compromised, China's embedded access to IARPA and US Defense Research. And we will talk about that among report after I introduce this summary from the Daily Comer. But what I want also much to know is,

2:13because later when they published this journalist interviewed me and published another article about this issue on USMACs, so I basically replied four to five questions from the journalist, and I want to let you know my full response, because that is definitely not only about a dozen of sensitive grants, that is to reflect the whole CCP's military civil fusion project, and how the merge with the US intelligence system and US advanced research system, and one of the most well-known examples is how they use this kind of network and compromise the scientists, the entities in the US infiltrated and finally caused the COVID-19 pandemic, and still can blame the US, said, oh, yeah, even though you don't believe the nature origin, but we won't

3:14convince you that it's come from the US researchers, and China is just innocent and the victims. No, it's not like that, okay? So, okay, go back to the Daily Comer article, let's first see how they sat. Since 2017, at this 14 US defense research project supported by the intelligence advanced research project activity, aka IPA, which is tasked by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which is investigating in high-risk, high-pay-off research programs. I've included investigators simultaneously, affiliated with Chinese national laboratories, state surveillance entities, military units, and nuclear weapons development institutions. According to the report published by Paralyzed Advanced Research, a non-profit funded by US federal state and municipal governments,

4:15participants and these two of the IARPA projects cited in the report conducted similar research during the same period with Chinese government-tied institutions raising serious concerns about US defense technology transferred to a hostile foreign power. So, yeah, when we talk about this, you should know when we say that the same amount of same projects were conducted in China at the same period, you may wonder what it means. Actually, this is easy to understand, because it is common sense back to China, not from 2017, actually from over at this 2012 around that time, because when I was graduated and moved to Hong Kong to study in 2012, at that time it's already the very common sense among the academic field in China. The Chinese government

5:17encouraged this academic spice, yeah, we can call it like the thousand talents or whatever titles. These people, they study in the US and later become citizens and also become professors. They could come to the US back to 1980s, 1990s. Many of them even obtained the Tiananmen's Massac's Green Card after 1989, and they are supposed to love America and opt to the Chinese Communist Party, right? No, no, no. These people turns out, first, many of them are already CCP's agent once they were sent to the US in the contact of study, okay? So that's why once they go into the laboratory institutions, they are already CCP's agent with their specific tasks, and that's why they were promoted quickly, and yet these people,

6:17many of them are also capable in this field. Anyway, so finally, some of these people go back to China, become very senior official. All these days in the US, contrary to the K-MAPs, and some of them may not be well known by the public, but they have some specific values for the Chinese Communist Party. So this is a mountain tasking in the US, and they will bring all this kind of collaboration to the Chinese Communist Party, and then also bring CCP's younger potential agents from China to study to gain the knowledge from the US to get access to your very national security technologies. So why don't they all go back to China? Because they know that Chinese Communist Party cannot produce or develop the normal technologies, advanced technologies. They only can modify and copycat

7:20what you have. So of course, they always need the latest update from the United States. And in the past at least 15 years, the style is evolved. So they will match the researchers, most of them to stay in the US, and also build the same map, the shadow map inside China. And how similar it is, just for example, you will match CCP have all the same copy of the equipment you are using in the US, and you use what kind of reagent. They will also purchase the same thing, and the two matches map get managed well. They usually first cultivate some Chinese students, and then send them back to China to help you manage these shadow maps. This is so common. Not only the top academic spies who go back to China and become the leading

8:22professors, so thousands have not only them, but also many some kind of river skommers, or per river skommers, or whatever mocha government gives this kind of skommership. Millions of dollars or even more to reward these people for bringing the US technology and knowledge back to China, and they also have this kind of maybe free maps. Your role is provided by the government, and you can use all this area in a very beautiful or fancy industrial area, university area, and they will like you have a lot of students, so students means they are the neighbors for free. So you see the cost going down, and not like what you are doing in US, right? In the US, you need to hide the researchers, and to pay them, you need to gather government, ground all the private ground to fit all these stuff in your lab, and also cover your cost.

9:28Note back to China because this is national strategy, so the thing is once they know you are working on some very advanced research, so they will match you have the shadow map in China, and the government will give you the money, the government will give you the free neighbors, the government will do whatever to help you, I mean this help basic claimings, you can make this kind of research quickly go to the market. Yes, because this is such a short term period, so that basically means, for example, we have a five years project in the US, and you need to care for me, develop the result. But back to China, you have also run another similar map, shadow map, and they copy paste all the things, and they will basically cut off all the process during the development, which they think is

10:29not necessary. In other words, they don't care about the safety, they don't care about the mountain quality, they even don't care about whether all these data are real or not stable. What they want is, okay, now we have the shadow map, and you're working on something new in the US, and if China can do the same thing at the same time, and the finally, because they cut off some process, and then they could reach the patent earlier than what you're doing in the US, then China becomes a winner. That's how they say, oh, you can't decouple from China, and the science and technology needs communication, and we need to exchange our knowledge. You say, China always do better than the US, so these are all the bullshit, all the propaganda. The thing is, US should not be afraid of decoupling from China, especially now China is using all this

11:31technology from you to defeat you, to destroy your lives. The thing is, CCP really need what you have, and they need to maintain this channel open. So I always tell people that why CCP cannot make this innovation, and also take non-traditional development all by itself, or in its own ecosystem, because everywhere is corruption, and everywhere it is controlled by the party, and basically, because of the restriction, so no freedom. No freedom means no future. Okay, so back to China, there might be parasites, or we would say like cancer cells, both parasites and cancer cells, they need the host. So what is the host? The host is, they need to stay in the same ecosystem with the United States. They need your market, and they also need nutrition from you. So without the

12:35nutrition from the US, without the market in the US, then unless they back in China, even though they can steal the latest cutting-age knowledge, still they will make it finally become rubbish. For example, they can steal your AI technology, but go back to China, all the AI are trained yet already, trained to know what a sensitive, what they should not say, and what they should lie about, and what they must obedient to the CCP's mouth and principles. Like for example, China now starts to claim that CCP is leading party who defied World War II Japanese military, but that is totally lies, because during World War II, the CCP stayed in China in the corner of the west of China, going up here and cutting each other, and also compromise to Japanese military. 13:37later when the US military did the World War II victory, they said China's government, which is KMT now in Taiwan, CCP come out, and then launched the civil war against the KMT at the time, and because KMT also compromised, so CCP finally made the help from the Soviet Union to beat them. Without the Soviet Union, they could not win the four-year civil war, and then they established the Mao's new China. Okay, so they do nothing during World War II, and they even do the negative since but now the package also lies, and to choose over the world, and the last year they even hold the World War II AT anniversaries victory march, right? Basically, shemese. However, the Chinese AI learned how to describe all these lies, all these propaganda. If you try to ask the Chinese AI about

14:37Tiananmen's massacre or the COVID-19 origin related to Wuhan map, they will immediately tell you, no, this is sensitive. I don't know what you're talking about, and the very ironic thing is even many versions of Chinese AI choose to ignore the 1989 June 4th date of Tiananmen's massacre, because they know that even you just touched the 8964, this number that could lead to the sensitive conversation. So that's why in CCP's perspectives, they must work like rats to steal the scenes from the United States, and they believe that because all this technology goes to their hand, finally go to the dead end, but as long as they could accumulate enough cutting-edge technology and combine with their unrestricted warfare, which means they could poison you once they smile at you, then they could beat you, they could win. Then I'll go back to the then like hunger article, it says, the report warns, these students reveal a dead-braight effort by China's intelligence and the public security apparatus, alongside military-afated entities to extract license, methodologies, and technical knowledge from IARPA-funded programs. This includes attempts to reverse engineer research outputs, replica experimental designs, and adapt the US intelligence

16:51community technologies for use in China's mass surveillance apparatus and strategic military capabilities. Researchers with ties to adversarial nations like China should be prohibited from collaborating on US intelligence and defense research. The report's co-author LGS Director of Research Intelligence at Paralax told the Daily Call. What I found the most concerning was share number of IARPA-funded projects that IARPA self-describes as having clear intelligence community value that have evolved, and in some cases continue to involve Chinese institutions and companies, including personnel directly tied to the People's Liberation Army, that adds, ODNI and IARPA did not respond to multiple requests from the comment. While that really raised

17:54more concerns, I just don't understand even CIA last year have already concluded that China posts unprecedented existential threats to the United States, and also this has been put into the National Security Strategy 2025 as the end of last year. Why still in the intelligence community and defense community, they don't know how many ties between them and the CCP and the People's Liberation Army? It's not difficult to distinguish these connections, okay? So it's not difficult for the intelligence community to use your tools like AI or whatever system you have to check how many

And are these Chinese grounds? There is no personal ground, okay? No private ground. All of these are going through the progress from China government to your collaboration. And once you receive their collaboration, basically, that means you have already established the channel to the Chinese Communist Party and the People's Liberation Army. They will send you the free labor students, scholars, right? We know how these people working. I, for example, smuggled fungus, the deadly fungus, and also the other passages, according to even DHS, these kind of actions, the agriculture terrorism, basically it's like the agriculture field COVID-19 style operations, right? So you know

20:03how they try every opportunity to undermine your national security, but still even back to the intelligence and defense system, you keep this kind of channel on. It's unbelievable. And in the report in 2024 case study highlighted the leading investigator of IARPA's BIIAR program was additionally founded to have a long history of simultaneous collaboration with Chinese institutions connected to China's military as well as US government sanctioned researchers. Now it's the only kind of collaboration going on, and if there is no such review investigative report, no one knows that? How come it happens? I mean, how many of these kind of links in your intelligence and defense system with the People's Liberation Army? And now, you can say, oh, so we don't see the PLA title, so we're treated, we don't know that, we have no

No, come on, it's not that difficult, okay, as I told you that when I revealed the COVID-19 origin, I have posted so many examples, and if you want, to tell you how these people working in the PLA and also work as the civilian researcher, and that's how the military civil fusion works. And you can trace their, even public publications in the information to find out their military titles, like, for example, the generals, the colonels, in People's Liberation Army, they're wearing their uniform, and they sit in the CCP's conference, telling how they are loyal to the party, how they are going to use their knowledge to help the party to be the dominant in the world, right, to make the rights and the West force. And you just tell me, oh, I say the files, they give us, and they didn't mention their military,

34:55yes, maybe that could come from even NIH laboratory, because they are still the public health, they could say they don't know how to reveal the real titles of these people, real positions of these people, but you are the intelligence and defense system. When you do this collaboration, is that so difficult for you to even chase the public information to find out whether your collaborators from the enemy countries military? I don't think so. So why this kind of collaboration can keep going on, even after two million Americans killed by CCP's Nobel-Bout-Weapon COVID-19? Yeah, I really wonder who can answer that. So the report, the investigative report, also fax of 2023, IARPA founded publications that

35:58included a researcher from the China Academy of Engineering Physics. China Academy of Engineering or China Academy of Science, they are all the top CCP's Academy in Science and Technology, and they use these systems from the Soviet style, and all these members inside, they are not only the member, they mean they are the leading person in this specific field, who are loyal to CCP, who have shown their loyalty and contribution, and they could conduct CCP's military civil fusion projects in a trust-worthy manner. Yeah, there are also some foreign members, for example, Bill Gates. I would say that Bill Gates has all these scandals are revealed in the recently

So considering the recently revealed facts from Epstein files, we're only need to think about how deeply Bill Gates involved into CCP's secret operations. How much he knows about CCP's core secrets against the US? And anyway, I say this report also revealed the researcher from China Academic of Engineering Physics. I mean, that is branch under the Academy of Engineering. About this guy, it says, subordinate to China's Central Military Commission. China Academy of Engineering Physics

39:06is the technology complex responsible for the research, development, and testing of China's nuclear weapons. And it's on the entity list, according to the US Federal Register. The entity list identifies persons likely involved in activities, contrary to the national security of foreign policy interests of the US. And consequently, prohibits certain items like semiconductors from being exported to those entities, according to the Federal Government. So China's Academy of Engineering Physics, involvement in IARPA's multi-q program means sensitive US quantum arrow correction innovations may have be exposed to China's nuclear and quantum military ecosystem. Wow, that could basically explain partially why COVID-19 origin and the crystal clear a sense of its novel, non-traditional, unrestricted, well-wrapped nature cannot be admitted wildly and Americans even intelligence system because you think about all these networks with China that make me really feel so, so, so shocked because back to six years ago in 2020, you can say, oh, we don't know China could be so evil, but now you know and you have suffered from the pandemic. Still like this kind of things going on and I mean, how come people are so weak, are so stupid, are so waitingly to share your future,

42:16your security, your freedom with China, not only share, but basically you hand it over to the CCP. And as I mentioned in the beginning of this episode, my friend generally is the general sentimental interview to me about this issue and he told my replies in the newsmax article. Also, he interviewed Gordon Trump, the Chinese expert, but because of the limit of the space, he can write down all my response, so I'm going to share my full response to my audience about this article because the questions give out a very good questions and I think is very helpful for people to think about all these questions. 43:21to his all the full questions. The first question he gave me is that why does the CCP use a marketing universities to conduct research for a surveillance state? My answer is this is not merely about surveillance systems. It is part of the CCP's broader strategy of unrestricted warfare. The CCP regime's most fundamental structure weakness is that it suppress freedom of thought and general intellectual innovation. As a result, it struggles to sustain breakthroughs in critical technologies within its own system. To compensate for this structural defect, the CCP has untreated the research ecosystems of free nations, especially those led by the US as external laboratories and sources of innovation. The CCP's approach is not

44:23simply about stating individual's technologies. Rather, it has built a comprehensive infiltration system that integrates education, academic research, technology transfer, and industrial applications. On the surface, American universities appear to benefit from inexpensive research labor, collaborative projects, and all sorts of R&D opportunities. But at a deeper level, the CCP cultivates per Beijing network's surfounding, united front influence and other incentives, embedding process with incase-antific and policy circles and gradually shaping the discourse within these fields. The ultimate objective is not only to acquire technology, but to receive institutional investment and the cognitive landscape, weakening the innovation

45:30advantages of free societies and causing America's research ecosystem to unknowingly serve the CCP's national strategy. This is a classic form of CCP unrestricted warfare, achieving long-term strategic penetration and institutional advantage through academic and technological systems during peace time. And John Key's second question, how does the CCP use the intelligence and information obtained from RARPA progress? And here is my answer.
