Catastrophizing & The Stories In My Head

About this episode

Send us Fan Mail

Hey CTC Podcast Fam,

On this episode we walk through the story of how I created a whole narrative around 1 missunderstanding. It is like a bad game of telephone in my mind- can you relate?

We live and die by the stories in our minds, the ways we interpret data and human interactions. I was able to have a conversation that challenged the story I had created about my worth, worthiness and how another person saw me.

Can you relate? Are you anxious or avoidant in your relationships, this episode is for you.

XO,
Megan Grace

Do you feel disconnected from your peace, pleasure, or purpose? Wow I feel this so much even just typing it. When we are disconnected from these things life becomes shades of grey, and you were born to live and experience life in living color.

I love to support those that are desiring to live an embodied life, dancing with the stories that are held in your body so that you can live confidently in your purpose.
