This is catching out on Feastin, the sportsman in network. Yeah, buddy, welcome in. It's the Monday edition to cashing out. I'm Dustin Sweetleson, and I'll be with you all night long from the circus sports book in downtown Las Vegas. We have a lot to get to and not a lot a lot of time to get there. We'll touch on the crazy day in the National Football League with legal tampering beginning and more action that I can ever remember. Free agent moves, trades, everyone is trying to improve right now in the National Football League. We'll give you the winners and the losers, including one team signing a guy that I will deem a lemon later on in the program. We've got the core four coming your way. MLB futures, four bets every single market today. MLB win total overs. I've got four of them that I like for
you there. We'll also preview the big 12, the ACC and the big 10 tournaments all getting going on Tuesday here. We've got World Baseball Classic to update you on, but first we have to begin with college basketball because it is conference tournament time and we have some drama right now. In the CAA, we're Towson and Hofstra in overtime, 312 remaining in the contest in this tilt, in the semi finals. Winner will go on and take on Monometh in the championship game coming up tomorrow, but right now you got Hofstra at the free throw line. They just added a free throw to go up 59, 58. The second one is up. It's good. The pride are now laying one and a hook. You're total 131 and a half in that contest. In the WCC out here in Las Vegas, Gonzaga leads Oregon State at the end of the second half. We got about 30 seconds remaining. Zags up 65 to 51. This is a game that closed with Gonzaga laying a big number. I believe it was 20 and a half. Where do I have
that here? 20 and a half. So they're likely not going to cover, but then again, you know, I'm looking right now. There's still a little bit of time on this clock. But Oregon State should be able to cover here. What would be Wayne Tinkles last game is the head coach of the beavers. Yeah, Oregon State's at the free throw line with 41 seconds remaining. Although, wow, my sportsbook is way ahead. My sportsbook says 28 seconds. So we've got a bit of a disparity in the clock there. I'll keep you updated on that situation as it develops. And then now we're going to go to Robert Morris and Detroit Mercy. I don't know why I said Detroit like that. I feel like people born before 1950 say Detroit people born after 1950 say Detroit. I feel like the proper name is Detroit. But anyway, in that game between these two and the horizon league and the semifinals winner will take on right state coming up tomorrow. You've got Robert Morris only up one 41 40. There were up a few more at the break early in the second half 15 minutes remaining. And they're now laying two and a half in game total 139 and a half. We're on the over. It does
not look good. We're all the way down to 139 and a half. We bet over 146 and a half. So not a positive development for us in our play in that game. Also going on right now, we've got Weber State at Eastern Washington. We're on the over in that game of 154 and a hook. This game closed 154 and a hook, which is what we bet. Eastern Washington laying two and a half. The in game total is 160 and a half with Eastern Washington leading 4632. So we are trending okay in terms of that game right now. Final score in the WCC 70 finals. Gonzaga beats Oregon State 65 56. Your final score. So they do not cover the 20 and a half Oregon State captain 20 and a hook gets home. We go under the total of 144 and a half, which means Gonzaga will be in the WCC tournament championship game for the 28th straight season 28th straight years. They've been in the conference title game and they will take on either St. Mary's, which we've seen time and time again or Santa Clara
who'll get going in about 27 minutes here in Las Vegas. We will have a play on that game that will break down a little bit later on in the program. Some updates across the NBA, a late night game going on in Los Angeles that I am very intrigued about would be the New York Knicks taking on the Los Angeles Clippers. I am on one play in this game. Oji Ananobi on the under and trying to pull up that score right now in real time. Don't see it on the TVs in here. We've got it L.A. The Clippers lead 4741 433 to go in the second quarter. Clippers laying one and a half total to 16 and a hook in that contest. We actually close New York laying two and a half a total of 219 and a half. So trending towards an under and looking like the Clippers are the right side here as the New York Knicks on the back end of a back to back and staying in L.A. Now the L.A. flew probably not an element at plague because it's a back to back. Usually you want to play that angle when a team has a day off in Los Angeles to have a little bit of fun party around get around the town, relax a little bit,
maybe take in the libations in the area. But that's not the situation here with the Knicks on a back to back and needing to look right before we get into the post season. I know a lot of people think the Knicks have turned a direction and they're looking a little bit better. I don't know if that's the case. I have a lot of concerns about Jalen Brunson. In fact, let's check in on Jalen Brunson in this game because the Knicks are so Jalen Brunson centric that whenever he has a bit of an off night, things go haywire for them. Looks like Brunson's doing OK scoring 13 points in 15 minutes to rebounds four dimes for him in this matchup against the Clippers. Other scores Carly Anthony Towns showing up offensively 13 and four are better than nobody doesn't look great. He's got 11 and four in this game in the first half, 417 to go there. We're on the under 23 and a half points rebounds and assists on him terms of some of the Clippers that jump out. Darius Garland nine points in this game, one assist. I wanted to go under on his PRA, but I just couldn't get there. Bad matchup against the Knicks, but Garland getting more acclimated into the offense feels like he
could be going off for higher than the 22, 23 and a half points rebounds and assists combination that was posted earlier today. Kauai has 11, four and four as we approach the end of the first half in that game. In case you missed it earlier tonight, some movement. You want to make it move? Will the MVP markets making it move? SGA's doing the dirty work here. In case you missed it. OK, see with about six, seven seconds remaining sets up a game winning step back three for SGA against the Nuggets. It caches. It gets home. He hits the three. They win 129, 126 over 238 and a half caches. Think about this. This number was bet up from 231 up to 238 and a half and the spread from seven and a half down to three and a half. Whichever way you bet Denver, it gets home. OK, he doesn't cover the side, but we go over the total of 238 and a half and the market for MVP has completely shifted with that shot. And this is stupid. This is dumb. This doesn't make sense. I
don't understand this. But with that shot by SGA, he goes from minus three 10 for MVP to minus eight dollars. I don't I don't really understand this market. And I don't know if the market really understands the voters. I think this is all guessing games and moving around because at this point, Yoko just 15 to one. I wouldn't bet him. Webanyama is still 15 to one. I'd consider him. Unfortunately, Kate Cunningham is probably out of this at 25 to one. And Jason Tatum's return essentially takes Jalen Brown out of the conversation. So it's basically a two team race SGA or two player race SGA versus Webanyama. Well, let's check the head to head. Webanyama and the Spurs have had the Thunder's number. And what if the Spurs can steal that one seed from Oklahoma City? Then he would have a case to be your most valuable player. I do not believe SGA with all the time that he's missed this year. He shouldn't be laying eight dollars. Okay. I know we're late in the year. I know that they want to have this thing decided just because the betting market is going to push it this way late in the year. Doesn't mean that's how it's going to go. He could win the award. I'm not
saying he won't win the award. But I do not believe he is an eight dollar favorite right now. That is way too big of an overreaction coming off this game against Denver from minus three 10 to minus eight dollars. No, no, no. That is crazy. SGA's missed so much time. Oklahoma City is already a championship caliber team. He won the MVP last year. We know what he is. We know what they are as a unit. San Antonio, Victor Webanyama, the way he has lifted the entire organization up just by existing on a basketball court. That's why you got to consider him at 15 to one if we're going to overreact to make SGA minus eight dollars. It's catching out. I'm Dustin Sweetlesen. You're locked into Vs in the sports betting network over in the world baseball classic some scores to update you on and it's not going well. Thought we had something figured out here. We do not. We won our first bet in the WBC. We proceeded to lose the next three. Then we won the next three. And I can't remember what we did after that. But I know today's not going well.
Currently Puerto Rico trying to put the finishing touches on Cuba four to one in the top of the ninth inning. We are on Cuba plus two and a half. That does not look good. Mexico thanks to a Durand home run in the eighth inning has cut the US lead to five to three. We laid three and a half runs with the United States of God bless America. Oh, man, it could not be going worse. But don't worry tomorrow's a new slate. And by the way, eventually we will advance out of the pool play. And we will pull play. I was my nickname in high school. We'll advance out of the pool play. And eventually we will get to these teams that are the best meeting with each other. Then hopefully we will be on the right side of some of these plays. Because I actually know the world baseball classics been a lot of fun. And I got to give credits to team Mexico. They do have the time run at the plate. Runner on first, top of the ninth inning. And who is up? Oh, sooner is up right now for Mexico with Garrett Whitlock from the Red Sox on the hill trying to put away team. Max order. Oh, sooner, just struck out. Oh, sooner, struck out. So that means
who is up now for Mexico with one out in the ninth. That brings us to Nick Gonzalez, the infielder is up right now. And he represents the tying run five, three, the US in the lead right now. And one out. And he swings at a pitch that would have been a ball, a slider inside. And that is a strike on him. Oh, and one on Nick Gonzalez terms the betting odds. Mexico to come back and win this is 16 to one plus one and a half is plus three 70. I'm not going to touch it. But it's interesting. Oh, that's a nice change up from Garrett Whitlock. And he's ahead. Oh, and two, which means he's got, oh, it's Ornelis at the plate, not Nick Gonzalez. Who is Ornelis? This is a pinch hitter. Okay. Pinch hitter or Nellis. Oh, I'm Ellis. Oh, Melis, whatever. Never heard of the guy. Either way, he's in a lot of trouble. Alex Thomas is up next. The kid from Arizona, who's pretty good man. He's a good prospect, good player, good outfielder. If they could get him up here and not ground into a double play,
with Joey Ortiz batting in the nine hole, could they flip it to Durand, who's three for four, with two runs, two ribbies. Thanks to that home run. He has two home runs today. Two home runs. I only saw the one a couple innings ago. If they can somehow avoid a double play and flip the lineup over. Oh, man, we can have a little bit of drama in the WBC. We'll keep you updated on everything as it transpires throughout the night. But when we return, busy day in the NFL and this team signed a lemon. I'll tell you that is next. Let me get your attention. Real quick podcast listeners. It's March, which means the madness is officially upon us. And the folks at Vison have really gone crazy with this one. Welcome back to cash you now here on V-Sin these sportsmen in network. Cashy out rolls on from the circus sports book downtown Las Vegas, Dustin Sweetles in here, you there. Thanks for making us part of your night however you may be tuning in. Sirius XM channel 158, YouTube TV, the Visa Watch app and radio affiliates across the United States of God bless America. Speaking of that team USA and the WBC finalizes the victory over Mexico five to three, your final score. So we lose another world baseball classic bet. Oh and four, it's hard to do. Odds would tell you you're 50, 50 and most of these things to go
on four is special. In fact, tomorrow what we'll do is we'll just bet the opposite of what we're feeling because that apparently seems to be the vibe in the world baseball classic. We've got four minutes remaining in the jazz and the warriors. That one coming down to the wire Utah leads 106105 in that contest looking at the in game number with a little bit of time left and you've got the jazz minus 135 is a favorite plus 105 with golden state. Total in game 231 and a half. So it's 345 remaining. We're at 2111. 231 and a half feels a little bit lofty but I guess they're anticipating because it's close. We could have a lot of free throws down the home stretch but we cashed a bet in this game already with Philipowski over 21 and a half points and rebounds. He's gone way over that. We're waiting on Pajemski potentially to go over. He's right on the edge 28 and a half PRA. We're going to lose Kianti George over 31 and a half PRA. So I'd really like to go two and one in this game. We can get Pajemski home currently sitting at Brandon Pajemski
with 14, eight and four that puts him at 26. There's 320 to go. He touches the ball a lot. I can't tell if he's on the floor. Well, it's by the way, if you know who Brandon Pajemski is, you can usually see him on the floor. He does stand out. But there's lights in my face. So I can't, there's like a shadow over this game. So I'll let you know what happens in that game as soon as I find out what happens. But in the meantime, it was a busy day in the National Football League. A lot of movement in free agency and trades. Let's hit the top stories in the biggest plays in the three point stance. The top stories in football. Every single day. This is three point stance. All right, we begin with double duty for two at Tonga Velo. He wasn't employed. Unemployed very long earlier today, pulled the old Rob Ryan on us, unemployed for five minutes. The dolphins released to a Tonga Velo earlier today. And he had $212 million left on the contract
that he signed back in 2024, still out there. And Miami's going to be on the hook for 54 million and guaranteed money this season. But they have a new head coach and new regime, which have happily taken over. And they are going to get rid of two of which is absolutely the right move here. He will sign for the league minimum wherever he lands next. According to the report from earlier today, where where is that? Well, that is going to be Atlanta as the Falcons are likely going to be the team that signs to, in fact, I do believe this actually went down. I have to check my notes. But I do believe this actually was a fit. Well, nothing's official. It's the the legal tampering period. But he is going to end up. Yeah, he signed a one year deal with the Falcons earlier today. And when I'd say about two is this is like buying a lemon car. I know it looks like you're buying a potential Nissan out there. You think you got a pathfinder or a maxima or an ultimate. And you're driving this car around, but there's flood damage. There's fire damage. It's a rebuilt engine that's running on two cylinders. And all of a sudden you get to the highway. You hit 65 and the things start shaking at the wheel and falling apart because it's not really
a Nissan. At this point, you're driving a day woo out there. That's a beater. That's been beat up over the years. That's what the Atlanta Falcons are getting into a tongue of I lower. And if there's any expectation that he should push Michael Penix to be the starter in Atlanta, I would tell you that's a bit foolhardy. Two has got nothing left in the tank. And I know he looks like a guy that you should believe in because of the pedigree and the history and some of the big throws he's made earlier in career in his career. He's not that kind anymore. He's been beaten down by the NFL. He's been battered by defensive linemen and linebackers getting after him and pushing him around. He can no longer throw the ball down field. In fact, when you go back and look, starting quarterbacks that started at least 10 games last year in terms of yards per completion. Two was 30th. Okay. The only quarterbacks with 10 plus starts that were worse than two of bonics, but he's mobile at 10.1. Aaron Rogers was the same at 10.2. Geno Smith, 10 on the dot,
Bryce Young, 9.9, Joe Flacco, 9.9, and Cam Ward, 9.8. He is a bottom tier quarterback. And if Atlanta expects to win the South, they better hope and pray those legs for Michael Penix recover very quickly. And he goes back to being your QB one and turns into the player that a lot of us thought he was going to be coming out of Washington because if you have to rely on two with a win total set at seven and a half, I would sell you bet the under every which way and it is juiced to the under minus 150. If Michael Penix is back, and I like Kevin Stofansky as a head coach, if Stofansky can unlock the talents of Michael Penix, I'd like the over. I think they could contend to win the division with how dangerous that defense was a year ago and the weapons they have coming back and now having an offensive minded head coach versus Raheem Morris. But if they believe two of should or could potentially be the starter, I would stay far away from the Atlanta Falcons. Next story up here in the three point stands and we got Duke last night by the athletic. I'll admit it. Last night, a report went out via the athletic that Travis Kelsey and his
representatives were going to look to shop him around and potentially go somewhere else. Well, maybe they were calling the bluff of the Kansas City Chiefs because Travis Kelsey ultimately is going to return to Kansas City where he's going to make $12 million. Is he a $12 million tight end still? No. Is he still a very reliable weapon? Absolutely. Is he a special game breaker? No, not at this point in his career. What this is is a deal on nostalgia and for continuity and chemistry and forever to make sure he places his entire career with one organization before he goes to Canton and the Hall of Fame. But over the last three seasons, all of his numbers are bit down. Receptions over the last three, 94.2 on his career. Average is 96 yardage, way down. Average is 11.51 per season through the air. Last three years, 941 yards per game. And then touchdowns averaging seven on his career, 4.6 over the course of the average in 48 games, the last three seasons where he's not as explosive. He's not as dynamic. And I'm really wondering what
exactly the Kansas City Chiefs are doing. I know a lot of people are praising some of their moves today, which we'll get to later with the winners and the losers in free agency. But they added Kenneth Walker on a three year $43 million deal. They added Tongue of the defensive tackle from New England on a three year $21 million deal. And this seemingly takes them out of the sweepstakes to draft Jeremiah Love, the stunt running back out of Notre Dame. But facts of the matter is, when I watch this team, I don't see an offensive line that I trust. And we're allocating a lot of money to guys like Kenneth Walker here. Who's a fine running back? He's okay. He's good. I know he's a Super Bowl MVP. People act like he's a superstar running back because he went off the last few games in the season here and carried Seattle to a Super Bowl. I would never pay a quarterback that type of money, especially when I look around the league just last year. Javante Williams, how much was he making with Dallas? Rico Dowdell down in Carolina, the way he burst on the scene in a rebound role with the Panthers. Now he's going to Pittsburgh. You can find guys identify the
right players to come in here because for Kansas City, if you're returning Travis Kelsey, you still have a major issue. Who's your number one receiver? Who's your dynamic weapon through the air for Patrick Mahomes returning from his injury? If you'll want to lean on Kenneth Walker and play a conservative, I understand that. But I don't know if Kenneth Walker's the bell cow that you're expecting him to be coming in the next year. I am not high on what Kansas City is doing. There are wind totals 10 and a half. The under is juiced at minus 130. I may be on an island here, but right now I would lean under minus 130 on the Kansas City Chiefs wind total at 10 and a hook. The other story coming out of today, the big one, another future Hall of Famer on the move, and that is Mike Evans. Mike Evans is heading to San Francisco on a three-year deal worth up to $60.4 million. Look, I love it for Mike Evans. I don't really understand it for the 49ers. Mike Evans to be fair as a kingmaker, going all the way back to Texas A&M. He made me, Manzel. Let's be clear. Johnny Manzel would run around, throw these balls up in the air on broken plays,
and Mike Evans would just go up and get it. Manzel did a lot of work. I'm not going to take a like a lot away from him, but he was bailed out on broken plays time and time again by Mike Evans. Now Evans, older, 32 years old, coming off an injured season. He's going to replace John Jennings. I thought differently of Kyle Shanahan. I thought Kyle Shanahan was an offensive genius who could win with anybody. This is a guy who turned Pierre Garzone into a special weapon at wide receiver. Why is he going out and paying Mike Evans when he has so many other needs on the defensive side of things? This offensive lines been a mess for years, and Trent Williams may not be back next year. I don't really understand this move for San Francisco coming off a season where they made the playoffs, and the win total set at 10.5 again, the under is juiced at minus 140. I would lean under here because the thing that did San Fran in was a lack of depth and a lack of defense. That was the issue for them. They couldn't withstand injuries. They didn't have a defense that could stop anyone. What does doing, what does bringing in Mike Evans do for this team? I love Mike Evans.
I think he's going to have a good year, but this doesn't fix any of the issues they had last year. I think the window for San Francisco may be closing up here in the next couple of seasons because, man, Mike Evans, I don't get it. We'll touch more on what the Niners are doing, what everyone else is doing. I'll give you three winners, three losers in NFL free agency, but want to remind you, conference tournament week is here. Welcome back to cash you out here on vason. These sports betting network
back here and cashing out. I'm Dustin sweetle sin. You're locked into vason. These sports betting network 1.7 seconds remaining in the jazz and the warriors. And we've got you taught the free throw line trying to extend their lead. The shot is up. It's good. It's a two point game with 1.7 to go, but we're going to lose our Pajemski bet, which looked awesome at halftime. But unfortunately, you don't cash tickets just because they're pacing well. It's kind of like CLV when people brag about CLV that ends up losing. Well, I got a great number. Well, the number was wrong. So it doesn't matter that you got a great number. I was pacing very well. And unfortunately, we are going to lose this bet in the end. It has not been a good night. After last night, we did get back on track. I think it was like a six and three night. I kept saying it was a six and two night and was a six and three night in the end. So was hoping that would carry over in today, but apparently it's not going to do that a bit of a trouble for us here with this bet on Pajemski, unless with 1.7 to go, the warriors can bang a three. And we can go to overtime.
We are in the second half with the nicks and the clippers. And it's still the clippers, winning man. Clippers looking pretty good here over New York at home. Tough back to back for the nicks coming off an early game yesterday against the Lakers where they lost and really did not look good. And then today, staying in LA, taking the clippers on a back to back where the clippers now, starting to get healthy with Derrius Garland in the fold after that trade. Some of the other moves they made like adding Benedict Mathran, so a little bit more punch in terms of the wing players for the clippers. And I'm intrigued by the rebuild that they have going on right now. Right now, your score 66 57 clip with the lead. They're laying five and a half total to 27 and a hook. Nick's money line plus 175. I can't do anything there. I'd think about the under potentially, but I don't like the way this game is going. In fact, you know, Brunson's point prop. It is ballooned up. Last I looked, I think it was like 32 and a half. It's still 32 and a half. Brunson in the game. Talent is a leading scorer by the way at 21. 21 for the next. He's got four
boards and four assists. Brunson's at 19 and we've still got 1043 to go in the third. And then the whole fourth quarter, he tends to take over in the fourth quarter. So I'm probably going to stay away. I wanted to go under on Brunson, but I just know how this thing goes for the next. Even if he's having a bad night, like he's two or six from three, which it's not horrible, but it's not great. Eight or 14 from the field. He's only been to the free throw line once. I anticipate a lot of Brunson to the free throw line, which is why I'm going to stay away from the under. We are on the under and OG on a nobi with his points rebounds and assists set at 23 and a half. He has 11 four and one. That one feels like it's going to be very dicey and come down to the wire. I'll keep you posted on that situation there. I believe we have a final in that Hofstra game. I want to give you that before we get to the top stories in Major League Baseball. So CAA semi finals and Hofstra with the win 68, 68, 65 over Towson. And let's see, write that down Hofstra. And that means Hofstra
will take on Monmouth in the CAA championship game coming up on Tuesday. So that's the update on college basketball in terms of games that have finished. We have a game about to get going in the WCC. That's worth looking at here because I do have an official play. Winter takes on Gonzaga in the title game of the WCC. Gonzaga has been to 28 straight conference championships. Most of the time they're facing St. Mary's. So it's St. Mary's in this match up against Santa Clara. Number two versus number three. St. Mary's is laying four and a half. Total is 150 and half. You can get a five at circa. I like the Broncos. I like Santa Clara. They have a bad taste in their mouth. The last time they saw St. Mary's, they got pumped 86 67. Santa Clara won the first meeting at home. 62 54 in January of January 17th. First game in the tournament for St. Mary's where some people like to say, you know, the team that played first got their nerves out so they can hit the ground running. Other people prefer to back a team like St. Mary's because they're a
little bit more rested. Santa Clara playing on a backed back. Something that does not happen other than tournament play in college basketball. History of these meetings. Last nine St. Mary's five and four against the spread. The under is on a six and two run. I kind of like the under 150 and a half, but I'm not willing to get there because I do think there's enough offense with three point shooting of St. Mary's. The efficiency of Santa Clara's offense. Santa Clara likes to play a faster pace than the Gales. And if they force them into the game, probably be around that 150 marks. So I'm not willing to bet that. Herb Sandeck, the head coach Santa Clara, a guy that I really like that I heard Matt McCall earlier on the network with Stormy and JVT say he's hearing maybe Herb Sandeck could go to the big east back to the big east and coach Providence potentially. I think he's worthy. I think what he's done with Santa Clara, it is not an easy job and his team is really good this year. Sandeck 10 and six against the spread on a neutral court as a dog of six or less. He's 10 and five against spread on a neutral when the totals in the 140s. Randy Bennett for St. Mary's 36 and 40 covering as a neutral court favorite 10 and 24 against the spread on a neutral
when the totals in the 140s. He's 24 and 11 to the under in that role, which is why I thought about the under, but no, I'm taking the dog here. I don't care if it's moving against me. I do like the Broncos with their pace with their offense. They may not be as efficient shooting the three of St. Mary's, but they're going to try and shoot more. They're going to try to pick up the pace here and force the Gales to play a game. They don't want to do that. If Santa Clara can do that here on a neutral, they will cover this number and potentially win the game and meet Gonzaga in the WCC championship game. It's cashing out. I'm Dustin Sweetlesen, Vsyn, Vsports betting network. It's now time to look at the top stories in Major League Baseball. And as we mentioned it, last segment, Team USA picks up the win against Mexico five to three earlier today in the World Baseball Classic. They remain undefeated in that event. And the question was, would Terrick's Google come back and pitch in the finale? Because right now it's slotted to get a couple starts at a Logan Web, a couple starts at a Paul Skins, and a couple starts out of the Met's second-year player, Nolan McClain. I guess he's technically a rookie still, but you know what I'm saying. And all the
sudden reports came out yesterday that Terrick's Google was considering returning because he had so much fun. This quote via Chandler Rome, I tried to because he's not going to end up being able to come back to the WBC for the finale. Quote, I tried to make it work, but just couldn't. I hate it, but it's all right. I'll be the first to sign up for the 2028 Olympics. Or whenever the next WBC is, I'll be the first one to sign up for that too. The problem for Terrick's Google would have been the timing of making that start. Should he pitch again in the WBC? Because it would have been the finale. And then that would have been nine games until opening day. That is a very clunky amount of time for him to prepare for what matters the most, which is pitching the Detroit Tigers into the AL pen and potentially a World Series this year in what could be his last season with the Tigers with that salary cap looming and a lockout coming down the road. So Terrick's Google, I do believe made the right decision. I know a lot of people are going to hold it against him. While I love the WBC, this tournament is a ton of fun. It doesn't matter. Okay, it matters,
but it doesn't matter. Like it matters. I get it to countries and pride and all that, but it doesn't matter. You don't get paid to be there. Okay, you're not making millions of dollars. You're not getting life changing money to be there. Your profession day in and day out is to be a professional pitcher for the Detroit Tigers. So unfortunately, while he's not going to pitch for Team USA, I do think this is the correct decision in the end for Terrick's Google. Now, since this, the games have started. We've seen some shifting in the market. The US was laying 110, 115 before this thing started. They're down to even money at Fandall. The Dominican Republic, who we bet like a month ago at plus 460, they're down to plus 330. There's a lot of steam behind the DR, you know why? Well, I just said, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter to me. It matters to them. The Dominican Republic is playing like it matters. And that is massive here. That's why they're plus 330. And I still think at that number, they're worth a look. In Atlanta, the next story here comes via Ken Rosenthal who reported that the Braves are waiting for some clarity on the jerk's and pro far situation before they spend any money. Pro far has been suspended for PDU,
that he tested positive a second time, which means he'd missed the entire season. Now, the problem here is they would get money back on his contract if he's deemed ineligible for the whole season. But if somehow he's able to become eligible because there was a mix up or something was wrong with the test, well, then he'd be able to return to play left field or DH for the Atlanta Braves now. Let's actually hear from Walt Weiss, the manager of the Atlanta Braves who went on foul territory earlier this week and discuss the situation with pro far. Look, nobody saw that coming. Obviously, very disappointed and stunned when we got the news. But, you know, I had some media members asking me, well, you said this guy was a good guy last year. I said, yeah, I stand by that. I mean, he was, he was a great teammate. When he came back, I said, because of the circumstances last year, he was going to have to win us over and certainly win me over. And he did. I mean, he was, he was a great teammate. He was a leader in
our clubhouse. He performed for us. Nobody saw this coming. But, you know, my message to the group was this doesn't change anything about our team as far as getting ready for the 26 season. The camp has been a really good camp. The focus has been outstanding and that's going to continue. And something good is going to come out of it. Yeah, we'll see something good comes out of it. If they don't have pro far, I think we'll be a blessing in disguise. They can allocate that money to fill out the roster. Then finally, our last story in the diamond dish, Corbin Carroll for Arizona. He's dealing with that ham eight hand injury that everyone else is dealing with, like Jackson holiday and Francesco Lindor report came out today. He's expected to play in games this week and cactus league, which could be huge. Because to me, Arizona's a team of Corbin Carroll is healthy and could play like an MVP who gents in Lewis in the MLB betting guide at vason.com. He thinks that he could finish top three in MVP voting. He's 25 to one. But if he doesn't have the power that we're looking for from Corbin Carroll, like he's had in years past,
he's not going to be able to be an MVP and unfortunately that win total for Arizona at 79.5. You'd have to think about the young, but a healthy Carroll at full strength. I think Arizona could be a little bit more dangerous than the market anticipates there. Life's busy. Don't let banking slow you down. I mean, I should even say it's not sweaty. It's kind of cool here. We've used anti-perspirant with our bet. We're on the over in Robert Morris taking on Detroit Mercy. It's 64-67 now. Okay. We must have free throws coming for Detroit Mercy who's in the lead. I didn't know what to do with this game from a side perspective. Both offenses I liked. So I went with the over here. But that appears to be dead because we need it over time to get there.
There's 5.6 seconds remaining. And unfortunately, we're going to have an under another big fat loser. Not me. The bet is a loser. But sure, you can call me that too. I've been called worse in my life. But right now Detroit Mercy is at the free throw line. They're shooting a couple there. And there's just not enough time left for Robert Morris to come back here. The number three Detroit Mercy will advance into the final after taking down Robert Morris. They will take on the right state who beat Northern Kentucky earlier today as a slight dog 103 to 90. And I just want to watch this play out. It's a four point game. As Detroit Mercy is going to go to the finals. I think it's going to end 68-64. 5.6 seconds remaining in that game. We've got Eastern Washington and Weber State going out as hard as they can. 8.33 remaining in that game. Eastern Washington laying 11.5. 161.5 is the total with them up 68-256. In the NBA, one late night game to sweat out the Clippers up 13 on the Knicks.
77-64. Clippers lay in 7.5-2.20. I'm happy. I'm a Knicks fan and I'm happy. I did not want the Knicks to suck me back in. I declared them dead weeks ago. Then they started to play a little bit better and they had a couple wins. People were very impressed with their loss to Oklahoma City. Congratulations for losing to the Thunder. I don't know why you get so much credit for that. And people were saying, you know, New York might be getting back on track. They might be able to figure some things out. This team doesn't have it, man. You know, I don't know what it is. That's the key. I don't know what it is. But I know when I see it and I know when I don't see it. And when I watch the Knicks, I don't see it. I don't see the special. I don't see what we saw that edge that this team had for years. And I think there's a lot of people who were not happy when Tom Tibido was let go in the off season looking at this team going, you know what? You could say a lot of bad things about Tom Tibido. Doesn't use his bench. Doesn't rest his players. But you know what his team had? They had an edge. They had a competitiveness about them. They were
able to outwield their opponents pretty consistently, despite not being that talented. Well, they're more talented now than they've ever been the last few years. And they no longer have that mentality that meant a ledge. They're kind of soft. I don't know what's happened in the Knicks, but they've become kind of soft here. Perhaps they can turn it on once we get to the post season. But I'm not buying this team. The Eastern Conference. It's Cleveland and it's Boston. That's it. I want to say Detroit, but Detroit looks like they've completely run out of steam down the home stretch, peaking way too early this season. I'm watching ISO ball from Brunson and double teamed and he gets the ball stolen steals it back and then puts up a shot. And I believe he got fouled or no, they're calling a foul on him. Yeah, this is the problem. The New York Knicks are very Brunson centric. And when Brunson isn't going off, they can't get into a flow offensively. And unfortunately, sometimes when Brunson's in a flow, the rest of the team can't get into a flow offensively because he's so ball dominant. And I love Jalen Brunson. He's the best nick of my lifetime. I love watching him play. I still believe in him as a stud. I just think what's
what's around him doesn't really work for his game currently. And they got to figure some stuff out because this team just not good man. They're now down 79 64 has Landry Shamit lines up to hit a three and he misses. And the Clippers get the board in game number on this one with it being the one late night game in the association. Clippers lay in nine and a half total of 216 and a hook in that contest 70 to 64 year final score Detroit Mercy with the win over Robert Morris. They were four and a half point dogs. We go under the total of 146 and a half. So that is that is not good. You know what? I like Santa Clara who's coming up here in a few minutes were like two minutes away from that game getting going in Las Vegas. Oh no, just started. We're 30 seconds in Santa Clara with a bucket. They score first with a three three nothing Broncos on top St. Mary's. It might be the best it gets all night based on the way things have gone or going tonight with the action. I may be dead wrong about Santa Clara, but I did fire on them plus the four and a half. You could
have gotten a five. And right now in game with its starting. It is still four and a half. We'll keep you updated on this game as it goes on throughout the show. You got to love the late night action. It's cashing out. I'm Dustin Sweetleson. You're locked into Vsyn. These sports betting network coming up in 10 minutes. Sam Brockhouse. One hour and 10 minutes from now, all of his best bets in college basketball and more coming your way over the course of the next two plus hours here on cashing out. But during the break with the big 12,
the big 12, the ACC, the big 10 getting underway here on Tuesday with their conference tournament. I did place a couple of majors on some teams that I think are worth looking at in a couple of these leagues to win their tournaments. So the first one we're going to look at is in the big 10. And this is very draw specific. And more importantly, it relates to tournament style play and a team that is playing their best basketball late in the year. So I'm looking at the big 10 right now where I don't know how you can do anything at the top of the board with some of these teams with some of the wackiness we've seen happen over the years. But currently in the big 10, you've got Michigan favor to win that league. And why don't I see it on my page here? Why did it go off the board? Let me pull it up on my phone. For some reason, it's not available on draft Kings, but I'll pull it up here on Caesars. Michigan's minus 105. Illinois's plus 475. Michigan's state 6 to 1. Purdue's plus 725. Nebraska's 14 to 1. Wisconsin's 22 to 1. I still haven't gotten
to the team that I'm betting on. You're going to think I'm crazy. But I'm taking a little flyer on UCLA 35 to 1 to win the big 10 tournament. Do I think 35 to 1 gets home? No. But do I think they can get to the championship game? Apps are freaking lootly. You look at the side of the bracket that UCLA is on. I am not intimidated by a lot of these teams. So for starters, you've got Illinois. And I love Illinois. I bet Illinois to win the championship months ago at around 17 to 1. They're an awesome offensive team. But I have questions about the defense. It's not that the defense is bad, but in tournament play, when the offense isn't going, sometimes defenses can really take over and control the pace of a game. If Illinois is not hitting their shots, is their defense good enough to keep them in these games against some of these other teams also on this side of the bracket because Michigan is on the above is above Illinois there. I'm seeing on the side of the bracket for UCLA. It's Purdue, right? Nebraska and Michigan state down there. I do believe UCLA who's
already beaten Purdue is good enough to take care of business against either Rutgers or Minnesota who they will see in their first game. Then they will take on Michigan state. And while I love Tom Izzo and he has a great tournament coach. I like the offense of UCLA. I like what they're doing right now with Donovan Dent starting to come alive offensively. And I just like Micronin as a as a tournament coach. You've seen it over the years. He's had some ugly clunky teams that have found a way to win in tournament play over and over again. And while Michigan states awesome defensively, Cronin's still a defensive minded head coach just happens to have an offense this year. I ain't there capable of getting past a sparty. And if they get past sparty after that, maybe it's Purdue. Maybe it's Nebraska on their side of the bracket. And because of that, I'm not really scared of Purdue and Nebraska. This is basically a bet that UCLA can pull off an upset against Michigan state, which I don't think is out of the realm of possibilities with the way UCLA looks the last couple weeks because that I bet them 35 to one to win the league.
It's a long shot for a reason, not acting like it's some lock, but that is the reason for the play here on UCLA. The other bet that I placed is in the big 12 because when I think about that league and I think about all the options you have, right? You have elite elite teams with depth with offense, Arizona and Kansas and Darren Peterson, right? But I'm going to back instead in this one. I'm going to back Houston at plus 205. I just know Calvin Samson. I know the way he takes these things seriously. I know I was defense with the sightlines changing can really control every aspect of a contest inside of tournament play. So I like Houston. I took them at plus 205 because they're likely going to have West Virginia or BYU who's banged up in their first game. Then they'll eventually take on Kansas. And I don't know. I don't know what it is about Kansas offensively that on a neutral side against Houston. I don't think they'll be able to really do what they want to do. They're going to have to play Houston style a game. And if they can get past them, we could
eventually have Houston in the title game. They'll take on what Arizona or Texas tech or Iowa state there. Again, Calvin Samson tournament play, muck it up, slow it up, be physical. I love the Cougars defense. I took them at plus 205 to win the big 12. Get ready to win a larger-than-life world soccer championship experience only at Circa Resort in Casino in Las Vegas.
