I'll keep you updated on that as it progresses throughout the night. But we have to talk a little major league baseball, little final four. 2:00Rob, how we feeling, buddy? It's a good cross-section for us, college hoops, little bit of NBA, major league baseball's back. How we feeling? Well, I think this is the best time of year. I think even a week ago is kind of more so the best time of year because you get college basketball. Seemingly, you know, I'm also every other night with the NIT, the NCAA tournament. Now the crown's getting involved and then you also have the start of major league baseball season. This is my bread and butter, my two favorite sports kind of coinciding. And man, oh, man, did Sunday set the table for an amazing final four. So I'm jacked up, man, this is going to be a fun time. All right, before we look at it, we have to talk about what went down with Duke and you come. Because in case anyone missed it, 72, 270 is the score with about 10 seconds to go. Duke tries the inbound and get it across half court to hopefully ice the game. Yukon forces a turnover. The ball is tipped into the hands of Karaban. Karaban's got guys in front of him. He kicks it over and Mullins hits a three from about 36 feet out. You watched it. I watched it.

3:02I literally yelled so loud. I was scared my neighbors were going to call the police. What was your reaction to watching that game play out? I mean, when you have a fair amount of money on Yukon money line and they're down by 19, you're just like, hey, let's sneak in the back door for this five and a half. Let's feel good about ourselves with just kind of escaping on that. Maybe they can keep within eight, hit it three late. And well, they hit it three late, but it was to win the game. And yeah, man, I mean, when you hit a money line bet like that, and it's again, for some good money, you feel like you're floating on air. And that entire sequence watching it play out was just like, it was like watching, like, the Ferman Virginia game from a few years ago, right? It's just like, what exactly is happening and why aren't we calling it time out? Dude, that was the exact game I thought about. That's normally what we get in the opening round, not at this point in the elite eight, which then brings us to the final four. So I'm curious is someone who was back in Yukon in the spot against Duke. Now they have Illinois, the first game of the final four on Saturday,

4:05where the Align Eye are laying one and a half to the totals, 139 and a half to 140. Which direction are you going to look in this matchup? Yeah, and obviously we did see this game this season already. And it was pretty lopsided in Yukon's favor. But I will say Illinois, especially with Keaton Wogler in kind of conference play, they've been a totally different team offensively, which was a non factor for them in the first matchup. So I think you can look at that matchup and complete scrap it from kind of your, your mindset if you're going into a handicap here and Illinois to me, I mean, I would love to say that, you know, they're the more physical team, but I would say that they're kind of, you know, position by position in terms of depth, the physicality. They have a lot of guys who are going to be willing to bang with Yukon, but terrorists read. I mean, that guy will them into the game in the second half. Obviously they hit some key threes late with caravan and Mullins. And that's what ultimately won them the game. But I think from a physicality standpoint,

5:05Illinois is going to have some guys who are going to be up in Yukon's grill early and often. And I do think that this kind of shallow line. A lot of people are going to be one back Yukon and I'm right there with them. Like I think again, you look at how Yukon just played throughout the entirety of the game against Duke. The shooting averages weren't aligned with where their season has been. It was a bad shooting night for the most part. It was kind of a one man show to get him back in the game. And I do feel like the next time out with kind of this new leash on life that they have, thanks to Mullins pulling up from, you know, Jim orange. I think Yukon's going to be the best version of themselves. And I do think that Illinois is just kind of catching him at the worst possible time. And I got to tell you, I'm pretty scared because I think Arizona's awesome. The Wolverines are laying one and a half totals 157 and a half. Which team do you like to advance the final?

6:07You know, I think this is truly the game that sets the table for the national champion, right? I think these are the two best teams remaining in the field. It's not really a hot take to say that. And, you know, I look at Michigan and just their overall dominance throughout the entire season, even though Arizona is rolling at the perfect time. And Arizona was great during the regular season as well. You go back to non-conplay when Michigan was just absolutely clobbering teams. And even this last time out against Alabama where they just made it look easy playing bowling ball against a team that was, you know, lighting it up from three coming into the game. I just kind of feel like Michigan on that side of things has been more battle tested throughout the entire season and non-conplay and conference play throughout this tournament stretch. And it's kind of, you know, pulling hairs or, you know, kind of splitting hairs rather because Arizona is faced off against a number of great teams as well. But they have not gone up against this kind of prototype in Michigan in terms of size at every single position. And all of Michigan really needs to have the formula of is, Elliott could do or somebody from the perimeter hitting at least some efficient jump shots.

7:12And I do think that Michigan is going to have a chance to just control this thing from wire to wire, even with how good Arizona looks right now. Shadding with pro hand to cap a Rob Donaldson progressive gas line at Rob DFB could find him over on X now you and I mostly talk baseball. So pump to get your college thoughts there. But baseball is back, baby. And just before we get to your actual picks, can we talk about how you're waiting the waters early in the season? Because I think everyone has a different approach. Some people take it slow and I respect it. I'm just not that person. I want to splash the board. I want to have some fun. I want to look for the data points to see if I'm right about things because the best way to remember if you were right or wrong is to actually bet on it. So what's your approach early in the baseball season? Well, you know, I think a lot of people get caught up in perceptions, right? The team that was the buyer is a team that should win right out the gate. The team that was the seller, you know, allows you know, St. Louis Cardinals who are two and one. That's a team that should be losing right out the gate. And even during this kind of three game or four game sample size that we're

8:13going to see here in the early goings, people are going to look at the one and two and the oh and three type of teams and say, Hey, you know, this is a bad season already. I'm going to openly fade say the white socks or the a's, you know, insert team here that's not playing a well right out the gate. And that's where I think again, if you look at these teams, there's almost like individual stocks, right? The buy lows, the sell highs, the state puts. I feel like you're going to find that the betting market in baseball over a 162 game sample is we're going to make some really good money taking shots on the down part of that totem pole, the buy lows or even just the teams that, you know, maybe you're buying the dip on that didn't really start off great. I look at, you know, a team like Chicago Cubs, for example, that have a lot of, you know, high upside or expectations this season as well. And so early in the going, you know, early season, I think you can actually find some really good spots because again, I think people are selling and buying on teams far too fast. And that kind of opens up the door for a good betting market in my opinion. All right, I love the approach.

9:13Now let's talk about some hold your nose, please, because those are my favorite in baseball. If I can make a case for a dog and I think there's a pretty solid case to be made that they have a chance to win, I have no problem firing on a plus price. I haven't gotten there yet, but I do agree with you on this White Sox Marlins game coming up here for Monday. You're taking the plus price with Davis Martin against Chris Patek, who is absolute fade city, total in the games eight. My aunties minus 136 is a favorite and Chicago's plus a dollar 13 on the road. Talk to me about what you're seeing. Yeah, and this is the perfect example of what we're just talking about, right? A team in the doldrums that was expected to be bad, who's 0 and 3 out the gate versus a team that maybe if people are starting to find a little bit, you know, bullishness on as a 3-0 Marlins squad, you know, it's coming out the gate here. And you know, the Marlins do have a really good top end of the rotation, but Patek gave one of those guys. And I do feel like when you're seeing again, just kind of this minus 130, minus 125 type of price for a team going up against one of those bottom feeder

10:16teams in the early goings. This is where you can pick your spot on that bottom feeder because even the White Sox as bad as they can possibly be this year. Maybe they are a 60 game winner. Maybe they're a little bit better at 65 games. That's still winning, you know, almost, you know, 35, 40% of their outcomes. And that would be in line with a win against the team like the Marlins with their one of their four whole pitchers on the bump. And so I look at plus one 15 for the White Sox here. And I do think it's one of my favorite bets of the year. I don't think they're hapless when it comes to just the lineup side of things this season. And because of that, I am willing to take my shot here with them. Yeah, Mercom. He's got three dingers already, Colson Montgomery hit a grand slam today. He's got a ton of pop. Like there's some upside with the White Sox. Let's get another one in here. You're going to back to Orioles and Chris Bassett's debut at Camden Yards, minus 124 taken on the Texas Rangers and Jack Lider. Tell me why. Yeah, Jack Liders, a guy that obviously has some really great stuff.

11:16And that's why it was picked so high in the draft. And why even after some really bad outings to start his majorly baseball career, people are so optimistic still. And the reality is with a guy like a Jack Lider, he kind of reminds me of an Aaron Nola sort of type or a Jack Flirty type where he does have some six strikeouts. I mean, he's going to be on pitch and then Jay is going to be featured with some really great movement. But he's also going to get batted around on on occasion. He's going to give him a lot of hard contact, start by start inning by inning. And the Orioles right now are one of those teams and one of those line ups that have the ability to explode, I think, on any given day. And so when you are going up against the guy who's chucking fastballs and a lot of hitable fastballs, go ahead and give you a shot here with the Orioles, whether it's the first five or the full game, I really like them. Now up 92, 77 on the golden state warriors. We went in game on Denver, not that long ago, minus one and a half.

14:21And now there are up 92, 77 in game numbers 14 and a half. Total is 219 and a half as we are sweating out a couple of player props. We're on Dremon green over 10 and a half rebounds and assist. He has 10 right now. We're on geysantos over 24 and a half PRA. He is at 17 19 right now with 10 minutes to go in the contest. It went from a game where golden state was leading leading all the way up until the third quarter in the middle of the third quarter. It looks like and that's when Denver came storming back out scoring them 40 to 21 coming out of the locker rooms. But golden state was winning by a significant margin, which is how we were able to get minus one and a half on the nuggets here. But here they come early in the fourth quarter up 92 to 77. I'll keep you updated there. Hopefully we can cash some other bets aside from Denver minus one and a half in game. There in case you missed it earlier, we did cash a couple of bets as far as the circa college hoops challenges concerned.

15:21We laid the seven with Michigan and we had Yukon plus the four and a half. Now I did not have illusions of Yukon winning this game outright. I thought in the end, the blue Devils will be so too much and watching the game play out, it did appear that that was going to be how this thing was shaking out. Instead drama at the end in case you missed it, you missed maybe the best finish of a college basketball game all season. Yukon picks up the win 73 72. That doesn't tell the story with 10 7 seconds to go. It's a 72 70 game. And they're trying to inbound the basketball duke to put away Yukon. And instead they're facing a track from the Huskies. The ball gets batted off the hands of Kate and Booser ends up in the hands of Alex Karabin, who then hands it off to Braden Mullins, who sinks a 36 footer to give Yukon the lead with just over a second remaining. And Yukon winds up winning this thing as a four and a half point dog.

16:21We wind up going over the total of 135 and a half as the Yukon Huskies are going back to the final four behind a 73 72 win. Now from the Yukon perspective first, a 19 point comeback. Absolutely incredible for them. As Dan Hurley moves to 10 and 0 against the spread in the sweet 16 or later, 14 and 0 covering the number on the round of 32 or later on the duke side of things. This seems to be a trend now because you go back a year ago in the duke blue devils taking on the Houston Cougars blew a 14 point lead to Houston in the final four. That was a team with Cooper flag and Khan Kinepple and unfortunately did not get to the championship game in 2024 under John Shire's guidance. They blew a nine point lead to NC state and the elite eight. So what's going on here with the blue devils? What are the answers? Well, John Shire, their head coach was asked that after this loss. Could not be more disappointed and and feeling for our guys at the same time of,

17:30you know, just trying to process what happened. I don't have the words. I don't have the words. I've got the words for you, John. This is what happens when you're a little too committed to the youth, the superstars and don't have enough veterans on your roster. It's simple as that because the other time with you, other side with Yukon, you've guys have been through this before. Alex caribans won championships before terrorists read his experience. There are guys that have a lot of games under their belt and in late game situations, they're executing and Duke is not. That is what jumps out to me in today's college basketball landscape, where you've got an Illinois team in the final four that has a ton of veterans, guys who played professionally in Europe before coming over here. You have Michigan with transfers with a mix of youth and transfers on that roster under Dusty May. That pays dividends here. And I think for Yukon, it is showing the fact that they have guys who are experienced it in critical moment to this game. They did not blink. They kept clung away down 19 and found a way to win. Dan Hurley, the epic performance in the tournament.

18:32Once again, they're going back to the final four. And he talked about that following the game. Just another chapter in the Yukon Duke and the Abelate tournament of, you know, Dramatic's, you know, obviously a really tough way for their season, you know, to end the, you know, I thought they played great. I thought they punched us in the mouth with incredible force. You know, the, the boozer boys, I mean, I've been admirers of, you know, of their approach to basketball. I mean, all I've ever watched these guys do. You know, it's just win everything that they play in over the course of their career and grassroots. And then what the impact they've had on Duke and, you know, obviously across the board, you know, just their program, you couldn't have more respect for, you know, John Shire and, and, and what they've done since he's been here. Yeah, look, Shire's done an awesome job. I think John Shire's done a better job.

19:32His first few years than the last few years of Coach K, like that, that's where we're at, but to lose again, to blow another lead, to not put a team away, that's concerning. And I think adjustments need to be made because if you look at the box score of this game, if you didn't watch it play out, you kind of really had no business winning this game. Okay, there were five of 23 from three, whereas Duke was six of 15, 40% in terms of rebounding, Duke won the battle 3428. The big spot where you kind of had the advantage was turnovers. Duke had 13, you kind of only had five in this game. That's the X factor. It's not making mistakes. It's not shooting yourselves in the foot. There were so many times where Cam Booser had the ball in the paint. He was getting pushed around. He was hitting shots with two men in his face. He was awesome, but in critical moments late in this game. Unfortunately, they made some mistakes and relinquish this lead of 19 points. And that's how we end up with them not making the final four. Instead, it's Yukon taking on an Illinois team that I am fascinated to watch

20:34play out here. We'll do more on that coming up later as that game opens. And Illinois is a one and a half point favorite. The total is 139 and a hook earlier on Sunday. The other game between who we found out who Arizona was going to play. That's not meant to be found who Arizona is going to play Michigan. Michigan dominated Tennessee. As Rick Barnes's team, valiant effort, but this was kind of the ceiling. Michigan's in another stratosphere. They're going to their first final force in 2018. They're fourth and 11 seasons as they look to win a national championship for the first time since 1989. They're making history every step of the way. This Wolverine squad is the first team in NCAA tournament history to win four games by double digits while scoring 90 plus points in each win. And that is insane. As Dusty May took over a program that had eight wins when he took over coming off. John Howard and what went down with him as the head coach of his alma mater and oddly enough, Yachtel Lendenborg, 27, 7, 4 and no turnovers became the

21:37first player for the Wolverines to score 20 or more points in three straight tournament games since John Howard did. So Lendenborg met with the media following their dominant performance, beating Tennessee 95, 62 and explain how they were able to get past the physicality of the balls. We knew the name of the game was going to be physicality and they were number one off at the team in the country for a reason. You know, they showed us in those first four minutes. You know, and in the meantime, we are regrouped. You know, we thought about what we needed to do. That was the game for a lot of long. So once, you know, we started handing back and they stopped, you know, getting the same offensive rebounds. The game definitely started to shift. Well, did a great job walling up and getting those loose balls or even just tippin' it out for us, you know, and making it easier for all the other guys, man. So, you know, shout out the world for his toughness. So let's go back to the conversation I just had about John Shire and Duke, where I still think you can have superstar players like Booser and get these you know, five star recruits. But Dusty May has been a mystro with transfers. Lending Borg comes over from UAB. Everyone knew how good he was. They're playing for Andy Kennedy. Now he gets the national spotlight in a system where you can't just

22:40key in on him because there's other players there. You have Mara from UCLA contributed 11 points here. Elliott Kado, 10 dimes in the game of transfer from North Carolina. Whereas Johnson, a transfer from Illinois, 12 and five in the performance. You got to have some vets. You have to have some experience this time of year and Michigan's got that, man, and Michigan versus Arizona. This feels like the title game. No offense to Illinois and Yukon. But these are the two best teams in the country. This is what we want to see. This is the best on the best. And I think we're going to get an all time game on Saturday night between these two squads. Number one and number two in the country and net rating. Top two teams in defensive efficiency. Both top three in effective field goal percentage allowed. Both top six in offensive efficiency. And they're both with plenty of size, which makes you wonder what's lending board going to do because he can be so dominant. If you don't have size to deal with him in the paint and Arizona has that. They've got athleticism. They've got versatility. I think Arizona is the deeper team. I've got 20 to one on Michigan. I will be betting on Arizona so I can make some money on that ticket

23:43because I think Arizona is a freaking wagon. I think it's the best team in the country. The only concern you have and maybe it's not fair of me to go there. But Tommy Lloyd's never been through this. Tommy Lloyd also a disciple of Mark few who's never won a title. He's never finished the job here. Now he's gotten to two and Lloyd was on the staff of both of them 2017 and 2021. But Tommy Lloyd's come up short of bunch and Dusty May just feels like he has an edge, X's and O's wise. I could be wrong. Will will keep you updated though all week long to see what else we can do with that ticket because I am a bit concerned about Arizona in this spot in the final four free picks back by real analysis. And we have a firing in the NHL to help us break it all down.

25:49We're going out to the progressive guest line and welcoming in NHL analyst here at V sin. He is Jonathan Davis at West Coast hockey on X and he joins us on the progressive guest line. So JD talked to me, man, the golden nights get rid of their Stanley Cup winning coach Bruce Cassidy in comes John Torrello, which by the way, it blows me away hockey coaches. Maybe the most incestuous of all the coaches where they just constantly get recycled, but a disappointing year for VGK. There are 32 and 26 on the season. Do you agree with the move and what are your expectations going forward? Well, yeah, Dustin, I think, do I look, I was surprised, but not surprised. You know, Bruce Cassidy has the, he's not the easiest guy to play for. And, you know, this has been something where he is, he grinds on his players. I'm surprised it didn't happen before, but, you know, when you win a Stanley Cup, that definitely earns you a lot of street cred. And he had a five year deal with it that he signed with Vegas.

26:50He wins in year two. And so I'm not totally surprised, but I obviously, yes, the timing eight games left in the season, sure. But I think that I don't think Bruce Cassidy was going to be back next year. And it's a pretty bold move by an organization that, you know, doesn't care about participation prizes. They bring in John Torrello. They had to bring in a guy that was established like, you know, next, you know, we'll see what happens with Torrello next year. Does he stay in as a Vegas coach? But next year is the year that they could bring in someone less established, but their options were very limited and, and torts has the resume. Well, no rest for them is they're going to host the Kinox on Monday night. This thing just jumped to minus three 45. They're favored Vancouver's plus 275, the total six and a half. You want to do anything in this game? Yeah, look, Vancouver's bad. I mean, you know, this was, this was serving up a softie for the new head coach, John Torrello, you're playing a Vancouver team that, you know,

27:52has been playing out the string for quite some time. But here's, here's been my approach, Dustin, for when you've got games, been doing this the last couple of years, a favorite of minus 300 or greater. I've been targeting the underdog to score a bowl the first period. I think it's now 19 of the 25 games roughly. We've had a goal scored by the underdog in that first period. So I like Vancouver over half a goal. And then the other, the other play on this one would be the Vegas team total over four. And I would also target the over four and a half as well. You know, maybe split up a unit there. Vancouver's been, you know, gives up, you know, been giving up, but at least four goals in like four or five or five. 28:54Well, let's start looking at the other games on the board. And we'll begin with the penguins at the Islanders where New York is a minus one 25 favorite Pittsburgh's plus 105, the total six and a half, which direction are you looking here? We're looking for goals, Dustin. 14 to the last 16 meetings have had at least six goals, so that'll get you at worst to push 11 to the 16 have had at least seven goals or more. So definitely the over for me. I would have a slight lean to the draw. Both these teams needing points. So a draw meeting the game goes to overtime. I think that there's some value in that probably going to get that in about plus three 15 plus three 20. But I would sprinkle some pizza money on the draw. There's really good value there. Let's now go to Toronto and Anaheim were the ducks or minus one 92 favorites plus 160 the other way with Toronto, the total six and a half. What should we be looking at here? Dustin, if you want to work out, be the Toronto Maple Leafs goalie because you're going to be facing rubber the entire night.

29:56No team gives up more shots on goal per game than Toronto. They're averaging over 32 and a half. They've given up at least 33 shots and nine of their last 10 games. They've given up at least 34 shots and eight of their last 10 playing the oppositions team total over shots on goal is the way to go for leaf games. I know fan dual has it that rivers has it. He's got an assist in eight of the last 10 road games for St. Louis six of the last nine overall that number is it's a it's a great price, great value there.

31:07I also sprinkle on the draw five of the last six meetings between the sharks and the blues, including their one about a week or so ago have gone to overtime. You can get the draw plus three 25 shop around as always, but I would also sprinkle some money on this game going to overtime. Those are all your bets for the Monday card. I'm just curious as we get closer to the the postseason here and everyone knows the hockey postseason is the most exhilarating even though we're going through March madness and it gets all the hype right now. Anything can happen in the hockey postseason and I'm asking you this because I was watching a game yesterday. Where the Ottawa Senators scored like three seconds into the game basically against Toronto. They're up to nothing at the end of the first. They lost four to two and I just believe that this sport offers so much fun opportunities from a betting perspective before we get into the postseason. Is there a team in the east or west, not necessarily to win the whole cup, but you think that could make a deep run that may be undervalued at this point in the year.

32:07Well, it's getting there's a big log jam because the Philadelphia Flyers one tonight and they've now all the sudden become playoff relevant again. I mean, they're there are two points back in the standings, but because of the tiebreaker, they're really three. There's about six teams that are battling for for four spots Ottawa like they've got the best goal tending. They're that they may be the best team that doesn't make the playoffs. So I don't know if they can make a deep run, but if you're looking for a team, you know, to I would say to me, at least to win around, they're definitely good enough, but they have to get in first. You know, Columbus is another team that just they're they keep accumulating points. I don't still trust them enough. The Buffalo Sabers, we've talked about it before, Dustin. You know, I think there's a lot of value there. I watched them play here in Los Angeles, a very deep team. So I still do like Buffalo may be able to get a good price still on the Sabers. I look, one of my favorite props, I don't know if it's available, but I would still look for the Carolina Hurricanes to get eliminated neither round two or three.

33:15I made that that future bet in the summer. If you can find a way to get, you know, the Hurricanes and elimination bet for Carolina, whether you do it, whether it's available now or that's something I would target. They're not built for four rounds. They don't have the goal tending. That's a team by the you get some great value to get eliminated early in the playoffs. That's the best team in college basketball. Certainly the best team of the four left. And on the other side with Illinois and Yukon. I'll probably bet a little bit against my ticket there. But I think Illinois should take care of business, man. They just got too much offense. I know they played earlier in the year. I know Yukon won the game. Yukon's not the same team they were back then. And coming off a dramatic win like they just took down Duke on the last second shot. If this was the regular season, you'd be fading them. I know it's not the regular season. But I think Illinois has got too many different ways to beat you. They've got too much offense. And Keith Wogler had not become the guy that he is now where he's going to be drafted in the lottery in the NBA draft. I think that's such a difference maker for them. There's consistent shot making with Illinois. And I don't think there is that for the Yukon Huskies. Hey, baseball seasons here. 37:34This is reality. My job is to sit here for three hours every day. I'm supposed to have an opinion. I'm supposed to break down these games. So if I'm going to do the work, I'm going to find a bet. That's the objective here. So I'm just not going to sit on the sidelines when there's games to be bet on and games to look at. Because the very worst, I will remember forever how I lost my bets. And that is the data point I can use down the road. And if I win, it's something that maybe I can exploit over and over again. So with that, let's start looking at the baseball card here coming up for Monday. What I like to do, and I'm not the biggest batter prop guy. However, I've dabbled with them recently the last few years. And I've found certain players in certain situations tend to jump out to me. And a lot of the analytics people will tell you that previous history is not the way that you should be looking at this. You should be looking at some sort of projections with swings and barrel percentage and all these other things with the pictures. I am kind of basic. I do think this matters. And it's not just the exact results. I think it's more of the extra base hits. It's the batting average.

38:35It's the way that they're making good contact against them. So what I like to do every day on the show is a segment we do called mono-emano. And mono-emano, a lot of people think it means man versus man. It actually doesn't mean that. It means hand versus hand. But we're going to pretend it means man versus men. It means hand versus hand. We're just going to do a real translation here. So here's mono-emano. Our favorite matchups for hitters coming up on Monday. So Carlos Santana of Arizona. He doesn't have a great average against Justin Verlander, but 86 at bats. He doesn't have nine homers and 14 extra base hits. And it's not like Verlander's the guy he used to be. If you wanted to do something with Santana in this spot. I was pretty surprised to see looking at some of the matchups that Ahmed Rosario for the Yankees has a strong showing against Luis Castillo, where he's 7 of 20 with a homer, two extra base hits at 350 average. Jock Peterson is hitting 500 with two home runs. Three of those five hits for extra bases against Chris Bassett of the Orioles. Peterson now on the Texas Rangers. Christian Yelich, who was a hero earlier on Sunday.

39:35Has great numbers against Nick Martinez, who's starting for the Tampa Bay Rays. And Christian Yelich, five of 16, one home run. That's a 313 average against Nick Martinez, who's now a member of the Tampa Bay Rays. Fernando Tatees wears out Landon Roup. More on that coming up later, where he's hitting 625, 5 for 8 in his career. Nolan Aernado, a 5 for 16 average against Justin Verlander. And he is also a member of the Arizona Diamondbacks here. So those are some of the top hitter matchups we have coming up for the Monday card. File those away if you want to do something with them. If I was thinking about isolating anyone to beat Tatees going up against Roup with those numbers. Or Jack Peterson as well, who's 5 at 10 against Chris Bassett playing in Camden Yards. I'm more of a total base guy going over that or the combo of hits runs and RBI's over the weekend. I did hit a home run bet for the first time. I think ever in Ellie Della Cruz at 5 to 1. We did that a live bet Saturday with Ben Stevens. But those are some of the batters that jumped out to me as far as the matchups are concerned. Now the official plays we have going to the card coming up on Monday.

40:39Let's start with the Braves Bryce elder as they take on the A's and Jacob Lopez. Now elder and the Braves are minus 143 favorites. Low PES is plus 119, totals 9 and a half. I'm on the over 4 and a half strikeouts for Bryce elder. I go to visa.com slash MLB props. And I'm looking at our new Opt AI player prop projections. They have elder going over this. The A's with no name, no town, even though they play in Sacramento. How they perform so far to start the year. It's a very small sample size. But Kevin Gossman and 11 strikeouts for Toronto against them an opening day. Dylan C's had 12 strikeouts on Saturday. And then on Sunday, Eric Lauer had 9 strikeouts. And he doesn't really have overwhelming stuff. You got a guy on the bump in elder who did have 7 strikeouts against them a year ago.

41:42He's pitching at home. So I like going over a short number of 4 and a half punchouts for him. Chase Burns is another guy. I'm going to back here for the Cincinnati Reds taking on the Pittsburgh pirates. Where since it had his minus 131 plus 109 the other way with Braxton Nashcraft and Pittsburgh. Well, I'm getting a plus price on chase burn strikeouts and the plus 116 range. So because of that, I'll take the flyer and I'll go over the number on chase burns who has absolutely electric stuff. In fact, the last time that he faced them, I believe was in relief. The Pittsburgh pirates, but prior to that, I think he had 10 strikeouts. Let me just confirm that real quick. Pit. Yeah. So he had three strikeings, two innings in relief in September. And then last August, he had 10 strikeouts and six innings. Chase Burns has awesome stuff. Let's go over his 7 and a half strikeouts at a plus price. Now, looking at visa.com slash MLB props and the picture prop specifically,

42:45it led me to a play that I was considering and I was on the fence about, which is Clay Holmes of the Metz facing the St. Louis Cardinals. We're right now, the Metz are a favorite of minus 156 on the road. St. Louis is plus 129 the other way, the totals nine cards are throwing Kyle Leahy. Kyle Leahy is a former reliever. They're turning him into a starter. They think he can follow the Met liberator mold of being stretched out into a starter. I don't hate the idea of taking the Metz minus the 156 or even the run line minus one and a half plus 109. But since the visa.com slash MLB props likes the K prop for Clay Holmes. Someone, I was going back and forth. I wanted to do a total outs prop, but they have him at three and a half strikeouts. And they have him going over the edge of 21.2% here. So they really like homes in this matchup. So I bet him over the three and a half strikeouts. I can pull up what I got. I don't think I got minus one 36. I got minus 145 odds. So you're eating some juice there, but I don't mind doing that,

43:45especially if Beeson.com slash MLB props has him as the second biggest edge on the card for picture strikeout props for Monday. I'm also going to go and take the Yankees on the road at Seattle where Ryan Weathers makes his debut for the pinstripes. He's minus 105. The Mariners are throwing Luis Castillo, who's minus 115, total seven and a half. And I love Seattle. I love what they're doing this year. I love the way they've built this roster. But Luis Castillo is getting older. And I think that Ryan Weathers was targeted by the Yankees for an office because they think they can unlock something with him. And Seattle really doesn't have guys who are traditional lefty masters outside of like a rose arena who's good against lefties. Most of the lineup not that great against South Paws and the numbers bear out for the last couple seasons here. So I'm going to take a flyer on the better offense with a declining picture in Luis Castillo and Ryan Weathers. So I think has a ton of upside for the Yankees this year. We'll go minus 105 with them. I'm also going to be on the over in the Giants and the Padres where it's Landon Roop versus Walker Bueller.

44:46Total's eight and a half and that doesn't really compute. Landon Roop's terrible at Petco Park, four games, a 935 ERA, eight and two thirds innings, a 2.192 whip and San Diego hitters hitting 316 lifetime against him with an 872 OPS. On the other side, it's Walker Bueller, who is not the name brand value we're used to seeing. And there's going to be plenty of runs here from both sides. Let's go over eight and a half in that matchup. I'm also going over in a matchup with the Guardians facing the Los Angeles Dodgers. Well, a couple of things that play here, one Parker Messick is on the bump for the Guardians. He's a lefty. What do the Dodgers do? Well, they hit everyone well, but especially they crushed left-handed pitching. Last year, this lineup was third and OPS against South Paws. They were tied with the Yankees for number one in home runs against lefties. And it just so happens the Dodgers are throwing a pitcher in Rocky Sasaki, who had a 15 ERA in spring training.

45:47Eight and two thirds innings, nine hits, 15 earned runs, 12 strikeouts, 15 walks. If he can't find the plate against Cleveland, Cleveland's going to contribute a few runs to this total. And because that I just anticipate the Dodgers team off and everyone, so we're going to go over as far as that game is concerned. And the last play I'm looking at here, I'm laying minus 145 with Milwaukee against Tampa Bay. The Brewers traded for Kyle Harrison from Boston in the off season. He was previously on the Giants and he was in the Raffi Devers trade. But if the Brewers are identifying a starting pitcher, it's because they believe there's something special that no one else has found. And I think we're going to see it taken on a Tampa Bay team that doesn't have the traditional lefty splits were normally used to seeing as Harrison is a South Paws. So I laid 145 with Milwaukee hosting Tampa Bay behind Kyle Harrison and his debut for the Brewers. That'll do it for me here.
