He's shown as a short-to-intermediate threat for the Cougars, but his real edge comes from elite run-blocking over the last two seasons. Ryan explodes off the line with killer grip strength and leg drive, steering defenders like a pro. Now, picture this guy's physicality. He muscles defenders at the catchpoint in line of everywhere, from slot to wing, running rails, choices, and delays to find soft spots. With the Browns other Titans like Harold, Fenn and Junior, and Joe Roy are more focused on receiving, Ryan brings that versatile grind. He's got shades of Patrick Ricard, but with extra juice in the passing game, fitting perfect in Todd Monkin's scheme.
