Hey guys, I'm Kiera and today you'll learn how to pronounce the word kaira or career. Say the word putty very fast, flicking your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Putty. Now change the P to a C as in cut and say it again. Kari. Kari. That's the first half of the word kaira. Now think of the word yeri, that mythical creature in the Himalayas. Say it fast and emphasize the y sound by putting your tongue high and pushing through lots of air. Yeri. Yeri. Now change the I to an A and say it again. Yerah. That's the second half of the word kaira. Now let's put them together with the jaw slightly forward, tip of the tongue behind the bottom teeth, lips rounded and protruded. Kari. Yerah. Kari. Yerah.
