But now she has capitalized off of that monumental, with a new album. And that album,

1:01because of the monumental success that she got from her track folded, her album is self-titled after her name, of course, Kalani. And if you don't know, this album has, has everybody you can imagine on it. As you have little Wayne, that was not the first name that came to mind. I'm just saying. It's not the first name that came to my mind, but whatever. Little Wayne. And you have the clips. Man, wanting to Jay-Z, wanting to... But then, you know, I'm saying, I'm like, team, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on? My who-in-the-world talk... Who-in-the-world talk a lot about having the clips on the album? It's separate. See, I don't think I'm a hater. Anyways, starting off your album with clips in Lil Wayne, I'm not, you know, as an R&B artist, I don't get it. But anyways, Brandy, you know, somebody who actually makes sense. Shout out to Brandy, man. Shout out to Brandy's on this album. Yeah, Missy Elliott, which you already heard, that was a single, which, you know, a lot of people have mixed reviews, you know, a lot of people are 6'7", you know, on that specific track. But I don't think it was, you know, innately terrible. I think it could have been better.

2:01Usher, I believe that's the playlist single they're going for, because on new music, I think I saw Kalani and Usher. So I think that's the specific track they're trying to push for different playlists. But then, you look at the very interesting fact. Ladies and gentlemen, who's going to call it out if not for your boy, analytic dreams? I just don't like it, man. Oh, my God, do it, man. I just don't like that. Hey, I'ma do it. So when it comes to Kalani, now, I know Chris Brown's had his issues in the past, right? Chris Brown and Kalani last year, if you don't know, there was definitely battling, because Chris Brown's track decided, what was it called? I decided, decided. I saw him at Chris Brown fan. Let me find it. No, it depends. I'm tripping. That's me, that's me, bro. Come on, bro. That's me, that's me. That's my fault. I'm upset at me right now. So anyways, when it comes to Chris Brown versus Kalani, it depends, and Kalani's folded track was running 2025.

3:02Now, of course, you do have to put mud by Leon Thomas up there, because that also was running the charts. But when you look at how closely we're on the charts, and then you come to realize that neither of those won the award at the Grammys. I believe neither of them won. Let me see if I can find it. Oh, actually, I'm tripping. She won Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song. So, yeah, ladies and gentlemen, she swept the Grammys. That's crazy. I don't know why I thought she lost. I thought she lost some, I guess something of something else. Anyways, a folded did win two Grammys for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song. Now, when it comes to our hard music awards, that she won R&B Song of the Year. Now, why am I telling you that? It's because folded, it's still. Let me see if I can find this. Fold it. Now, you had to be aware of the music and the street back then to actually know this. But folded and then the pins was like neck and neck as far as the most popular R&B track. Very interesting how after Kalani was crown champion as far as the R&B world with folded, it's currently still

4:03the ninth most played track in the world. 44 weeks on the charts, Mutt is nowhere to be found. Let me see. If you hear that sound, it came up as zero. Let me see deep, deep pens. And then, okay, the pens is also worth, you know, it doesn't pop up at all. So, I find it peculiar that out of the top 100 songs, Mutt and it depends just completely fell off of it. But folded by Kalani is still the ninth most played track in the world. Now, of course, before Kalani fans come after me, just know, I'm not discredited in Kalani. I'm letting you know the magnificent battle that was going on in R&B. Because when it comes to hip hop, it was not the same. Last year, everybody already knows the stat I'm about to throw out. But last year, there was no, where is it at? So, there was no rap songs in the Billboard Top 40 for the first time in 35 years, ladies and gentlemen, I covered that October 31st, 2025. R&B was not having that problem. R&B was actually carrying the music industry at one point in time, as you had Leon Thomas

5:04with Mutt going crazy on the charts. Don't know how it fell off, but maybe it's the reoccurring thing. I know that happened with Sizzle and Kendrick. Like, once you get enough weeks on the charts, it has to be like above 25 or something like that to even be on the charts because, you know, they want to give newer tracks time to shine or whatever. So, anyways, you have, Leon Thomas, you have Kalani, you have Chris Brown, who else? It was supposed to be, it was supposed to be some of Walker, but I don't know, nobody want to talk about that. Nobody wants to talk about that. I mean, she ain't got a good job, but, but if I got something that still works, it's the same, man. Why nobody? Go to Costco. Come on, man. You ain't got to say all that. Go to Costco. Go somewhere. All right. So, we don't want someone walking to go somewhere, but basically, when it comes to her album, was it the right, let me make sure I got the right artist. Yeah. So, someone Walker, I think was supposed to have this type of longevity because her album did come out November 19, 2025. Basically, at the beginning of 2026, and there's nowhere to be found.

6:04I'm not trying to be disrespectful. Yeah. I was looking at her name, just making sure that her album just came and went. Now, no disrespect to her. I'm just letting you know that when it came to other R&B acts, they definitely notoriously affected the masses to the point where this year, I think it's going to be very indicative of hip hop to even bounce back, to bounce back somewhere. Because Bruno Mars, Kalani, they're doing the thing right now as far as on the charts. Once again, Bruno Mars not R&B, but, you know, once again, Karin, well, Kalani is carrying the R&B torch, just like she was last year with Leon Thomas and Chris Brown. So, the reason why I say all this, is because her album, being out to capitalize off of folded, is a huge deal. Now, Kalani is not the biggest acting world, right? We're coming with a lot of objective facts, so hopefully, the Kalani lights, hopefully they don't get upset. But, we do give respect whereas do. As in 2020, it was good until it wasn't. It did sell 83,000. Her career high, right?

7:04But she made it to number two. On the Billboard. Now, that doesn't matter too much. I'm looking at the 83,000 in the year of 2020. I believe, in today's economy, it's way harder to get those type of numbers, as far as 83,000. I'm not saying it's impossible, but folded, I think it's going to account for at least 60% of the entire album's first week sales, if they actually count folded. I don't think people realize how big, top 10 tracks for 40-plus weeks is. Basically, your kids' cares are taking care of if you use that revenue correctly. But, you know, also, it depends what type of deal a colony is under. So, let me see. So, Atlantic, she, ah, good, let me see. Colonies under Atlantic. I actually don't know where Atlantic is under. Is that, UMG? Atlantic. What is that Sony? Let me see. It's a major label. So, when you look at Atlantic records that colony is under, it is under, oh, okay, it's a Warner. So, she's under Warner. If you don't know, the Warner is just so that's a whole other discussion. So, Warner,

Um, get it back into the charts. So, Warner Music Group has 16% of the entire music market share. UMG, which is a universal music group. They have 47% Sony, Music Entertainment. They have 34% and then others, which is small labels that are independent acts. They have 3%. Now, looking at, Warner specifically, the top dog for them, is currently, Donald Tolover. Now, if you want to get in a real discussion about the music industry outside of the arts, because, you know, that's basically what I do over here. Talk about the gaming and music IPs that notoriously affect the masses. I think, Warner has, the opportunity, the very unique opportunity for their boy drops. You know what I'm saying? Is it okay? I got my dope on me? To have,

9:04not only the top hip-hop act of, because, you know, quite is kept, Donald Tolover is the MVP of 2026 when it comes to rap, analytically, of course, because objectively, no, subjectively speaking, you know, some people may like the album, some people may not, but objectively speaking, Donald Tolover's octane album did not come and go. It's still the fourth most played album in the world. Now, the reason why I say that is because Warner has a very unique opportunity to not only have the top performing hip-hop act as far as top 50, right? Because, you know, Drake's discography is still leaps and bounds above every hip-hop act. But also having the top R&B album. So they can have Donald Tolover, octane, and then they can have Kalani with her album. So I think she's at least going to be in top four. So, when it comes to that, Warner having the top hip-hop at R&B album in the top five, I think that would be a very unique W for that specific label. Because, if you think about it,

10:04what other label could really say they had the top hip-hop and R&B act? I mean, maybe a UMG, but, you know, Drake don't get along with any of the UMG top acts. So, yeah, that's out of the question. I'll be interested to see your Donald Tolover on this album. I'm interested. What? It's, you know, that's crazy. I mean, I probably think it's a, what is a Donald Tolover Kalani track sound like? It's a lot better than a little Wayne or clip. Shepard. All right. Let me get back to this. So, basically, when you look at that Kalani, the main thing I wanted to focus on is the confirmed artist. Cardi B ladies and gentlemen. Yeah. So, we started off a little Wayne in the clips because I didn't get through the whole thing. Cardi B, Big Sean. Wait, hold on now. No, hold on now. I know that ain't who I think it is. It's, it's big Sean trying to go tiff atat with Junaer Echo. You guys. See, that's the problem. Hey, I'll probably think it to you. So, how were you talking about it? Happily, you know, together. Anyways, when it comes to that album, Kalani, a big shot being on that album, very much threw me off. If you don't know the lore of my musical taste, right, to throw a wild side tangent. Big Sean was my favorite rapper, and then it transitioned into the goat. You know what I'm saying? Is it okay? I got my dope on me? For no other reason then, you know, I feel like he was more consistent, way more range, just, this is my personal taste, right, Paul's. So Big Sean was used to be my favorite rapper, but that was a trick. I think Big Sean could add creatively on this album, but objectively, what is he adding to this album? He's not adding sales. He's not adding engagement. I don't exactly know what he's doing other than being petty.

12:08You guys. See, that's the problem. That's one of the very few times you're going to hear me be messy. Anyways, with everything he said, what else we have on here? We have T-Pay and a little John. I can't wait to hear what that track sounds like. You already know what that track sounds like. Leon Thomas, just like I said earlier, with the beef between Kalani and Chris Brown, there's a reason why I didn't say there's a beef between Kalani and Leon Thomas. It's because, you know, for some reason, they found some time to collaborate, right? They was like, hold up now. Twin. They did a Spider-Man meme. We're carrying in the music game in the R&B genre. Maybe we should make some music together. I wonder what other artists she could have did that with. But then, you know what I'm saying? I'm like, team, look at the state of hip-hop. What's going on? Of course, you know, I'd just stand Chris Brown's past and maybe Kalani was just like, you know what? I don't want to stay far away from it. And they'll be fair, once again, if Kalani did a track with Chris Brown, I think Summer Walker did a track with Chris Brown if I'm not mistaken. I think she got killed for it, let me see.

13:10It wasn't he on his lady. Yeah, okay. So Chris Brown was on her latest album called Baby. So the track was Baby. Once again, live on Eurium. So that's what the shout outs for. So getting back into the album, Chris Brown was on Summer Walker's latest album with the track title Baby on November 19th, 2025. So now when you look at it in totality, yeah, it kind of makes sense. Kalani probably lived at the back last Summer Walker guy and she was probably like, oh, need to. She was probably like, I want me to combine Leon Thomas and Chris Brown. Oh, they do. Y'all getting one or the other and y'all know why? Oh, they do. And we beat default. Well, they do. We beat them. We go for it. The reason why I keep bringing up Chris Brown's name is because last year literally, Leon Thomas, Kalani, Chris Brown, it was kind of hard to separate the three because they was carrying the game and R&B. So it's nice to see Leon Thomas on here and not only is he on here, but he stores the end of it. So he's the last, the very last feature of the album. And just looking at it first glance, I like how she sequenced it as far as the features.

14:12I don't like when there's a bunch of features all in a row. She saved that to like the very end of the album. So I like how artists try to keep their solo offerings to like six or seven, six, seven, my fault on the album. But then you also have features to additionally like give different flavors because you know, it could get pretty, what's the word? It can get very mundane if you only have yourself on the 17 track album, right? So with that being said, I don't think of what else I was, yeah, monotonous. That's the word I was getting to. So it can get very monotonous, especially if you want to hit one specific genre for 17 tracks long. So all these features, I think it's fire. So once again, to go over the notable features, we have Cardi B, Usher, Brandy, Clips, Little Wayne, Big Sean, Leon Thomas, Little John, T-Pain, and Missy Ellie. I mean, that's a fantastic list right there. I'm not going to lie to you. You know, outside and Little Wayne and the Clips, we already know, yeah, I didn't know

15:16how for about that. So when you look at the rest of Kalani, because we're giving so much respect to Kalani because she did have one of the, she did have one of the most popular R&B tracks in the last year. I can't say of all time is way too soon for that. But as far as Kalani is an artist, it's by far her most popular track of all time. So when you look at her career, she is right, she is on Cloud 9 right now. If I'm Kalani, I'm on Cloud 9 because I just put out my most successful track probably in my career. I don't think any track from Kalani is ever going to exceed this. Now, of course, once again, I ain't go catch her fan base, maybe on my tail. But when you look at the success of folded, currently being the ninth most played track on the charts for 44 weeks, I'm not saying it's impossible. But by herself, having that type of success, it's going to be farfetched. It's going to be farfetched. So I think she just put out her most popular track ever in her career with folded.

16:21So she's riding on Cloud 9, like this is LeBron Miami Heat to bring in in basketball terms, what type of mode Kalani is in. She's in her prime as far as statistical performances with one particular track. What else she doing with the album? She says yes because her past albums, even without a folded, were doing well. Like I said earlier, her 2020 album, the 83,000 units first week, 20, okay, let's not talk about her earlier albums, but her last album, 2020, was that her last album? Let me say it was good until it wasn't, let me see if I can find it, was that her last album? So basically, you have the self title, Kalani album, and then you have, it was good until it wasn't. No, I'm tripping. So we have, while we wait, why did that, why did that not pop up? Hold on, one second. Now I do some Mickey research for this, ain't no way, while we wait to, is that an EP? I don't know if I should count that. Okay, so after doing, after doing a little Mickey research, yeah, it was 51 minutes and

Okay, so basically Kalani's album, her last album before this one came out August 28th, 2024, and that did, I don't even see it on here, oh, I did 34,000, what, no, it did below, what, oh no, you guys, I didn't even understand, I was like, what's going on, I don't even want to talk about. Shepard. I don't want to say it. It looks bad. No, that looks bad. It's not great. That's not great at all. You know, her last album, the under 15,000, all the time, I'm talking about it, it was good until it wasn't, which as far as this album, I do believe it could perform in that range, like 70 to 80,000, but her last album, while we wait to, I mean, she was basically

18:28on the way out under 15,000, being under Atlantic, it's not good at all, let me see. So let me have crash. I don't want to keep bringing up her sales if it's not good, well, I'm just trying to be objective because I thought that was her last album. If you can't tell, I don't listen to Kalani that much. So her last album before the one we just covered, you see, Kalani, while we wait, we see Kalani, her album crash. So she had a album title crash that came out June 21, 2024. That did 19,000, 7,000 in pure copies. Okay, so she's basically struggling and then she caught it hit. So I think the album that I brought up at the beginning of this segment that did 80,000, I think that's probably going to be around what she does. It was good until it wasn't in 2020. I think those are the numbers that she's going to do. I'm glad to look up, because usually I do look up the albums. So I don't know why I forgot to this time. And there was other albums that came out in between. It was good in this one. Let's just say those in a perform as well.

19:28You guys, see that's the problem. So before you all Kalani lights, get mad at me. Just know I'm bringing up the objective facts. But I do still say that she's on in her prime. I think she's going to sell at least 80,000 with this specific album. That's the reason why I go over her career first week sales, because I have to say this a lot. So because I cover the gaming and music, I piece that notoriously affect the masses. Just because you sell a lot. Does not mean you make the best product, just because you don't sell. Does not mean you're making the most abysmal, the most egregious project a product ever. The two do not correlate. Sometimes you can make something that's high quality, and a lot of people won't tune in. Sometimes you can make something that's completely garbage, and everybody could be pumping their lights. That's the best thing since sliced bread, right? So I have to say that a lot, especially covering the charts. The reason why I'm covering the numbers right now for Kalani is to compare her to other superstars that's currently on the charts, because best believe Atlantic is not thinking, oh, we're just doing it for fun. Best believe somebody Atlantic recording group, more specifically Warner was putting a marketing

20:29budget, and they're looking at some type of ROI, and they're tracking the marketing data behind it. They're not just out here having fun, right? They're just not like, you know what I'm saying? We play, we play $200,000, and we got none of it back. You know what I'm saying? They're not doing that at all. We beat them. And we beat default. We beat them. We go for them. These major labels want their scriller back, and that's money for some people. Who are new? So with that being said, I do believe that this album is going to do pretty well. I think it's going to do in there 80,000 range as far as the first week. Now, when you look at her competition, you have Morgan Wallain, Ella Langley, BTS. That's probably where her competition is looking like. Donald Toliver is currently the fourth most play album in the world, but it's around 48,000. I think Kalani is going to do way past much higher than that. I could see Kalani debut in a number two. No, because I know a Kanhan just dropped. I think in base case scenario, she will have the third most played project in the world as far as her first week sales. Now, I know a lot of people don't care about numbers, but her major label does.

21:31So, and of course, if you're on this platform, you definitely care about numbers. So let me bring this up a quick. So this is the top five most played albums in the world right now, analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the idea of this is basically Kalani's competition for next week. Now, of course, the numbers may be a little lower or it could be higher depending on artists wants to pull a Taylor Swift and drop a vinyl edition, right? So I could see base case scenario, Kalani having the third most played album in the world when it comes out, but of course, as far as the R&B genre, I think she's going to go number one by far. I don't even think it's going to be close. So I think I was basically, oh, she's also going on tour, ladies and gentlemen. I know we spent so much time on Kalani. Hold on. Hold on. So when it comes to her tour, she's headlining a show at the event at Grayton Resort in Casino. Now, this goes back to my point about Kalani riding on Clown Line, right? Because she doesn't have the history of having the superstar-like numbers, she's basically in her prom, so she's going to have to build up that live performance, hard-ticket history so that somebody would front the bill for like a whole stadium or arena tour. A stadium tour is a little much off one song. So basically, when it comes to Kalani as of right now, she's probably going to have to build up that live performance equity because she was technically falling off before a photo had happened. So she is going on tour. Her days include headlining a show at Grayton Resort in Casino, Roe-Nort Park, California,

23:33on May 8th, plus festival appearances like BBC, Radio, One's Big Weekend, UK, May, 24th, Roos Picnic. Oh, she's going to be what Jay-Z is. That's what's up. Philadelphia, May 30th, and Oshiega, Montreal, July 31st, I think that's basically it. So when you look at her last performance, technically, it was strong. Under 11,000 tickets at two nights at Radio City Music Hall, but honestly, I think that's because of the venue, right? She doesn't do huge venues because objectively speaking, she was falling off. So now, with her most successful track of all time in her career, I think her tours are definitely going to get a little bigger, but she's going to need the history first as far as people coming out to seeing her headline, not her opening up, but seeing her headline. So it's just going to take some time to build up. Hopefully, this is a catapult to bigger and better things for Kalani.

24:34You I believe that she's going to have a track as successful as voted? No, I don't. But when it comes to her album, I think it's going to be at least in the top five as soon as as far as the first week sells. I think she can continue that momentum into trying to have people come out to your live performances because I mean, you know, when it comes to a live video, you know, come on now. Come on now.
