Car Plows into Pedestrians in Soho

It happened around 4.30 a.m. on Argyll Street right off Oxford Street. Cops arrested a 29-year-old woman right there at the scene. She's in custody now. Charge with attempted murder, serious assault, dangerous driving, and driving under the influence.
