This is an I Heart Podcast. Guaranteed Human. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose option B. I'm Julie Pinero and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word Solita, trading the pity for possibility. Listen to Solita on the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. I survived nine months in captivity and I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart and these are the survivor files. Every week I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. Abducted, stalked, controlled and nearly silenced.
These are stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to the survivor files with Elizabeth Smart on the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. And listen, man, you guys have revolutionized sports radio. Power to turn the way he revolutionized radio. You're doing the same thing in sports radio. That's your new open. Yeah, we gotta add this guy to our open. Somebody send a Zelda that, dude. Great cares, homie. Enjoy our best of the week. Darnell gets his ring. They all get their rings. It's a cool moment. The rings are lowered from the ceiling and they all get their rings. Darnell drops his actually and he picks it up and, you know, he's super pumped and he's almost like in shock that. That's right. I'm a super bowl champion. And then he addresses it later on. He's like, you know, I sometimes forget like, that's right. Oh my God. Well, I think I did it all for good because that's my point. Everyone's high on the mind himself that he's a super bowl champion. How do you think the public feels about the sea hawks and that's no knock on that. There's something about him and something about the team that they're almost an afterthought because there's so many other teams with big names and high expectations. But that doesn't really mean they're the best team.
But if Darnell is forgetting that he's the guy, you can't blame us for overlooking it sometimes. But also so hard to repeat in the NFL. So hard to repeat. That's why some people just overlook them immediately. You know what Danny J.S. That's also part of it too. Yeah, because how often does that happen? So you're already looking for, well, who's yours at now? That's why I keep saying the bills because we automatically are trained to think that it's going to be someone else. But I said every year we talk about the list of great quarterbacks at one of them's bound to win, right? But why me Josh Allen's got a win one at some point. Same with Justin Herbert and Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow, all these guys are in condition to look elsewhere. All right. Well, who is it this year? Every year a Sam Darnell, they're Jalen Hertz or someone like that wins one. You're like, well, that's just one more year that the other, like the favorites don't win. You know what's interesting is when you look at the Rams and how the Rams have put together this team is Matthew Stafford and even happened earlier today on ESPN where Stafford's, they're saying, okay, if Stafford can add that second ring.
But how many teams in the NFL have had their team go for it in all of that player's years? Like that's, that's what the Rams are doing for Stafford. They're really maybe one year or two year where you're like, maybe then it go all out. But this year they definitely went all out. They've gone all out previously to try to maximize their window. And I think Sean McVey is the best head coach in the NFL. Like I think he's amazing. And compared to Andy Reed, I just think it's a new game right now as we talk. Reads got more accolades and could be the greatest coach of all time. But I love Sean McVey. The point is is did Lamar Jackson where the Ravens like, you know what Lamar hears everything. We are going all in and screw the future. You know, same thing with the bills, same thing with they haven't. And Stafford has, and now Stafford's stature is becoming, hey, is this the top five? Is this the top seven quarterback of all time? Not realizing that that second ring would really do a lot of. Yeah, but is it fair to the other guys whose teams are like, we aren't going all in because
we're trying to keep this a longevity sort of thing. It's a very interesting like conversation when you start talking about the greatness of those teams and of the quarterbacks. Those are definitely going all in for this season. We're nine days away. We're going over the NFL contender, tier list that came out. West from Vegas says they're ancient. There's no way they'll stay healthy and functional. And that really is the key for the Rams. But the key for all the teams. I'm talking about my teamers. They talk about the Rams. He's talking about the Rams. So the team to be according to this list and according to everybody, if you follow the buzz, you follow social media and you just follow what people are expecting is the Rams. Team to beat the front runners are still the Seahawks. Obviously, the bills, the Patriots and the Broncos. So there's second tier on the list as far as front runners. And honestly, I don't think you could argue any of those teams. They're all going to be good. Do you care? Can I indulge a little bit? Sure.
Some Sam, I think you know where I'm going here. Yeah. Yeah. Rich loves to look at the schedule. We'll get you watching. We didn't even get two tiers into this list. I know because I next tier, by the way, is who could make some noise, but not necessarily be a front runner. No, I think the tiers are going to become from Rams fans eyes when they realize what I'm about to tell you. The Rams start the season against the 49ers in Australia. Okay. You know, if you say rise up lights, it sounds like you're saying razor blades. Yeah. You've done it. And I'll tell you an accent. Yeah. Rise up lights. Rise up lights. All right. First week. Yep. It works. Yeah. Thank you Sam. Rise up lights. Rise up lights. They play with 49ers. Of course, you know where I'm going with it. But I will even for the hell of it. I'll give you a, I'll give you the Rams. Wow. It's so nice of you. When then they play the Cowboys. They're going to be the Cowboys too in your mind.
The Rams. Yeah. Why would you lose to the Cowboys? Hardest offense in the game. Everyone's talking about right? All right. Give them a W there. Okay. I feel like the Cowboys are going to have a good reason. I skipped the head and part of the wrong part of the schedule. I'm sorry. They play the giants in week two. So that's a W. Then they play at Denver. I don't know. I'll bet come juniors looking slim and trim. I don't know. I'm going. He's on the team. By the way, that's a side story before you skip past the giants. Have you noticed there's so much noise about like he looks like a totally different guy. Maybe he made the team. He slimmed. He trimmed up I think a good 10, 15 pounds. So he looks a little more chiseled and people are freaking out about it. But it is him and he made the team. I think that's it. But yeah, the plan I'm trying to make is the first five weeks of the Rams schedule. The giants are the only quote layup because they got to play division rival. The 49ers who are healthy. They get it wrong. They got to play the Rams. Yeah, but all right. So the 49ers are ramps play pretty tight. OK. So I mean, that gets it. All right. So besides the giants in week two, the other four games in the Rams first five are 49ers
in a foreign country. So that's it does valuable there. Right. They play in Denver. In a short week on a short week. They play. That's disadvantage. They play in Philadelphia. And then they have to come back to LA and play the bills who are your favorites. So if they. Hey, you know what, Rich is right. I mean, this is a tough. But like why would they can it seem like other than the giants, Niners, Broncos, Eagles, and bills are for their first five opponents. Then they go through a little cake part of the schedule. Danny, no offense. They play like the Cardinals, the Rams. I'm sorry. They play the Cardinals, the Raiders and they play the chargers. Definitely losing to the Raiders. I hope so. Then you commanders, Cardinals, they play a couple of softer teams, Packers, who I don't think will be that great. But then towards the end of the year, they got to play. Yeah. Mahomes and the chiefs. Their schedule is tough to start and finish. Yeah, the end of the Rams schedule, chiefs, Niners again, Cowboys, Seahawks, Bucks, and then the Seahawks again. So why would they be so?
So a book ended with a really tough schedule. They like of their 17 games. It really is like really hard. They got a little bit of the middle season where you should win four, you know, four in a row or so. But then the end of the season, you're telling me, okay, so then why does every list have them as the team to beat? Are we just prison for the moment to stop? On paper because on paper, they are the strongest, deepest team. It doesn't. It doesn't mean that you're assuming everything goes right in all these games. None of these games are like big points, friends. I know it's, it's they do these future odds. But they're these games those first couple of weeks are all like field goal games. Like if you tell me when the point spread is said, bills, Rams or nine or nine or is their favor by three, Rams are favor by three and a half. It was two and a half. Now it's three and a half to field goal game. It's not, it's not like the Rams are, well, they like, they like the Patriots of the 20 of the 2000s where every week they were beaten teams by double digits. You're the one that takes his personal rich. I know I see lists like this. I'm like, yeah, whatever because nobody knows anything.
This is all speculation. Obviously, you seem a little offended by it. Who would you switch that out with as far as the number one team to be team. I mean, it's got to be someone from the next list of front runners. I don't think there should be one team. I just think that I mean, that's what's fun about. I know team to the team to beat. Yeah. I mean, I hate to say because I love to make fun of it. It's my, my heart take that the CEO, I'm gonna struggle, but the CEO, actually defending champion, they're talking about that. You're talking about the bonding and everything they did in, you know, the offseason and the hard knocks. Like what would make them not be the team to beat? Okay. So you just switched that. They are in that next tier with the bills. It's three, three AFC teams in the sea hawks. It's bills, Patriots, Broncos and the sea hawks. So we're talking about pretty much your championship games last year plus the bills. All right. Now, this is the NFL contender tier list. We're going down to tier three now. And this is the list of teams that could make some noise. So the team to beat the draft king. The team to beat the Rams, front runners, sea hawks, bills, Patriots, Broncos teams that
could make some noise are the Ravens, the Eagles, the Bears, the chiefs, the Lions, the Bengals, the Packers, the 49ers and the Texans and the Jax and the Jaguars. So I have no problem with that either. I mean, it's just all BS after that. I mean, it's all silly list like to play off hopefuls. The Cowboys and Chargers are on that list. And I think the charges could have a play of hopeful. I think the charges giants are on the list. Now, fucking years. I don't know how you put the charges and the giants in the same category of play of hopefuls. Let's just look at the bottom category. Probably not in 2016. And tell me who you agree that they're saying. Because Herbert hasn't won any playoff games. They're saying these are the absolute bottom feeders of the season. That would be the Saints, the Haney G. Erators. They're not there yet. The Browns. I mean, there's too much controversy going on with the Browns anyway. The Jets, the dolphins. They're saying people are saying that dolphins could be the worst team meeting this year. What's flawed with this list is that every NFL season, there is a team or two that surprises
everyone. And nobody can account for that right now. Yeah. No one could guess that if you're now, which is why? All right. So out of those, right? Hold on. The bottom tier, probably not in 26. But who knows they say? Which team do you think would be the biggest surprise? These Raiders, Jets, the Hastings, the Titans, the Cardinals. The Cardinals. With, I would say the Browns. No, no, no, no. Pie. Yeah. Pie. You are so low on the cardinals too. First you slander the Seahawks. And now here comes the Cardinals. Those are the two you slandered the ball. No. Those are definitely. No, no. I didn't know who he overlooks. He always always overlooks the commanders. Right. The commanders too. And where are the commanders on this list? Oh, they're playoff hopeful. to tell you why the car no, no hope. And plus Danny G, I'm going to pose the question that you did earlier. And I think it's a good thing to think about will take your phone calls next at 877 999 on Fox. The question is this, as a fan of your NFL team, it could be the Raiders, the Hawks, the Niners, the Giants, suggests whatever your team is, what have
you talked yourself into believing this off season? Like what have you convinced yourself because everyone's zero and zero right now. It's a new season. As Danny said, every year, there's a couple surprise teams that really he's the, he's the epitome, the epitome, the perfect example of a guy that convinces himself of why his team's going to be the best. And I love that about him. Like, no, man, the Raiders really improve their offensive line is. I don't know. I last year though, I said they'd have the worst defense. No, no, no. So my prediction for their defense, what have you talked yourself into believing about your team? We'll take your feedback next as we are less than 10 days from the start of the NFL season. What do you still believe in and what have you convinced yourself? We'll take your calls next on Kavino Rich. Oh, Danny's got his biggie shirt on today. I love to. You said viral clip of Darious Rucker doing a photo shoot and they're playing Biggie in the background right at the part where Biggie shouts out hoody. Yeah, he's
like, and he just so casually stops like, yo, you hear Biggie shout me out. It gave him all that credit. That was really cool, man. Blow like hoody. Blow like hoody. Blow like hoody. Biggie smalls in the background. We got our sound architect. I was Sam on the ones and twos, but Danny G rocking the shirt. You could see it. You could see the show. See what you hear at Kavino and Rich FS are. We're streaming live. People chiming in live. Super bird. Rick Flair, West from Idaho. Yeah. Vincarcia. Everybody chiming in live. Oh, chat and at Kavino and Rich FS are on YouTube, you could also get our bonus pod over promised. And two weeks ago, we had Topanga and the great ham bino is the great ham bino and Kavino and Rich. And we talked about their new show, Doug out dad. It's good. It's good, right? It's fun. And this past week over promised people are saying was our best episode yet. 153. We talked about NFL and the Disney collaboration. We talked about your boy, Jed York, because Rich defended him. Rich said he did nothing wrong. Stop it. And we put people in the fart corner. And if you don't know what the fart corner is, listen
over promised. Yeah, listen over promised 153. That's right here on our YouTube page at Kavino and Rich FS are. But we're live from the Fox Sports radio studios. Did you do you see over the weekend? 140 games, too little, too late for the meds. Did you see the bite design? Like the game started with back to back home runs by Lindor and so do I also saw your boy Puelanzo get hit in the head by a heater. Yeah. And by the way, we talk about players falling from grace. You talked about how you never know if a guy's going to still have it. And you know, for Rams fans, just so the NFL, you hope that Aaron Donald comes back and he's still the this stud he is. Maybe just not against your team. Did you see a former White Sock star that the meds took a chance on Luis Robert Jr. And it just got waved and picked up by the Orioles. Like some day just they gave him a little thank you on social media. Yeah, it didn't have it anymore. Time just something you just don't have anymore. How do I know what to tell you? I mean, have that conversation last week. Remember like when you just it's wild to see a guy just not have it anymore. And that might be someone in the NFL this year. We don't know. But we're going
over the contender list and what have you convinced yourself now we're asking you Fox Sports Radio Nation 877 99 on Fox. Everybody convinces that. Consumances themselves that their team has a shot for whatever reason. I'll go first. I'll go first and I feel like the the tide will turn. And I think this is the year the Niners stay completely healthy. Red Warner, Nick Boisa, big Trent Williams, Rouse Check, McCaffrey, even the impersonators are injured. Like in my mind, in my mind, the the Niners stay completely healthy. And you know, for a change, the other teams in the NFC get a little banged up and all of a sudden, you know, little little change, little little opposite of what usually goes down. So I've convinced myself that this is the year, all those star players on the Niners last year, last few years or a fluke as far as injuries. I just feel like maybe they get a little luck going there way now where like, I don't know, we'll see. Pretty Kittle McCaffrey. Well, the guys I just mentioned Fred Warner, Boisa, you know, in some of the returning like some of the players that are back on the Niners could, could just be
a big impact. I never liked the if they're healthy because you can see them out everybody in the NFL and not every team. Nobody in the NFL is 100% healthy at all times. But yeah, that could have been a fluke, which does have a point like what are the chances of that happening again, like dealing with all those injuries again. You know, if that were to be the case, you really do have to investigate your practice facility. Now what about Drake Rila came back to the Niners. What of some of these guys just come back to form? That's that's my hope. So what is yours? What is your your wishful thing? What have you convinced yourself? They need to be right here. So yeah, and I and I'm not blind to the fact my team needs a couple of years here to build things up because they've had a lack of depth for a while. But I feel like Kubiak has them on the right path. It looks like at least where it will see as soon as the season kicks off, but they're all lined. Colton Miller's back healthy. So is JP Jackson power Johnson, JPJ. They picked up Berford. You know him, Rich. Yeah. Linda bomb. Now one of the best centers in the NFL. They got in free agency. One of the huge
prizes of the free agency and DJ Glaze. So with Rick Denison, legendary O line coach, no more Pete Carroll, Jr. They would have his head up as you know what? I feel like that O line. At least the starters are going to have that running game. Maybe in the top 15-ish instead of number 32 in the league. So the game not only would Genty, but your boy Mike Washington, Jr. might be that secret weapon. What is still in the fourth round? So you know, I've convinced myself just watching some of the stuff because I pick up through Danny. Like I get excited for Danny's team. And I'm like, you know, this guy might be the real deal six to two 28. Have you like lightning speed and ask DB about Kubiak. He loves that two-headed monster running the ball, which is why Kenneth Walker, Jr. was a little bit expendable. And I'm curious with DB things, but I got to show one less thing because of all that. Raiders got some web. Have you done a little self convincing and believing that, hey, maybe a wild card run? Have you gotten that far in your head? No. Like go with it. All those right. I mean, the problem is nobody ever stays injury free. And I just feel
like once you get to the Raiders backups, you are in trouble. Speaking of backups, I heard some host here on Fox Sports saying that, I mean, those has to get more succinct and concise with his response. I forget what was that. Oh, what's up DB? And you know what, Dan? I really do agree with you. It's cute now to hear him talking about like it's a learning process and he's learning. And he hear what he has to say. But when the game counts enough with the excuses, you just got to be clear. I'm really, I really was feeling young. We were trying to figure out where everyone's been Dosa line was where they could take how long could you take of listening to him? The off shots like all like it went. Where's the cute and stop right? And we got it for three straight weeks. So it was pretty crazy. But when and if, if and when he's going to play, I think that has to change the thing that I've sold myself on is that Sean McDermott was the problem with Buffalo. So I know you're high on Buffalo as well. Camino. I just think like if you get anything from that defense and I think that they will with Jim Leonard as their new defensive coordinator, I think offensively they're going to be the same team with Joe Brady now being promoted to head
coach. But I think there are problems on defense. I mean, heck, they give up 33 points and losing to Denver, you know, in the divisional playoff. Jackson will put 24 on them. That not that they're bad defense offensive teams that they were playing, but you need something from the defense. And I think that we're going to see that with Buffalo. So I do like the bills to definitely when the AFC East this year and unseed the Patriots. Yeah. As far as the bills when it comes to convincing, because they're my pick. I would have to say I'm just playing the odds here like Josh Allen's the guy. He seems to me in a good place. We've seen him evolve as a quarterback. He's not this reckless guy. Just, you know, stone his body on the line. Like he used to be. I think he evolves and it's got to be his year one of these years. So based on everything, D. B just said and just the feeling of it's got to be someone else and their front runners. That's what I've convinced myself on. Rich isn't a fan of Bush. I was him. No. Rich says no to Bush since the 90s actually.
Don't rich. Talk about the band. Yeah, the band Gavin Rostyle. Yeah, Gavin Rostyle in the background. Bush. I enjoy those guys back in the day. I feel like they're way underrated. I'd forget. I think the bangers. They have in that 90s rock world that they are actually underrated. Like, are they in the smashing pumpkins category to you? Are they in the sound gardens? Slightly a tear below. You know, we have the tier list. Like on the, you know, the NFL contender list. They're no like rams alone by themselves. They're not like core four sound garden AIC Pearl Jam and Nirvana. They're not STP and could make noise. They could make noise. Third tier for sure. AIC Alzen chains. Yeah, Mr. acronym. Yeah, bro. So anyway, Kavino and Rich and we got to look at the clock. It is time. The game that gives us the nervous for it's last one. Standings. Let's go. You have five seconds to battle for your sports trivia life. Man, oh, I got it. I don't got it.
Put your electronic devices down and pick your sports knowledge. It's CNR's last one standing last one stand. All right, I have four categories ready to go. If need a tie break, each contestant gets five seconds to stay alive in the round. If you run out of time or answer incorrectly, I will Sam will take you out with his big bad buzzer. Don't want to hear that. No, Sam. No, we keep battling until you are the last one standing. If you win two of the rounds, you're the top dog. Here are the contestants. 13 time winner Steve Kavino right over there. I wake up and a cold sweat for that buzzer. Next to him, 20 time winner Rich Davis. Yeah, what do you love to see Kavino get drilled by Alexander buzzer? And the leader in the clubhouse returns 49 time winner Dan Byer. Hello, hello. Get him go to the studio line. See who's playing for a tailgate, grilling apron prize pack. Mark and Syracuse was the first through Mark and the cues. What's up, buddy? Hey, guys, how you doing? Go get some dinosaur barbecue, bro. You ready to give DB? You're
going to give DB a run for his money? Oh, yeah. Hey, can I say something real quick about the top of your time off? You never take your foot off of the other opponent's throat as the Falcons and the Super Bowl. That, you know what? The Falcons could have very well said, you know, 28 to three. Let's ease up. You're right, man. That's why I was wanting to hear over the weekend, you know. All right, uh, in for spot, by the way, Mikey, the Raiders fan is going to be our fact checker. What a mic. So be patient with him as he checks answers. When I say your name, the clock will start. Here's the first category. Nine days away. Oh, man. You have five seconds to name an NFL QB who led the league in most interceptions last season. Oh, huh. Most picks last season. We'll take the top 15. Covino, you are up first starting right now. Go. Three Justin Herbert. Justin Herbert is correct with 13. Oh, rich. Um,
three Jalen Hertz. Jalen Hertz is incorrect. Oh, my mom, I'm out of ready. Byer Sam Donald. Sam Donald is correct with 14. All right, Mark and Syracuse. Josh Alan. Josh Allen is correct with 10. Covino Baker may feel. Baker may feel this correct with 11. Byer. What about Kirk Cousins? Kirk Cousins is not on the list. I didn't know the names. All right, Mark. Cool. This is two. Two is correct with 15. Oh, you son of a B to a tag. The value back to Covino. Three two one. Geno Smith. Did you get in there in time? Geno Smith is correct. 17. Oh, number one. I'm not number one on the board.
All right, so Mark, it's between you and Kale. Two out. Tag. Oh, Valiant. My Geno. Oh, God. Three. Oh, Nick. Oh, she says, Nick's. All right. No, I think Nick's is on the list. Is Nick? Nick's is on the list. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Back to Covino. Three two one. Joe Barrow. Mark wins that round. Mark. Nice. Son of a B. No, I thought might be on that list, even though he didn't play the whole season. I was just saying my homes, but I was thinking the same thing, like Joe Barrow. My man, they were hurt. A Brock Purdy. Even though he didn't play a lot, he did throw some picks. Yeah. Who are some of the quarterbacks on that list that weren't named? Well, yeah, my homes is one of them. I just think he didn't think he played enough. Couple guys Brock Purdy with 10. Bryce Young with 11. Dac Press got with 10. JJ McCarthy with 12.
Joe Flacco with 10. Patrick Mahomes with 11. Shador Sanders with 10. Trevor Lawrence was 12. Did I pick the one guy that was Jalen Hurts? What was I thinking? All right. Mark, you're halfway to a prize back. We go to the second category. Reaching for the Magic 500. You have five seconds to name an MLB player who has between 400 and 500 home runs in their career. Between 400 and 500. 31 answers on the board. A lot of players on that list. Two active players. All right, Mark, we're going to start with you in reverse order right now. Go. Luke Eric. Luke Eric. Luke Eric is correct with 493. Bam, buyer. John Carlo Stanton. Son of a. Yeah, one of the active players. John Carlo is correct with 456. Rich. Three. Four hundred to two. Aaron Judge. Watch. Now he's Aaron Judge is not on the street.
Is he a three something between 400 and 500? Yes. How absorber. No. Oh, no. I don't think he's there yet. Not. Yeah. How absorber is not on the list? I blew it. Back to Mark. Wait, Smith. Yeah. No, he's a 500 home run guy. Yeah, he's 500 over five. This is a great list, Danny, because who thinks of this? Mike Schmidt is not on the list. That means buyer. His last one standing in that in that round right there. Give us some name. Yes, some of the. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I said, I wanted to say this because I said, hold on. Hold on. Schwabber because he just surpassed 40. And he's among the active. I said, 400. Is trout there? Is that the other guy? Yes, that's the other active player. I think it was the other active guy. I was thinking like all these guys, the crime dog. Some of the other names, Mikey. I was going to guess Albert Bell, but I couldn't remember. That's a good one. Is it there? Albert Bell. Dave Winfield. That's a good one. That's a good one. Oh, like Andrew Jones is a good one. That's a real good question. Piazes there. I'm thinking of other guys here. Look at this.
Winfield red, Chipper Jones, Carlos Delgado. The crime dog. These are, yeah, those are some big. Adam Dunn. Stan Musil. Oh, these guys almost hate the fact that they're like one or two season shy of that. Exactly. And that's what that was going to be. 81. He wouldn't have been like, yes. Adam Dunn's a great thought when you think like 462. Like Adam Dunn, like one season away, like one 30 something home run season away from 500. All right, Mark and buyer are both on the board. We go to the third category. Can I get one answer? Living in the end zone. You have five seconds to name an NFL player with 75 or more career touchdowns. 75 or more career TDs. 42 answers on the board. Five active players. All right, Kovina, we're going to start with you right now. Go. Jerry Rice. Got me number one, right? Jerry Rice is on the list. 197. Rich. Emmett Smith.
And it's Smith is not on the list. No, wait, that's impossible. I'll call it. Got to be. Yeah, I mean. I'm going to get 75 or more career touchdowns. Yeah. Oh, I, this is, I'm so, so sorry receiving. Okay, okay. All right, so it's okay. We'll start, which is clock over again. Yeah. Catch a beat running like Randy Moss. Randy Moss is on the list. 156. Number two. Buyer. Terrell Owens. That's my title. Terrell Owens is number three on the list. Yeah, quite a backman. All right, Mark and Syracuse. Mark. Oh, hey, Mark. Michael Irvin. Yeah, I'm going to be on the list. Michael Irvin. Michael Irvin is not on the list. Now I'm saying, I guess in my answer here. All right, Kovino. I was going to say Chris Carter. I was going to say him. Chris Carter's got to be on the list. All right, well, I'm surprised Irving's not on the list. Chris Carter is on the list. Number four all time.
All right, got to have a fall guy. Rich. Because Irvin's career was cut short with that injury. My, my go Larry Fitzgerald. Larry. Poor Mike. How about Larry Fitzgerald? This number six. I'm the last. Thank you. D.D. Michael looks at you that has an encyclopedia. It's not an easy, uh, buyer. Wait, game to judge. 75 or more career. Receiving TDs. Marvin Harrison. Oh, I'm kidding. Oh, he's got you. Marvin Harrison is number five all time. 128. Yep. Kovino. Can I, as you said, two active, right? Yes. Well, five active. Five active? Two unsigned, but active. Three, two, Cooper Cup. One. Cooper Cup is not on the list. Between rich and buyer rich. Three, two, one.
West Walker. West Walker is not on the list. Oh, that means D.B. walks away with. Steve Larkin. Steve Larkin, I wrote that, but I was like, this is my wife. If D.F. wins. Yeah. That's a large. That's a hundred. Yes. A hundred on the dot. Yes. How about some other recognizable names on that list, Mike? Yeah, the active players. Devonte Adams, number seven all time. DeAndre Hopkins, number 19 all time. We also got Mike Evans, number 10 all time. What's your liner now? And Travis Kelsey and Tyree Kill. I had Kelsey written down, but I was not sure about it. Well, this is interesting, because I was curious. It was Ty Dans were in the room. I was going to say, say Tony Gonzalez. I'm here. I was a sure. Where's Dejan Love? Dejan Love. You make the list. Congratulations, buyer, and Mark and Syracuse Thank you for pointing the game. You did a great job. Yeah, I was a badter. Thank you. And by the way, congrats to DB on his 50th victory.
The big 50. Yeah, man. Great job. Great, great job. That was a good one. That was, you know, Dany G. Great questions. Great job. Last one standing. It's tough to play in the bright lights. A Fox 4 3D studio. Yeah. You know what? That's how you wonder when people are on a game show and they they seize up and they freeze and you're like, how are they? What are they doing? Yeah, somebody was talking smack in our in-show chat on YouTube. I think it was a mechivelli, the dawn. He says, I got a call in one of these days to take down DB. Hey, easier said than. Yeah, call call next week. You know what I've been thinking about guys? Can I take one? I've been thinking about. Yes. How I'm going to watch the NFL this year. No, you really overthinking this or what? Huh? Yeah, I mean, I'm a red zone guy, but there's so often times where an intriguing matchup is there and I need the ability to watch it. Could I could I tell you my criticism of red zone because it's it's always something I notice when you and I talk about football the next day. You see every play. You're weighing the loop on every score, a highlight.
You don't miss a thing, but I feel like sometimes you don't have the temperature of a game where Kavina will see every highlight, every big play, but then you can. But then like, but if you don't who's watching every game. I know what I'm saying. Like there are sometimes where the score is not indicative of how that game went. I get you. And when you watch red zone exclusively, I just feel like you're doing too much hopping around where that's that's why I feel like the four boxes in the screens. I might do that plus a little red zone. Four best games. It's kind of like rich as big TV game of the week. Four best games and then the volume obviously on the best one out of the four NFL Sunday ticket, right? I'm the firm believer in one team and one game. Like that's why we do that segment on a show. The big TV game of the week, one game. And then you roll in a second TV. I know it's either different or other games that you want to see. Yeah, but what the fact that TVs, I'm not saying everyone's daddy stacks, but with TVs being so inexpensive. Now you could buy a secondary TV for a couple hundred bucks at Walmart. But I was thinking a little bit different than he. I was thinking for the one TV that your big TV game of the week.
And then you read. And then you read. Yeah, I just think. No, I'm I'm it's really it's really. One big TV. Yeah, the second TV's got the four bucks. Honestly, Kovian, I stopped with the red zone a couple of seasons ago. And I like it better this way. Okay, you know what? Maybe I make that move. But that's just not my mind. What's on your mind? Yeah, well, first of all, that's that's definitely on my mind. NFL's on my mind. And truthfully, what's on my mind is Desha on Love. And now this other story of like guys that are posing as athletes to scheme women. Yes. And then doing it with the Cowboys too now. Yeah, I saw our buddy, KFC from Barstool. Yeah, there was another story now. You know what? No one should be scheming people. But there's a part of me that's like, Well, there's a Robin Hood of scams. Like they're scheming gold diggers. And I'm not saying that's by any means good. But these NFL these fake NFL guys that are like going after girls that want an NFL guy. There's some type of like Robin Hood-esque grossness.
Like everyone's gross. It's like Dexter. He only kills like criminals. Yeah, he's only Skyman. He's only scheming like gold digger women. Yeah, so there's a part of me that's like things it's comical. But I don't want anyone being schemed out of money. But if some girl susceptible to some baller that's like, What if it's just their code they fit the code they live by? Like they're sort of Harry's code where they only scheme people that deserve to be scheme. Your Dexter analogy is fantastic. Because if you watch Dexter, he only kills killers. Right. Maybe they're maybe they're like, I'm not taking good people's money. I'm finding treacherous, you know, triflin, triflin women that like hang outside the NFL draft. I like that word. Treacherous triflin. So maybe, but again, I don't want to see anyone get scammed. Who does? But there is something very funny about the whole thing. I'm like, Oh, this guy went to the extent of posing with like a cake. He's in a contract signing. And I mean, these dudes aren't the only ones doing that. These are the only ones that got caught so far. Yeah, made it to this level of a story.
I'm sure there's hundreds of people doing a thousands, maybe. I have a one of our good friends. People with shady man, one of our good friends. Stanley, Stanley T. Yeah. He used to work in that serious XM. What up Stanley T? My dude, Stanley T. Stanley. Not in NFL. Oh, Stanley. Not in fact, a radio music guy. But Stanley T is also a huge in shape. Six with five black guy. We'd go to Super Bowl parties. And women would be like, what team you want? And we would joke that if he wanted to, he could absolutely trick someone. Like, yeah, I'm on the, I'm on the Jags. Or I'm retired. I played 10 season for the Titans. No one would know. And in those moments, you don't think stereo typically guys that look like they could have played sports could trick women. But nowadays, I think most of these, I know you saying like, what's your IG? Well, these women are going to look that dude up immediately. So the guy would have to have some sort of story like, I'm on a practice squad or something. Like, yeah, I'm just saying if a guy came up, easily Google the stats. If a guy came up with some BS fake IG account with some AI pictures,
I'm just saying, beware. That's like when we talk about what's next in the world of trickery and AI, it's honestly, we talk about the fake women you see on social media. There's going to be dudes that are like, yeah, baby, I'm, I'm on the, uh, this guy on the Rams. The guy in love on the 49ers went as far as to make like practice videos. Yeah. He brought his helmet to the sand to the beach. Yeah. So no real NFL player is going to bring their official helmet to the sand to work out. What do you do? He did like the contract siding and he had, you know what? That he had a killer. Like AI K guys are evening the playing field. We're, we're fooled by these fake AI women all the time. He, I'm sure he made these videos easily through AI and now women are getting hooked again. Only once. This shame on shame on you. Yeah. It fool me. We can't get fooled again. I've always said that. I've always believed in the words of George W. Bush. Don't get fooled again. So, um, just a reminder that this is a story that I'm sure he's not the only guy, but what a wild story. As we said the other day, the Niners have nothing to do with it, but just so funny that the
Niners who have had so many off the field storylines from the summer of the Niners for all the worst reasons. I mean, you know, the, you know, the Jed York to Brandon, I you to Kyle Shanahan's mysterious car accident like the Niners do have a lot of wild stories. But again, none of this has to do with all the veteran players that are healthy right now. Let's go. Niners in our YouTube chat. Have you heard of the new upcoming prospect, Frank Morino? No, that's a story for the other day. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose option B. I'm Julie Benieto and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word Solita, trading the pity for possibility.

It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And looking at Winnipe seeing our grilling apron prize pack, a tailgate prize pack. We're calling it now. Let's go to the studio lines. Nick and Boise was the first through. Hey, Nick. How we doing? Nick, what do you do for a living there? Night of hope. I'm a construction worker. I'm a carpenter. Nice. A lot of work these days. Yeah. All right. Rules for showtime, my homes. NFL trivia. The first contestant with two correct answers is the champ. If there's a tie, we have a tie breaker question. Your name is your buzzer, but you got to wait until all three possible answers are read. If there's two wrong answers in a row, we move on to the next question. Are you ready? Let's get it on. I'm here. Round one. All right. It's good to be here. Football on the air. Patrick Holmes. Wish I had a receiver like this, which wide out holds direct for most receiving arts in a single NFL game. Is it a Calvin Johnson, B. Flipper Anderson, or C. Mark Duper? Dan Byer. It's Flipper Anderson. Right. 336 yards for the Rams in 89. Oh, my God. I guess when you put Flipper Anderson, it's one of the choices. He must be the answer. Oh, I remember that. Was it a Sunday night game against the, I know it was against the Saints. Sure. I remember.
On your choices, Jerry Rice, Calvin Johnson, or Flipper Anderson. Mark Duper was on the list too. Dupers are good ones. I just thought it was Flipper Anderson. What a name. All right. Byer on the board as we go to round two. All right. Who's the youngest quarterback to ever start a Super Bowl? A. Me. Patrick Holmes. B. Dan Marino. Or C. Ben Rathasberger. Rich. Rich. Do I'll get him the tie? Go ahead. Nick. I heard Nick. Oh, I'm going to go Ben Rathasberger. There you go. No. Wait, are you both stink? Who's going to try to steal here? What were the answers again? Sorry. It was me, A. B. Dan Marino, and C. Ben Rathasberger. Oh. I'll say Dan Marino. Yeah. Yeah. Yep. You got it. He was 23 years old, 127 days old, Super Bowl 19. Wow. Yeah, 23 years, 127 days old.
D. B. walks off with a win, just like that. Wow. You know what? I think we got our own. It's a Super Bowl winner, not to play in the Super Bowl. That's fine. I was like, because the Ben Rathasberger is like a fun fact, right? The youngest quarterback to win a Super Bowl. But yeah, this is the youngest quarterback to ever start a Super Bowl. Hey, Nick. It was great. Great talking to Nick. Have fun tonight. Oh, I appreciate it. Nick, we got games all throughout the week. So try again. Okay. All right. You got it. Thank you. Little man, I came all this way for like three minutes of fun. You might have been stuck around or I just got food and lobby. Tell him I can do now. We have some great coffee in the blue kitchen. All right, guys. All right. Always fun. Thank you, brother. Good luck this season. All right. You know what, man? We got it. You heard it here. Patch of homes later. He really straight up said like, yeah, he's going to do nothing extra for that money. And he got it done. That's why he moved on. Everyone in their mind have a picture of what Uncle Dennis
looks like. Yes. Like Bishop Don Magic Wand. That's nothing like something. So like slick. Yeah. From the WWF. I pictured my uncle angel with a sweater tied in and not around. You know what? Yeah. I'm picturing like every way off. But that's what I'm picturing. I'm picturing like every like every athlete, every family member. Can we always call them the others? Like we all have like family members that are a little, you know, off the deep end. I just picture Uncle Dennis being a guy. He's like George Washington Duke. Yes. Like honestly, like George Washington Duke from Rocky 5. You think he has a toothpick in his mouth during the meetings? Yeah. I'm not Dennis looks like a totally normal guy. He looks like he'd be hosting like a new day variety show on local. No, no. No. No keep going. I'm just looking at him. I mean I'll get vision. What if you want to? Uncle Dennis. We're on a gold suit. And again, that's just a stereo typing the situation here. But I am talking at a both sides of my mouth because there's two perspectives. Yes. For us regular minions who don't make millions and billions and billions of dollars a year.
Yeah, this sounds very harsh. Right? But when we're talking about billionaires, It's like this feels like a little bit of a slap on the wrist. Well, like I can charge them to you find 20 bucks in one year. Well, I look at it and then why is like he's not even suspended. It's point one to it's point oh one. He's left it. If he's not suspended, that's that's wild because I mean, he's just sort of doing what he can is he. He's not responsible. And then if it wasn't for Pablo Torrey, this would have been swept under the rug and that's what I remember just a couple of weeks ago when I filled in on midweek major for Sam. I read the story about how a second company came to light. Yes. That allegedly also funneled money to Kwa and I asked you guys why isn't the national media covering this story? You guys both said it was major. So it could have easily been swept under the rug because there was a lot of people that were downplaying Torrey's credibility and a lot of people were saying that this was false. So the story was bouncing around like was it real?
Was it not real and all of a sudden today, Bo Bam. By the way, something we haven't mentioned yet. Looks like the raptors are still in play now with that Kwa trade because Kwa was not suspended. I love as part of the statement Leonard specifically says quote as I return to Toronto, I'm focused on what I can control. He's washed his hands in this whole thing. He goes to Toronto. It's like go sorry. He's essentially being like, yo, sorry, unc later five years. It's like the reverse of Kovino and Rich. You guys can't get into Canada. He doesn't want to leave. Yes. My goodness. Skipping over the border heading north. That is wild to me that Kwa really goes on skate but then again, like goodbye. I see you later. My buddy Patrick says that Uncle Dennis looks like John with their spoon. The dad from Friday. Yeah. There's like disco pants on. What is white, you know, white patent leather shoes. But again, we're all still processing this.
If I misspoke or you disagree, by all means, let's chop it up. 87799 on Fox. We're getting this information. I think the biggest blow is the five draft picks right the NG because that's just like, that's a kick to the waybles for sure. Yeah. Everything else. Yeah. The graphics are in as well. Yeah. It's going to say in the NBA, it depends where you're picking in that first round. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's for free agent driven than draft driven a lot of times nowadays. There were teams are using those picks for other deals. Yeah. They were trying to cheat. They were fine away around it and they still weren't even winning on top of it. So the whole thing is really wild. Well, I mean, let's break it down now for a second. We're also to processing this together. Yep. If Kwa was able to get these deals, is he the one that has to have integrity? Not really. Not why he doesn't get the biggest repercussion because that's a team breaking their rules. You're responsible for the team you put around you, dude. No, but what he's saying is the reason why co-ioners not suspended from the league or
find some bigger is because it's actually had other people doing his dirty work. That's how the business is. It's essentially. He's still the guy like hiring those people. Let's say our agent and I'm not wishing anything bad on Guarantee. I'm sure he's a great deal. I don't know. Let's say our agent. Yeah. Our super agent Sean did a deal with Fox Sports ready on. It was Shenanigans involved. That's really not on us. I mean, we hire those people to represent us. But that's why Kwa said, you know, I have a fine print. I used a leapson judgment for the people around me like I will said, Kwa didn't even take responsibility. But I knew what he was doing, man. That's the other thing. That's BS. If you think that's Kwa appointed his uncle to make these deals. That's where we got to pay attention to this. Not like somebody else said, Kwa, you have to have this guy represent you. Hey, it's interesting. To honestly, the clippers imagine, just imagine after all this, this is when they finally turn the corner in their good, like maybe maybe you needed things to hit rock bottom
for this team to finally do so. The biggest thing I say you can only go out from here, right? I mean, like now you think this is what's going to break the curse? Perhaps maybe it's, you know, it's be clip and bro. Yeah. You know what? Can we send them to the fart corner for their shenanigans? You know what? A clippers, bomber, Kwa, Uncle Dennis into the fart corner and think about what you did. You know the only thing I left. I left it nice thing and I think about the clippers think about the clippers active roster for a moment though. If you're on that team right now, maybe it does give you a sense of like us against the world. That's what I'm saying. Maybe there is a, a, a, a different way to look at it. Yeah. Sorry. I'm just reading these details as they, they come in with the, with the report and new stuff is coming out. But I do it's important because like Rich said, you know, we're still just sort of figuring this out. Yeah. I just noticed two other details. First, the NBA and the players association entered into an agreement confirming the penalties are final and binding on all parties.
That means that they'll be no further disciplined for sure. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, However, the law firm associated with the investigation says the law firm continues to receive information relevant to the investigation and the league will consider further action as appropriate. They're saying there still might be more out there because of that dactronics because of that second alleged company that funneled money to them. That was wild. And again, I'm thinking about public tour here. Like, how does he feel right? Is he sitting back like this? Like smoking a cigar? He's probably, he was feeding out. He's got his feet off like Lavar herrington. And he's smoking a cigar somewhere with a fedora on like told you guys. And there's got to be like a small little feather in his cap as a journalist and investigator. And again, like, I don't think anyone takes pride in whistle blowing, but there was a, I'm telling you, some people don't love to take pride in whistle blowing. What is about that? It's about like their cheating. Yeah. They're doing, they're doing wrong by the NBA. So he's trying to uncover that, but he's got to feel pretty proud right now that he
was right all along and people doubted it. What up, Cron? I'm sorry. The clippers have just released a statement. I'm right. I'm going to read from quote, we vehemently reject the NBA's findings, which are the result of a heavily biased investigation seeking to justify a predetermined narrative rather than facts and evidence. But the league told us privately differs from what it announced today publicly. We intend to vigorously challenge these findings and penalties through every available to us and look forward to an ethical and impartial arbitration process. Unquote. Wow. Wow. There. And talk about, we just talked about that big amount of money, $153 billion. Someone has resources to fight this that are even better, bigger than the NBA. Yes. And they could even hire like Selino and Barnes or that accident. That's guy. You see on the back of buses. Yeah.
I got all of those. Yeah. Fight Jim the hammer Shapiro. Fight all these lawyers. Better life is all, bro. This is far from being done. This is turning into World War three in the NBA. Yeah. The NBA did not want this smoke. It's out there now. You know what a businessman like bomber and I'm not, I'm not assuming. I'm guaranteeing. Because anyone from that caliber of power, they don't take things like this lightly. Like they will fight. Like think about, think about the average person wants to fight something. You think a guy like bombers used to being like reprimanded and told like this is how it is. He is going to fight this big time. The absolute truth has not yet come out. Is that worth to understand? Yeah. And Willem Minnars fighter. A lot of people on our live chat again, we're streaming live. Wow. You can see. Really interesting. Not that the club is. It's fun to hear. You know, for us, like the show writes itself, you come into work. You're like, what happened? No way. Yeah. We were going to lead with the NFL traveling to Australia. We were going to talk about richest 49ers.
Put the kangaroos on standby. Yeah. It's 49ers. Instead, we're talking about the fart corner. But a lot of people on our live chat streaming live at Covino and Rich Fs are saying, wow, man, can't believe this. A lot of criticism on Adam Silver. But Willem Minnars, a criter says, so wait a second. Kauai isn't punished and gets to keep all of his money. I'm not really, but kind of. He has to pay 700,000 in restitution, but not suspended and his contract was not voided. So I mean, that feels like a slap on the wrist. Again, to us, 700,000, like, whoa, to these guys, it's not. And I noticed gross to say and think about, but that's just the truth. Yeah, but he gets to cross the border and play for the Raptors. Yeah. That's probably what's going to leave a bad taste in most fans. I just wanted to correct though. He was fine, but it's like, you know, whatever. You know, when certain Houston Astros, after all their cheating drama, where you got to bring up old smooth, moved on to other teams. But you're like, wow, and some of those plays, you just felt like, oh, wow.
So they just sort of like carried on and went to a different team and even get fined. They got off completely. And you were like, wow, that just sort of came and went like a George Springer type or certain guys that have eventually moved on other places. I wonder though, after I low read that statement from the Clippers, if some of our listeners and viewers will change their mind on Adam Silver is the weakest commissioner ever. Does that change your mind now hearing the Clippers side of it? Because some people in the chat were saying, oh, Adam Silver was paid off by the Clippers. That's why it's only a $30 million fine. But the way that that statement sounds from the Clippers is, you know, these two are at odds against each other. Well, I had a view of the Clippers organization. That statement that Isaac just read it made it seem as though they had a pretty deep conversation that was completely different from what just all came out. Right. Meaning like Steve Bommer could have been under the understanding that like, yeah, we're going to find you a little bit and listen to that and listen, here's how we're going to solve it. And then all this stuff that just came out, he's like, whoa, that is not what we discussed.
Like, that's, you know, that's, that's a bit, there's not a shady coverups going on here. And again, the NBA trying to keep their reputation clean. Because again, this wouldn't have seen the light of day. Hadn't Tori pushed it. Hadn't it become a thing? Like, think about it. If you're on a good look for, for the NBA right now, if you're Adam Silver. You don't want this drama for your league. No, but they're also going to try to position it like, you know, we're taking matters into our hands and we're in control of this. But you don't, and that's why I think it's Robin Bommer the wrong way now. It's like, wait, wait a second. That's not how it's going down, but they're trying to present it to us like they're in control of the situation when they're really not. But there's a, they're the NBA. There's not a part of you though. The things that when you're the commissioner of the NBA, you don't have great personal relationships with all the owners. That's part of it. You're working together to make, you know, billions of dollars for a league and a, of course, you know, the network deal. So you don't think there's a part of Adam Silver. It's like, oh, man, I don't want to have to come down on, on Bommer, but then Bommer's
like, come on, man, let's bring a deal. And then now he's thinking, wait, you told me one thing and now I'm hearing something else. Yeah, Adam Silver doesn't want this noise. Nope. Mani Munoz perfectly said, Rich, exactly. Mani Munoz says Steve Bommer will fight to stay out of the fart corner. That seems like what's going on right now. Um, wow, juice, I can't wait for Pablo Tori to run into. Steve Bommer, uh, Kawaii Leonard or Adam Silver at the 2027 SB's. Oh, that'll be, uh, I'll be an interesting interaction. No, they're banned from the SB. Oh, okay, good. Pablo Tori, such a little pest, huh? Props to him. He doesn't stop. I can now, I'll be honest. You know, if all the guys we worked with, we never, we never had run ins with Pablo Tori, but I got to say, man, uh, good thing for you guys. He has already got dossier on you. Can I take you to that? Yeah, stay on his good side. Cause you know what, he's got a file. He's got a file on all of us. Oh, we really, we really had some great guys. Yeah. I mean, I want to tell her the race. Um, you know, I will say though, Pablo Tori, the crazy is part of it is that I wouldn't
have it in me to do what he does. I like to have a lot of fun. I like to talk about sports, talk about nonsense, have fun. The idea of like being an investigator that gets to the bottom of something where other people are getting in big time trouble, I would feel like I would feel like there's a big responsibility with it. Yeah. Yeah. And I would feel like if I'm him, I'd be like, I don't know if I'd feel safe about doing something. Who knows what he was doing. So, again, props to him and know that it's NIH, right? Like, he was the guy who did his notes also to let's learn, stay on his good side. My goodness, that kid is handsome. Shouldn't he be working from like the FBI or something? I mean, every day we should have the show with like, y'all see guys to why Pablo Tori helped a handsome guy. Right, if you guys want to do your best Pablo, we can either call Ben Mallow or Montsay put them on the air both the two die hard Clipper fans at our network and both of them had takes on our network that the Clippers did nothing wrong. I was going to say isn't Ben Mallor known for saying like laughing about this. Yeah. One of those. You know, he loved Ben Mallor, but he's one of those typical loudmouths that were saying that the Clippers did
nothing wrong. That he'll find a way to spend it. He'll find a way to spend. Well, isn't he the guy that said that all owners do this? Yeah, they all found a way to do this. Yeah. You think the Clippers are the only team that circumvented the salary. Yeah. Grab Malor real quick. We'll touch base with him and then we'll. I'll see if he's awake right now. I'll see you say I don't want to wake him up from his afternoon. Better be better be better be awake right now. I think you're Ben Mallor wearing like a Ebenezer screwed sleep cap when he. His phone is pinging so much. You know it woke him up. I could have been in footsy pajamas actually. Yeah, buddy ones. Yeah, buddy. Yeah. So we'll try to talk some more Clippers, but I do want to. He's in Clippers under Roozeria. I do want to talk some NFL Niners Ramses. Some real interesting stories about their Australia game. And we are one week away from a rematch of the Super Bowl. Matt Liner on over promise. Kovino and Rich. We be rocking out. Let's go. Cause he has a thing for Kelly Kipowski right. He does. He does. He does. So join us on over promised right here on our YouTube page where you could watch us right now and join the fun at Kovino and Rich FSR with Danny G the
Cron and Iowa Sam. What's up, buddy? You're going to ask Matt Liner about that crowd at the Coliseum, the sparse crowd that's been on the news. Oh, you know what? That is a great. If we have time, I did, but you know what I do. I want to ask him about that. Vince Young documentary. I just saw him in. If we have that, yeah, it was good. That's untold on Netflix. I mean, the reality is he's probably going to be a little intimidated because he saw Coach Rich in action. No, his kid very involved in sports too. I love watching the Matt Liner dad, like Matt Liner, the dad is pretty cool to go down and give me 20. He's a very involved in his kids sports. So all right, like we all are, it's time to go old school. Danny G today is the birthday of one Charlie she. Yes, sir 61 years old winning. And by the way, do you remember what he did on the show two and a half men? What was his job? I remember. Isaac Lone Cron. He wrote jingles for commercials. He also wore a lot of bowling shirts, right? What a life. And he also stuff with a lot of guy. He's stuff with a lot of good looking women having that beauty. He did. So again,
Hollywood legend and icon, but remember, he's also a young Megan Fox fit a very awkward cameo on that show, like watching windows and I remember you watching it. Was it was it just last year that we all watched that documentary about him? Yeah. Oh, by the way, ran them fun fact. When he's going through his tiger blood episode, right? There's a quick clip and they show like a radio broadcast. It's not us physically, but you see our names on the radio screen talking about it. It's like, it's, you know, when they're just doing a lot of the b-roll when it was like at the height of it, you see Kavino and Rich are a serious sex. Every we're talking about like tiger blood. Tiger blood guys. Yeah. So we're talking about tiger blood radio. Like we did some weird spoof or promotion about it. It was it was everywhere, right? Like you couldn't change the channel or or do anything without seeing something about winning tiger blood, Charlie sheen. But the guy's been famous for a real long time and just grew up. He's just one of those dudes that grew up with all those celebrity dudes like Sean Penn, who might be part of this conversation and George Clooney and all the outsider kids and, you know, obviously his brother
Emilio. Like we said, Brat Pack adjacent here. Here's the question. Charlie sheen during that winning tiger blood crazy time period. One of the celebrities had what you would call a run where they couldn't stay out of the headlines. They were at a control. They were everywhere. Everywhere. Everywhere. The wildlife. Can I can I hit you up with one? I got a few to come to mine. I don't want to take people's answer. So you know what? I'm going to give one to go to the phone first. I don't know if anyone will say this. I'll give you one and then we'll then we'll take everyone's feedback. There was a time because I worked not only in sports, but also in the pop culture world a lot. There was a time in the 2000s where there was a year-long period where Paris Hilton was everywhere. One night in Paris, the the leak sex tape, the simple life people followed her around. She even had like a hit song. Like there was a minute where and that she went to jail. What's it a hit? Like it was. Stars are blind. It's a hit. Riches were all there. I mean, she did the fashion runway per block when going into jail. Remember that?
There was a minute in time where where Paris Hilton. Yeah, she was everywhere. She was you couldn't go anywhere without some type of that's hot Paris Hilton reference. Okay. So we'll go to the phones. You know, I was a little confused. I thought we were going people that had like a treacherous sort of run. Like, you know, they were causing damage. Like, like, she was a jelly. She was a jelly. How to sexting. She did. Yeah. But she just, you know, go on. It was that was that way you were getting that though. Or just the fact that she was so popular. She was everywhere. But everywhere, maybe not for all the right reasons. Okay. All right. Fair enough. Yeah. I mean, dude, when we had her, we interviewed everybody at one point, right? And that's not a name drop. But when we had Paris Hilton on the show, it was like the queen was there. That's how big she was at one point. Like she had full of security, a hair person. Like, and it was at a control. If you do watch any documentaries about pop culture stuff, you know what the crazy part is? You know how us as Americans, maybe your wife or girlfriend moved on to the Kardashian's or Vanderpomper, they said, you know, overseas in Japan and a lot of Asian countries, it's still
Paris Hilton. Like to them, she is still number one. Like her brand stuff still sells millions of dollars overseas. So Paris Hilton might hurt. So that's rich as answer. We'll go to your phone calls. And if you really hit us with some doozy of an answer, we'll hook you up with a prize. Yeah. Are grilling. You get a good reaction out of the whole crew. If you can make Danny Chuckle. Oh, good one. First of all, my voice doesn't sign anything like that. That's Danny's Chuckle. If you can make a laugh, we'll hook you up with a prize. 8797 99 bucks. Let's. Oh, my, Missy Elliott. All right. Let's. Let's start in Idaho. Roth, Rafi in the house. What a Rafi. Rafi, who went through that phase for you, man? Oh, man. I thought to say I mean, goodbye to the 2000s. He was arrested three times. I'd consider him Brad back. He was arrested three times. Studios wouldn't hire him because the insurance companies wouldn't pay for his bond. And now the dudes worth $300 million. And he will
be Dr. Doom in December in Avengers. Robert Downey Jr. Yeah. Great answer. Great answer. Robert Downey Jr. Came, you know, maybe number one or two on the board. Yeah. It's some hell back to all those 80s. Like what weird sign. What was he in there? He was doing triple indies with Rodney Dangerfield and back to school. All right. Rafi, hang on the line and get you one of our grilling aprons. Yeah. He was definitely one of those dudes that you're surprised to see how we turned it around. He was a party star. Dude was popular. Yeah. All right. Let's travel to Illinois. Oh, Illinois drop. Let's go to Pennsylvania. Alex. Hey, Alex, what's up? Hey, how we doing tonight? I got one for you that crosses the sports and movies. Mickey Rork at the height of his fame. There are pop-up, Granite Village, Handsome and all that. Besides, he's going to boxing. Get to space. All busted up. There's not so pretty anymore. It was actually pretty decent. Don't know if it's record in front of me, but I think he was like 6-1, 6-2. My favorite thing is he won everything by knockout or lost by TKO because he was still
there living that Hollywood life, ripping six. So he's basically knocking you out or getting hired out. No, good looking guy. Tough guy. Like you said, messed his face up and then made his big comeback with the wrestler, but he was one of those dudes just on that party scene doing a lot of damn living on the edge, living on the edge. Can I hit you up with a superstar that is always on our face, but there was a time period where I was like, yo, every minute, remember in the 2000s, he was jumping on Oprah's couch. He called Matt Lauer, Glyb. There was all the Scientology stuff with who he was married to and Katie Holmes and there was a moment where Tom Cruise was like everywhere, but like in a way where wherever he went, it was like that's what he's going to do. Cover of every magazine. Tom Cruise in that moment where he knows while about it and from what we know, aside from the Scientology stuff, the dude was living a clean life. He was just all hyped up in love with Katie Holmes. You know what I mean? It's not like he was some sort of crazy party guy, but he was living like on the edge as far as hyped up. He was on the
tiger blood. If you know what I mean? Yeah, it seemed like something. I don't know. He seemed like he was on something, but I mean, we never really knew about that. I'm going to throw a sports one out there because we still think of him as a wild guy. Dennis Rodman is one of those guys who lived on the edge. His daughter is in the news right now. It was a time where Dennis Rodman was playing beside Michael Jordan as you learned in, of course, winning time, not winning time. Let's let's dance. Let's dance where Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson, Pippin, everyone's like, you know, where's Dennis Rodman? And he shows up with Hulk Hogan on part of the NWO. Not only is he parting with with rock stars NBA stars, but he had models. He was with Carmen Electra. He had women falling out of the ceiling. Like the dude was doing all sorts of stuff, man. So he was living on the edge for a long, long time. And it got, and it got ugly for a while. Now he's hanging with Kim Jong Un. Like the dude still living on the edge. So who else comes to mind? All right. Let's go to Iowa, Brad. Be red. Hey, Iowa, Brad. Iowa.
Hey, in a shout out to Iowa Sam, my pick is Jake Blues. And he would sing. I got everything I need almost, but I don't got you. And you're the thing I need the most John Balucci. Oh, I was like, great. Oh my God. Yeah. I mean, almost he lived on the edge for too far. Right? So he did take it to for yeah, rest in peace. He did. I'm incredibly talented guy. I just guy. I thought this guy just wanted to call and start singing. Oh, I think he gave an answer. Our dads would probably. I'll be honest. When he started talking, I was going to start googling who he was saying. Well, he was bringing up the, the Blues Brothers character. That's a little before my time. I'll be honest. I should know it, but I think he's, I think Balucci's been dead now. It's like 84. It's been a long time here. 40 something. They that's like your baby. Oh, and by the way, side note, guess who's on TV with Dan Alcroyd nowadays me. Me. Me on. Who you? Oh, you knew Ghost Fuster. I'm a new blue brother. Oh, shameless. Yeah, check it out. Anyway, history boy over here. 877.
I knew you. You had Dan Hacker. I talked about aliens on the history channel. Yes, it's called the unbelievable encounters on Hulu. Look, Kovas looking thin and trim on on the TV screen. Yeah, it's AI filters. Yeah, it's in my contract. I don't wonder you'd only have two slices of our pizza. Yeah, it can't be all looking like John Balucci. Can you, can you get an autograph from L. Wood Blues for me? I will. I will. Just say you're to Sam from L. Wood Blues. All right. Let's let's go to C town Buffalo, Kevin in Seattle. All right. Who's living on the edge? Arrow Smith style. What's up, man? What's up, guys? Ground breaking show and I'm listening to my gravy and all right. Listen, a whole of fame got to be and he's still living it. Johnny Depp and and I mean, you know, let me just throw in like, let's talk, let's talk about the Amber her trial. Okay, like everyone thought this guy was going to get triple buried because not only, you know, Johnny Depp lifestyle, but, but, you know, of course, men weren't
necessarily fairing so wonderfully in the public eye. And it's just incredible how rock star honest he was in throughout that entire trial and public, public perception completely got behind Johnny Depp. I thought that was amazing. And he lives, you know, like when I go into a restaurant, man, I get like super amazing service. I'm like, you know, we just got treated like Johnny Depp. Johnny Depp, my favorite part of that trial was grumpy. He was trying to describe. I'll be the Screech Sam Dory. You know, you don't think a lot of things came out in the trial. But when she let's just say when he talked about something gross Amber her did on the bed, he referred to it. He goes and she left a grumpy. She left a grumpy grumpy. That's how he referred. Hey, I got one. I mentioned an athlete. I'm going to throw a real rock star out there because what do we say about these people? They have live in rock star lives, right? And when you think of those rocks, so you think a lot of those hair metal dudes in the 80s back in the 80s,
I mean, even in the 60s and 70s, but especially in the 80s, the hair metal era of rock and roll, they were party and hard, right? Like Andrew WK nowadays, you go to a backstage scene. They're like playing video games, you know, sitting there. Yeah, California sober. It's not the party scene at once was because people have learned their lessons from people like Tommy Lee, you know, that kind of that era of rock star. So, you know, we're happy we're happy to say that guys from that era are still around the way they party. Hey, couple of really good answers on our in-show chat at YouTube. Let's start with nature boy 32. He says Andrew Dice Clay had a pretty awesome run. Oh my god. There was a moment where everyone's dead love dice clay. Everyone pretended to smoke cigarettes behind their head like he wasn't like part of any debauchery. No, no, but he was probably doing crazy things. He did have a little bit of controversy just surrounding his content. I think an essence that one we're talking about is celebrity fueled by controversy.
Right. Right. And issues and, you know, so what came to mind for me automatically was Michael Jackson, when we were little kids, like the media fueled his, you know, dominant to the headlines. There's generations of kids that only know that part of Michael Jackson's life. Like, you know, they don't know the part where we all looked up to him and thought he was the coolest guy on the planet. They just know him as the wacko, who Jacko weirdo in the middle of this controversy. Yeah. Being interviewed about weird stuff. Yeah, they don't know. They don't know. In first grade, I remember kids have older kids having folders of Michael Jackson's, you know, album covers in his face and posters and pictures of him. He was everywhere everywhere. You turned on the TV. Everything you saw in the stores. He just dominated our country in the world really beyond our country. Obviously blanket dangling the baby out of the balcony. I'll give you one at no one's going to say lasted so many years. And it's wild to see how the person has evolved. But a young
Drew Barrymore was so running that crazy wild scene where she was a young kid doing drugs with adults at clubs in LA and New York and living as crazy on the edge sort of lifestyle. The fact that she's like today sweetheart hosting TV shows is miraculous knowing the path she was going down as such an early age in life. So I'll throw her out there and props to her for turning it around. Who had their wild moment? There was two for this person. You tell me which is wilder. Like Deonte, like Jean. What was wilder in 04 when Britney Spears got married multiple times? Or what about 0708 when she shaved her head, fell off the deep end and then made a big comeback, had like a number one album and was on how I met your mother and doing cameos on shows. It was the fall and then rise like Britney Spears a few times was everywhere. Kid, Rick off the umbrella was going. She was hitting cars with umbrella shaving her head.
Looking back, no one thought about mental health. They were just recently though. She's got in trouble with the law. She had the weird knife video. She's kind of out there. You know what she did when she got pulled over for that DUI like months back. Do you hear what she said to the cops? It recently came out. Did you know what she said to the cops? Oops, I did it again. No. She and she said, guys, why don't you just come back to my house. You could take a dip in the pool and I'll make you lasagna. That was right. She offered the police officers. Hey, you know what? This is something of fun time. My homemade or stover? She said, you come back to my place. Forget this whole arrest thing. If you want, just come back to my place. You could go on the being silly officers. Let's have some fun tonight. Yeah, he used to work back in the day. Come to my place. Well, you can go the pool and I'll make you the officers. We're thinking of themselves. Damn these bodyguards. Yes. Yes. Yes. That's a story. So living on the edge, attribute to Charlie Sheen on his 61st birthday because honestly, we're not sure anyone.
These are some great answers, but man, I don't know anyone that lived more life. Well, you got to think to yourself, Cove, when was the last time you remember waking up and every minute you look online or anywhere and be like, wow, this one person just dominates that tiger blood moment was the wildest thing. Everybody was talking about that. As he talks about the documentary, he really didn't know what he was saying. He's sort of rolled in. Tiger blood. I'll see who's just saying. Oh, who do you got Danny? All right, back to the studio lines. Our pizza benefactor trip in Vegas. Yeah, trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. Yeah, it really hit the spot, dude. Thanks so much. Hey, my pleasure. The best part about it was when you said you needed a Coke Zero. And I thought, you know, I got him a Pepsi Zero. The guy just didn't bring it. So sorry about that. No, too. I got it, man. Thank you. I'll back it up right now. So, you make, you make all our days better. I got to for you that it's not going to be the right answer, but two. One, friends, he talked about wrestling. Rick Flayer lived the life he lived. I mean, yeah, ladies, party.
And then I got one more. I was going to say, uh, proper downie junior. Yeah, he was said he was said at the very beginning. Thank you, trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. Trip. But yeah, Rick Flayer is probably a top answer in that world. And it was just no moment though. It was just nonstop where he was just a wild guy. Amazing. He's gotten to this. Isn't he? Yeah, it's like 70s early 80s now. And to think he has healthy shoes, but the whole, the whole ref for the whole joke used to be Hogan L S total. These guys in Hogan passed away. Rick Flayer is the one that remains, which is wild. In our chat, Seth and, uh, let's see, West, they've been going back and forth talking about Tiger Woods. Dude, that was what I was just going to say. Thank you, Seth and West, uh, Seth and Western. I was going to say, when Tiger got exposed for cheating and then every, like, good looking random, like, yeah, Hussey was like me too, not me too, like that way, but like me all, you know, it was like 18, right? 18, 19 women, Mr. Pc 18 holes. 18 months. And also also in the chat, uh, OJ Simpson was brought up because obviously, uh, it was before social media, but every channel man was the coverage about his trial.
There was a year, there was a year of our life where OJ was probably part of the daily headlines. Yeah, updates every day. Man. And so many millions and millions and millions of eyeballs on that trial. You know, who went through a run where you worried about her and it seems like she's great now. In fact, I'm going to say, if Kavinoke gets, she looks better than ever. In fact, she looks fantastic, but there was a minute where you're like, oh, I hope nothing bad happens to her. Teen, teen girl that's all grown up. She's like, all right. Oh, Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan. Yeah, she does look great. There was a moment when she came back. Big there was a moment where you thought, oh, she's going to OD or something bad. You feel like, we got ner, you like, I hope not. She seems like a nice person. She was always kind to us when she used to her and she looks better now than she did when she was 20. She was party in way too hard. Yeah, it looks fantastic. Uh, I'm going to give you one. It's such an obvious answer. I was waiting for somebody else, but he's a guest here every once in a while, usually talking about fights and trivia. No one with party in order to make typing and prime. I was living it up. Yeah, I'm winning one to jail. Dude, I mean, who captivated the world more than that guy?
When you said guest here once or after, you're going to say big mic. Oh, yeah. Well, no, big mic Tyson. Oh, okay. Iron Mike. All right. One more phone. Yeah. One more for now. Then I'll reset all the lines, which are melting right now. Perfect. John and Wisconsin. Who went on that treacherous run? So it wasn't a treacherous run. It's kind of a sad story, but one sport we don't talk about here is tennis. And when you think about Andre Aguiz, that guy was doing meth while doing tournaments. Who would have thought that to be true? You know, that's a, that's a great answer because I think a lot of people don't know the, the rock star person. Yeah, that's sad part of a story of what we, what he was going through behind the scenes, but there was a moment in time where tennis went from like, you're dead and like grandpa watching like, you know, boring, boring tennis players. And you know, I'll say, like Jimmy Conner's was cool. They were all cool. Mac and I was hot headed. But yeah, Andre Aguiz, he made tennis really cool. And honestly, the wildest fun fact, which I was like three years ago, old. Oh, 60, 60 is that he wore that was a wig. It was a rock star wig that he
was wearing the whole time. I didn't know he had like the David Lee Roth wig. I don't think, I don't think many of us turn a wig the whole time. I don't think many of us knew about it. He was famous. Yeah, a lot of some of his fame came from that hair. Look it up. It's a true story. I'm not making that up. And you know, we all watched him play tennis. None of us knew that. When I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and health captive for nine months. I survived. And I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart. And these are the survivor files. You just remember this low taunting voice next to my ear, saying shut up. Don't play anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. I knew if he woke up without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that
there was someone at the end of my bed. And I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories about what's taken from them. Their story is about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to the survivor files with the Elizabeth Smart on the iHeartRadio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose I'm Julie Pinierro and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word Solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smiled at us, not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most
receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the iHeart Radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. College football will hijack your weekend, ruin your sleep and break your heart and that's why we make the Solid Rebel College football show. I'm Ty Hildenbrand, he's Dan Rubenstein, how's it going? Every week we preview the games that matter, sort through the biggest storylines and tell you what to watch before kickoff. There's a lot to keep track of. Who's for real? Which upset is hiding in plain sight and which storyline is about to take over your group chat? And when the games are over, join us in the aftermath too. We're going to react to what happened, talk about the biggest results, of course, will cover the playoff picture and all the little details you might have missed while flipping
between like 12 games at once. Whether you know every coach and coordinator or just want to understand why everybody is yelling, we're here to help make sense of the madness. Listen to the Solid Rebel College football show on the iHeart Radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. You know the feeling, you make a pick in your fantasy draft in the entire room groans because they wanted that player. Or you grab a small school rookie off waivers and you start him right before he goes off in prime time. There's no better feeling than crushing your fantasy football league. I'm JJ Zacharyson, host of the Late Round Fantasy Football Podcast. Before your draft, our players to target and players to avoid episodes tell you exactly who to circle and who to cross off. We've got data-driven analysis, historical trends, and the strategies that separate winners from the rest. And your dominance doesn't stop with the draft. All season long, we have our 15 transactions, 10 trends, sleepers, and the mailbag, data-driven, quick hitting episodes
to help bring home that league trophy. Listen to the Late Round Fantasy Football Podcasts on the iHeart Radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. That call was really pivotal for me. Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman and this is an unsheep Hivitz, the podcast where women share bold career moves and personal turning points that changed everything. I sit down with culture shifting women who share their pivots like Para Olympian Alley Truett. I was like, I'm a man. Out from a shark attack. There's no way in 11 months I'm making the very long text. Advocate Elizabeth Smart. I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference, so I'm going to keep going. Celebrity chef Carla Hall was that scary to walk away from such a stable career after just two years? No, I was more afraid of being unhappy than I was broke and in a dead and job that I didn't enjoy. And feminist legend, Gloria Steinem. All of us were trying to express women's real lives. We need a meeting place of our own and if I can contribute to that, I'd like to maintain that and leave this
house for that purpose. Listen to she pivots on the iHeart Radio app Apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. More people are done than smart. It's true. Let's be honest. There's people that think the cartels are going to win more than one game. Oh, man. Dude shots. You know what? Speaking of schedule. You know what? Tweed Attis or X Attis, whatever it is now. Let's hear your dumbass opinions. Okay. At Covino and Rich on social media, what should Rich's penalty punishment? What slash punishment? What should it be when the Cardinals win their second game? Well, hold on. What's going to happen when they don't win until Christmas week against the Jets? Are you guys going to hoist me on a throw like a great hardly race? It's always surprises. There's always surprises in the NFL. They have the year of exception. But they have enough weapons. I know their defense needs work, but they have enough weapons on offense to where they are going to score and stay in some of the games. Danny, if they win before December 20th against the Jets, I will buy you guys lunch.
I'll get Buffalo while we watch. Yeah, we want to stake dinner. I'm predicting that it's lunch. Get out of here. Say what? Yeah, yeah, after hearing. I predict. I'm predicting a team. Is it going to win until December? I think that's a pretty how you got me watching the card. So if they don't win, if they don't win before, if they win before December, lunch on me, right? I'll get you a little lunch. I'll get you lunch once a week until next year and you're on. Okay. Secondly, if they go into that December 20th game against the Jets, still winless. Every day for that week, when I walk into the studio, you have to drop Rose pedals in front of me and I walk in like Dan Royal, like a king music and Sam has that the boom box with like royalty music and I have to walk through. Give you like, we're in rehab many pounds. So we have to do all that, but you want to give us Taco Bell. I'll take that. I'll take Taco Bell. I'll get you Taco Bell
for a king. We're going to be $34. Honestly, between now and December 20th, right? Which is a long way away. If the Cardinals win every week between now and December 20th, Sam has to wear a gesture of once a week, lunch on me. You could pick the place Taco Bell, but some way our Arizona, our Arizona affiliates are loving this right now. So whatever lunch on me once a week until December 20th, if the Cardinals, once a week, okay. Yeah. Once a year on, now you're on. Cardinals. Now, if they're winless, we have to treat like a king going into that game for a week, you guys have to play royal music rose petals. So instead of tiger boy, you'll be king boy. Yes. And I could just sit here. Well, I'm the king. You want to say, I have to bring you in any point that can be like Danny. No, no, Sam has to be the Sam has to be your servant. Sam, Sam, Sam, because he wears these gestures. The gesture has his own role. He's not also the same man. You have to learn you can
play him songs. Sam, do you know, you know how to struggle? Once upon a time, I did. Sam, do you still have your recorder from elementary school? I think I might actually have it. It's in the storage unit. I think I might have it. I can't wait. Well, it's not awful. This team is all kidding to be because we schedule watched with the Cardinals and Rich says one win. Yeah, Vegas has them at three and a half. So we know. I think they'll get four. I'm going to bet my kids 529 on the under. And we thank you guys for hanging out with us. Fox Sports Radio Nation. Danny G's at time. All right. Time for Brain Wave. Come on. Do Kavino and Rich really share the same brain? No, it's day rate. January. Is there crew not far behind? We're one. Welcome to Brain Wave. Try to make sense of the brain. It's easy. We drop fun sports, music and entertainment questions. And if you match with an up of these both of us, you win. I love that on the count of three. Reveal. Brain Wave.
One, two, three. Yeah, yeah. You're on the same wavelength right now. All right. Happy Friday going into the Labor Day weekend. Oh yeah. Stand the weekend. Let's go. The questions in this game are all subjective. You just need to try and match the brain of C and R and the crew. We're going to get our contestant on the studio lines right now. Then I'll explain the rules. The first one through today. Carl in Meridian Idaho. Hey Carl. Hey Carl. Good to see you. Hey, good to talk to you guys. I think you guys every day. It's my first time ever trying to call you know what it stands for. Carl stands for Kavino and Rich listener. Perfect. Yeah. Carl, what do you do for living there in Meridian? I work as a routing manager for a local service company. Nice man. Very cool. Nice. All right. I have five rounds ready to go. Our contestant Carl needs to win two of them to be the champ and walk away with that tailgate price back. I'm going to ask a question. Give three equal answers to choose from. The six of us on the show here are going to write down our answers on these dry erase boards for our YouTube channel. Then on the count of three Carl gives us his answer. And he's got to match with four of the six of us to win the round or no matter his answer.
If all six of us happen to match, he gets the backdoor cover. Yeah. All right. Guys ready for round one. Let's go. Yeah. Here we go. First category. We're going to start in the workplace. It's the HR category. Which co-worker habit is the most annoying? Always trying to get you to cover their work, taking credit for something they barely helped with or acting like the boss when they're definitely not the boss. That's a good one. I'm going to have to be see. Remember when I read you the rules? Yeah. I counted. Obviously not. Yeah. I'm going to count you down to three and then you're going to give us your answer. Hang on while we all write our answers first. Give me those answers one more time Danny. Okay. Which co-worker habit is the most annoying? Always trying to get you to cover their work, taking credit for something they barely helped with or acting like the boss when they're definitely not the boss. Hey, we're all great. Lucky doodle Danny. By the way, Travis, our listener who's hanging out today is
playing with us. Everybody locked. Locked. All right. Now Carl on the count of three. One, two, three. Let's take him with the same answer. It's got to be that person that act like the boss when they're not the boss. Okay. We start with Steve Covino. Dang, bro. My girlfriend's families from Rite and Idaho. So I was hoping we'd be on the same brainwave, but we're not. I said, taking credit like Rich Davis does all the time. Yeah. There he comes. He bonkers, man. Great answer, Rich. Rich. Well, you know, I agree with Covino, oddly enough, I'm taking credit. You know, it's like that group project where you met a brainstormed someone and then like it was my boss to work. Travis. I picked the boss one. Okay. All right. Match it up. Yeah. I love. If this was the North Carolina football program workplace, I just surmise the choices would be somewhat different, but I'm going to go with asking people to cover, uh, as in cover your work. You know, this was a tough one because I'm with CNR, but as long as your boss knows that you're doing a lot of the work behind
the scenes who cares who tries to take credit, I wrote, who's the boss gets a point for me. Go. All right. Hey, oh, oh, Sammy, you can't get a point, but I also said the boss. All right. We go to round two. Round two. Yeah. A lot of categories. Let's go to sports. What's the best part of football season coming up? Good one. Having games to watch all weekend, fantasy football, gambling and talking trash, or having something to look forward to every week. All right. All right. All right. Now our answers down. Everybody locked in. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You know, that's tough because A and C are so similar. I know, little similar, but I get it. There's a slight difference. Yeah. There's a different one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know whether or not that's a good one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. similar but I get it there's a slight difference. Yeah, there's a different. Yeah.
All right, we go in reverse order after we get Carl's answer. Carl, one, two, three. I'd say to have something to look forward to. Look forward to what'd you say I would say? I thought that those two answers that were similar, the something to look forward to was the best I'm with Carl here. He also gets a point for me. I love that feeling. I'm having the NFL Sunday to look forward to. All right. I love. Sorry, games all weekend. It's hard to look forward to games when you have them all during the week, including on Thursday's Mondays. I'm just saying. All right, Travis. I put games to watch so that the Cardinals can prove rich wrong. See, all right, comes down to CNR. I think based on everything we've talked about the first hour and I said we have a Liberty weekend, but after that, we have something to look forward to. Yeah, let's go. All it comes down to Steve Covino. Covco. Covco. Covco. And I said games to watch all weekend. Sorry. I agree with that. I love. All right, man, you're close though. Yeah, you feel
short by one again. All right, we'll get it. Let's go. Here we go. Round three. Let's go to the drunken love category. Piance turns 45 today. Hey, by the way, Jay-Z has a show in London tonight and a lot of speculation that she'll be on stage with them because why would he not bring her, right? So many people had crushes on her back in the day. What would be the hardest part about dating somebody famous? Everybody wanting them? Having your relationship all over social media? Or never knowing who around you actually has good intentions? That's a great question. Yeah. Mine would be none of the above. What would be the hardest part about dating somebody famous? Everybody wanting them? Having a relationship all over social media? Or never knowing who around you actually has good intentions? Locked in. Hey, we'll write in our answers. Everybody caught up to Covino? Yeah. All right. And Carl, we need your answer in the count of three. One, two, three. Never know who around you has bad intentions.
Okay, he says intentions. Steve Covino, we start with you. Dang, I am not on the same brainwave as everybody. Carl, because, well, I don't know, that one doesn't bother me as much as your whole relationship all over social media. And as far as like everybody wanting them, that just comes with the territory, right? So I've been there. Let me make more sense of all this. You date someone hot, everyone wants them. So it's no different than a celebrity. So that one's out. And I think in now in 2026, a lot of times your relationship is on social media no matter what. I know not under the same lights, but I think really not knowing who has good intentions. Oh, it's a point. Yeah. It gets a point from Rich. And Travis, what's he? You, yeah, I picked a relationship on site. Rich is used to social media. I'm not everybody likes it. And I never know what's going to upset my girlfriend. So, yeah, and when we use these social media, I'm thinking like tabloids. You know, yeah, that's the big difference. You're not in control of that. Yeah, Travis is like you. I was saying he doesn't have IG. Yeah. All right. We go to I love. We go to I love. Yeah, I'm with Travis and Kavino. I also
said social media. All right, comes down to me and Sam. I give him a point. I said it in tensions. Yeah. But trust when you're famous that's up. I'm confused by that. You know why? Because you have to trust your girlfriend. I don't care what other people's intentions are. Is he mathematically out or do? Yeah, yeah, just by one again. Well, depending what Sam said, well, I had the social media and I'm like, okay, unfortunately lost by two in that one. All right, dude, comes down to the last two categories where you got to sweep the board. You can do it. Car, car, car, car, car, car, car, car, car. Come on, calm back, Carl. We're going to go to the animal Thunderdome. All right. By the way, the first episode Clay Travis on YouTube premieres this weekend. You and Clay Travis, right? Animal Thunderdome. It is back. I'm two in an in, man. There's a lot of animal attack stories in the news. You wake up and find one of these at the foot of your bed. Which scares you most? A mountain lion staring straight into your eyes, a giant python coiled up or a wolf licking its chops. Again, you wake up and find one of these at the foot of your bed.
Which scares you most? A mountain lion staring at you, a giant python coiled up or a wolf licking its chops. Yeah, that's tough. Yeah. These are the things that nightmares are made of. We're all right in our answers down. We'll be tonight. That's everybody locked in. Yeah. All right, on the count of three, Carl, one, two, three. I'm going with a mountain lion. Yeah. It says mountain lion. We're going reverse order out of the Samuel. Let's see you. Man, there's something about snakes like a little some idiot would say snakes. Python is the least threatening of all these. Python, dude. They squeeze you to death. Oh, you think of Python? Can squeeze you to death. You ever see a snake robberts? No, they're scared to death. I mean, the end of Jones, why don't you be snakes? You could go to a zoo and hold the python. Give me a break. Quailed up on the foot of your bed. I also said python. Oh, you dops. What do do dops? I love. I speak from personal experience. I thought it was a lot of fun. It sounds like you're the dope because we could have got a backdoor
cover. What'd you say Travis? Sam, I think you can get away from a python. I picked mountain lion. Not just Sam. All three guys. I also said the mountain lion. Oh, listen, listen, listen, how about this? If he gets the last one, it's been a win because you guys blew it. Your choices are as bad as your cardinals season. Oh, all right. We go to round five. Come on, Carl. All the money on the table. If you could, if you could win this round, you win the price back. Let's go. All right. Let's go back to sports. Think about this one. Which sports sound gives you the best feeling? Oh, good one. The crack of a perfectly hit baseball. Glad you said of a perfectly hit baseball. A basketball swishing through the net. Oh, or the roar of the crowd after a huge touchdown. Which sports sound gives you the best feeling? Good category. Locked in, man. Really locked. Locked. Yeah, there's two that I'm trying to. This is all the tostitos. Carl, let's do it. All right. Let's do it. All right. And we start with
Steve Covino after Carl gives us his answer. One, two, three. Gotta be the first to get the ball. Do it. All right. And we start with Steve Covino after Carl gives us his answer. One, two, three. Gotta be the crack of the bat on a perfectly hit ball. It's crack of the bat. Steve Covino. Yeah, that's what brain waves all about. He knows we're big baseball fans. That crack of the bat leads to the roar of the crowd. It's the crack of the bat. Oh, buddy. All right. Rich Davis. I'm looking at the picture I drew with this. And by the way, this, it's crack of the bat. By the way, that's a bat, guys. Oh, that's not a bad. That's not a bad. That's not a bad. That's not a bad. Okay, crack of the bat. No, sir. That's why I raised my bat drawing. I picked bat. All right. All right. Well, I didn't think it'd be a clean sweep. Yeah, I feel bad now, but the crowd noise.
Could at least say, and draw what it was. It was a bat guy. He needs one more. I love that is the one I was fighting in between that and the bat, which I They're all like a lucky winner. Sam's like a snake. I didn't have a roar. Carl, you walked it off like a Cleveland Guardians. There you go, bro. Hey, where are that brilliant apron crowd in Meridian? Yeah, sure. We'll do. All right. Is this better for bad guys or no? No, Sorry, my bad. All right. Thank you, Carl. Let's go to Iowa for an update. Thank you, buddy. What's up, buddy? All right. Well, as Dan, you mentioned, great finish today in Cleveland Guardians trail that Detroit Tiger six to two in the bottom of the fourth inning when Cleveland's Brian Roqueo had a grand slam to tie it at six. Roqueo then came up again in the bottom of the ninth inning. And here was Hall of Famer Tom Hamilton on WTAM.
First boss swinging. High drive. Deep black fill. There she goes. Go. Brian Roqueo with a five RBI game in the Guardians win game one. Seven to six. The Los Angeles Dodgers have once again held the ailing show. Hey, Otoni out of their lineup for tonight's game against Washington. It's the first time this season. Otoni has not been in the lineup in back to back games. W NBA commissioner Kathy Engelbert announced today that she will step down at the end of the calendar year after seven seasons. Engelbert told the associated press that it was solely her decision. And she did not feel any pressure to step down. Finally, intense at the US Open today. Ladies, one seed arena, Sabalenko won her third round match in straight sets, despite having the complaint to the chair umpire about the strong odor of a weed wafting through the stadium. Listen, I was like, you can do whatever you can smoke whatever you can
relax as much as you can, but please do not do it around the tennis courts. It's a bit tricky to handle that smile while you're trying to compete at your best. In other words, Kavino and Rich, I was going to return the serve, but then I smelled weed. I was going to hit a backhand with some verb, but then I smelled weed. I lost some straight sets without any need. Why man? Yeah, man, because I smelled weed, because I smelled weed, because I smelled weed. Back to you guys. Thank you, Iowa. Well, everybody, you got to save that. Thank you. It's time for our Express Pros pro week and I'll tell you what, I'm getting on board, I'm getting on board the bears. I'm getting on board the bulls. We're even in on rooting on PCA. He is separating himself in the NL MVP race. Otani's bang dot, got cold. And three
three bombs from PCA, Pete, co-arm strong. Well, by the way, if you don't know, you know his parents are both actors. His parents are both on the show heroes in the 2000s. Did you know that? No. His parents are both actors and said story, Hayden Panatterius to babysit him. Oh, I didn't know that. But his parents are... If I showed you his parents, I'd be like, I know those actors. So yeah, so that's cool, man. PCA, big week for him. Now it's time for weekend. Hobnob. Let's go. Living for the weekend. Your winning bets for talking points. If you get stuck socializing. You ever done anything dangerous? You ever dance with the devil in the panel, right? That is dangerous. Friday brings us... Woo-hoo! We can't hobnob. All right. This is what you need to watch in the world of sports and entertainment, so that you know what... What's the talk about basically? I'm Tuesday, right? Yeah. Because it's an extended holiday, Labor Day weekend. What are you watching this weekend? All right. So, I gotta say, starts tonight. Don't be sleeping on Andy Ruiz's comeback. He's that Chubby Vato loco that be Anthony Joshua for the first Mexican ever.
Heavyweight title. You saw that, right? Is that on the song? It's on the song tonight. Six-foot Andy Ruiz fighting a Polish beasted on. This Damian Niba guy. He's six-foot-seven. It's through this huge. So Andy Ruiz 36 years old, 35 and two in his comeback. His 22 knockouts. Damian is 17 and one with 11 knockouts. That's tonight. Nice fight to watch. Again, on his comeback trail. And they're saying if he looks clean, he could be a force in the heavyweight division all over again. You gotta watch on Hulu, the unbelievable encounters with Dan Acroid and your boy. I'm on the first three episodes. I know that. But there's eight episodes. It's about supernatural, alien encounters. It's a lot of fun. It's called the unbelievable encounters. Look out for me. Send me a screenshot. I appreciate it. And of course, over promises are bonus powder here on our YouTube channel. You see Trent, Camino's like, here's the fight to watch.
And here's what to watch that I'm in. Yes. That's like, you're weak at home. Are you not on this show with Matt Liner? Are you not on it? I know, but I'm done. Should I not promote our stuff? Or do you want to promote something on Netflix? That's what I'm going to take. Well, I know you got that. So we interviewed Matt Liner yesterday on a really fun show over promise. That was really good, by the way. It seemed like he enjoyed being on with you guys. I mean, who won it? I'm just. There's been some. If you missed it, catch it. He's a good dude. We talked NFL and we also talked teen crushes on over promised 150 for us right here on our YouTube page. Check it out. Our video guy spot hit me up and he goes, PCA's mom was also the mom in little big leak. That's right. So you know her from that as well. All right, Netflix. I stopped and caught up on tires yet. I heard Shane Gillis season three is fantastic. I think I'm going to just throw that on the background this weekend. Shane Gillis promoting you. You can't. Here's what the last weekend. I told you it's not on me. Did I not talk about the fight tonight? But you're so lucky. Really? OK.
Gentlemen with Theo James. I didn't know there was going to be season two. That they've used this weekend on Netflix. And we are coming up on the anniversary of 9-11. Turning point. Generation 9-11 looks like a documentary. You might want to watch if you're intrigued by that stuff. Hulu, not only do you have Kevin on the history channel, but I'm curious with Emmy Rossum. I'm hearing is getting rave reviews. People are furious. If you're not caught up on that. And Chad Powers back in the mix. I saw that. I didn't know it was back so soon. And the finale of silo tonight on Apple TV. We find out a little more about when the silos were made. So if you watch that show, it's fantastic. Love that. I'm watching it. I'm on season one. All right. College football. Tonight Miami number seven Miami at Stanford Fresno State at number 14 USC tomorrow. Boise State at number two organ Clemson at number 11 LSU. Washington State at number 17 Washington. Wisconsin at number four Notre Dame.
That's Sunday and also Sunday Louisville at Ole Miss Monday. Number 19 SMU at Florida State. I said, you know what they're saying? Another spider man weekend number one because there's no new new new new new new new new new new. Next week is a practical magic too. And then after that is some movies in the fall. But the still just spider man dominant. Sorry, I was saying you got anything good watching this weekend. I'm going to have to grid a little bit to be honest with you. Where you going? Going up to Tahoe. I'm going to camp it. My relief is not here. I'm stuck in traffic because there's a lot of traffic. That's why I wanted to get out here earlier. My was saying is so panicking because there's a seven o'clock flight. And I'm like, you're going to get there. I don't know. I'm in. I'm going to go through the international terminal and then I got to take a shuttle. But he's so nervous. Two of them. It's in three hours. If you leave now, you're fine. I mean, I got to run home and I got to. He has such a calm personality. So on the time of person who wants to get on the plane and like just leave. He wants to be the two hours ahead of time. You're fine, dude. I probably get you getting to the door of AliEx. I'm going to be great.
