It's April 8th. I'm Cory with the story, and this is Canada News Today, local news powered by AI. Police in Ontario just charged the driver behind that scary bus rollover on Highway 401, east of Napini back in February. The 42-year-old from Brampton was hauling 47 passengers plus himself when the bus veered into the ditch and flipped in the eastbound. Lanes near Old Wilton Road on February 22nd. Eight folks ended up hurt, dealing with cuts, broken bones, and dislocations. Pretty rough scene for everyone on board. Now he's facing careless driving, 10 counts of careless driving, causing bodily harm and unsafe moving charges. Courts set from May 1st, so we'll keep an eye on how this plays out for the driver and those injured passengers.
