Burger Monger is dropping a fresh spot in South Pasadena, right in the heart of Tampa Bay. This 3,890 square foot burger haven opens its doors Monday, May 4th, bringing their smash hit 1 third pound patties. To a new crowd, May from a special chuck and sirloin blend, often with that premium Akoushi B for extra marbling, it's all about quality bites. They keep it simple, yet stacked. Letting you build your burger from scratch or grab house favorites like the steakhouse with its pepper-crested patty. Bacon, mushrooms and onion ring. The pepper-pig piles on double patties, ham, jalapenos, and ranch. Dozens of toppings from fried eggs to grilled pineapple mean endless combos, plus turkey, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, and salads for variety. Vegetarians got love too, with black bean or impossible burgers, even vegan cheese options. Owner J. Kickton kicked things off with the first Tampa spot back in 2010, building a loyal fan base across the region through word of mouth, and killer flavors.
This marched their fourth location, linking up with Wesley Chapel, Safety Harbor, and St. Pete. Back in 2018, they remodeled, added fried chicken and wild milkshakes, ramping up the chef-level burgers. Earlier this year, the St. Pete joint leveled up with a full bar, TVs, and arcade games, turning it into a hangout hub. Tampa Bay's burger scene just got tastier. Keep an eye on this expansion wave.
