You might recognize her from the song "You're So Blurry" currently playing on KGUP FM Emerge Radio, which is also a part of her soundtrack for her book called, "Building You Up". The book is about a young girl who is dealing with depression and the complexities of life. It’s also a story about mental health, love, and loss. As many of us have experienced, these are very challenging things, especially for a young adult.
