Tampa Bay Buccaneers are making it clear they want linebacker Lavante David back for a 15 season next year. The team's longest 10-year player is still undecided on his future. But sources say the front-off is told his representatives they want him to return. Meanwhile, wide receiver Mike Evans faces a different situation. At this stage in his career, he's weighing options with other teams that might offer a stronger shot at another Super Bowl before he retires. David has been a Buccaneer. His whole career and shows no interest in playing elsewhere if he continues. Last season though, the linebacker group struggled overall, raising questions about whether it's time for fresh faces. According to reports, the Bucks are committed to David but plan to add at least two new linebackers this offseason anyway. They could go through the draft, free agency, trades, or a mix to boost that position. Right now, the decision rests with David. Time will tell if he suits up for one more year in Tampa.
