Bucs Lose Offensive Line Depth with Heck's Departure

Veteran Tackle Charlie Heck, who played for them last season, just signed with the Miami Dolphins. He joined Tepebe on a one-year deal before the 2025 season. Heck started a right tackle for the Bucks from Week 2 through Week 8. After that, he shifted to Back Up Left Tackle and saw a limited action. Overall, he logged 473 offensive snaps in a rotational row. His versatility helped the team during a tough year with several Lyman injuries. He could fill in and multiple spots, providing solid backup support when needed. In pass protection, Heck allowed 32 pressures over 289 snaps. That included 3-sacks and 29 hurries, earning him a pass blocking grade of 48.0 from pro football focus. Now with Heck gone, the Buccaneers will lean on their current group for depth.
