Brynne Kennedy is an American entrepreneur, author and candidate for US Congress in California's Fourth Congressional District (CA-04).
Rooted in the values of hard work and the promise of the American Dream, Brynne was raised in a rural area hit hard by a changing economy. Her father served in the military and was the first in his family to go to college. Her mother runs a small store on main street. An accomplished business woman, Brynne has helped to bring infrastructure and real estate projects to life, and built Topia, an HR technology company that’s created hundreds of jobs and pioneered talent mobility solutions to help employers and workers thrive in today’s economy. Brynne is the author of "Flat, Fluid and Fast" (McGraw-Hill, 2019), which provides a playbook to employers, workers and policy makers to succeed in the future economy.
Brynne is a former national gymnast for the USA and Division 1 collegiate gymnast for Yale, where she earned four Varsity Letters, won two Ivy League Championships and received Yale's Annual Athletic Department Award for community service. She holds a B.A. in History from Yale and an MBA from London Business School.
