A 36-year-old man suffered life-changing injuries when he was attacked on August 19, 2024, at Monika Korolikowska's place, on Narbrow Road. David Erzazowski and Damian Duogowski carried out the assault, and all three ended up convicted of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. The victim had run into his former neighbor, Korolikowska, at a nearby shop, and asked to charge his phone at her flat. He was just sitting there chatting with the 41-year-old when the two 35-year-old men burst in. One of them even asked if he was the right guy before the attack kicked off. In just 30 seconds, the man was stabbed in the chest, shoulder blade, and both hands and forearms. As the investigation unfolded, police realized Korolikowska had set it all up by inviting the men over specifically to target him. He went from witness to guilty party.
