Brutal Attack in Croydon: Man Beaten with Bottles & Pole

0:00On March 14, police are investigating a brutal street attack in Corden High Street, South London, where a man in his thirties was beaten over the by, head with glass bottles and a metal pole just after midnight on March 14. Offices arrived around 12.15 a.m. following reports of a fight involving several people and paramedics treated the victim at the scene. Before rushing him to a hospital, I witnesses described that lone man set upon by a group and the chaos lit to a shop window being smashed when a bottle was thrown that way, forcing, buses to divert around 12.30 a.m. while a Corden stayed up overnight. Two suspects, a 24-year-old and a 23-year-old, were arrested right there on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm, and both. Remain and custody as inquiries continue. Police believe this was an isolated event with no other suspects being sought, but they're still piecing together exactly what happened.
