Browns Target Quay Walker in Free Agency

The Cleveland Browns have a shot at bolstering their top-ranked defense by targeting Green Bay Packers linebacker Kwe Walker, who just became a free. Enda. Walker signed a four year deal worth 13.84 million as a rookie and now he could land a three year packed around 25 million. Elsewhere, his strengths shine and run defense with explosive speed, great angles and low mistakels, plus some pass rushability. He notched 2.5 sacks, eight tackles for loss, and four pass breakups last year. That said, he is not a latent coverage and has minor durability concerns, missing just 10 games over four seasons due to a concussion and a neck stinger. As free agency heats up, the Browns will need to move fast to land Walker before other teams jump in. His youth and upside make him a smart ad for a defense already among the league's best.
