It's April 24th. Welcome in. This is NFL News Today, where football meets AI. The Cleveland Browns made a slick move at the NFL draft, trading down three spots with the Kansas City Chiefs to snag Utah Offensive Tackle Spencer, Fano 9th overall. Fano's no slouch, he earned first team Associated Press All-American honors to comb the Outland trophy as the top lineman in the country, and was. The Big Twells Offensive lineman of the year, he's the first offensive tackle off the board this year, filling a big gap for Cleveland, who rebuilt much of their line in free agency, but still hunt. For franchise left tackle, head coach Todd Monkin plans to sly Fano straight to left tackle, even though the dude's been anchoring right tackle the last couple seasons. In return for the trade, the Browns pocketed a third round and fifth round pick from the Chiefs, setting them up nice for day two.
