After signing Titus Howard, Teven Jenkins, Odton Jenkins and Zion Johnson, those needs boiled down to just a left tackle and one more receiver too. Team up with Jerry Judy. The team passed on top free agent quarterbacks like Kyler Murray and Tua Toggle Veloah. Instead, they are set to roll with Shadour Sanders as their starter in his second year. That leaves the 2026 NFL draft as the ideal fix. Thanks to a trade down last year with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland holds two first round picks at 6th and 24th overall. At the top spot, they could grab tackles like Miami's Frances Mauigua or Utah Spencer Fano or receivers such as Ohio State's Carnell Tate or Arizona State's Jordan Tyson.
