Browns Draft KC Concepcion, Shake Up QB Battle

0:00On April 28th, Cleveland Browns just snagged Arkansas quarterback tailing Green in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, beefing up there, quarterback room to four guys now. General manager Andrew Berry dropped hints that Ty Simpson was their top target, but he went off the board early at pick number 13, so they pivoted smart. That left the QB battle wide open between Dishon Watson and Shadour Sanders, with Dylan Gabriel and now Green mixing it up as the young guns. Instead of forcing another quarterback at pick number 24, they grabbed Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion, plus offensive tackle Spencer. Fano in the first round and wide receiver Denzel Boston, to build a solid crew around whoever wins the job. Expect that starting spot to shake out in OTA's and training camp, and if nobody steps up big, the Browns will hunt for more arms in the 2027 Draft.
