Trey and crushed her while she swung on a rope in Bandstead, Surrey, back on November 9th, 2024. Friends nearby called for help and two brothers tried to lift the branch, but it took emergency crews between 90 minutes and two hours with. Special gear to free her, sadly, the crush injuries were too severe and she passed soon after. The Trey belonged to Surrey County Council, inspected back in May 2022, but overdue for a check in May 2024, that never happened. Lawyers for her dad say policy call for removing that rope swing six months prior. Brooke's parents painted her as a bright, fun-loving kid who lit up rooms, danced, sang, and always rocked her signature eyelashes, her father vented, devastation, blaming officials for not doing their job right.
