Broncos Pick Tight End Eli Stowers in Mock Draft

That puts their next choice at pick 62. In a recent two-round match draft from the Athletics Dane Brugler, he has the Broncos selecting Vanderbilt tight-end Eli Stowers right there. Stowers stands 6'4 and weighs 239 pounds. He's a former quarterback who switched to tight-end and showed speed at the NFL combine with a 4.51 second 40 yard dash and a 1.59 second 10 yard split. Over two seasons and 25 games at Vanderbilt, he caught 111 passes for 1,407 yards and 9. Touchdowns, after stops at New Mexico State and Texas A&M. With tight-end Evan Engram turning 32 this fall and hitting free agency in 2027, Denver could be planning ahead at the position.
